QAMIŞLO – Today, thousands of patriotic people in the city of Qamishlo are mourning their martyrs with the slogan “Martyrs do not die” in memory of the 4 SDF martyrs who were martyred in the attack of the occupying Turkish fascist state on the afternoon of August 3.
“The people of Qamişlo have been continuing the tradition of uninterrupted resistance for 50 years, not only from the beginning of the Rojava Revolution, but also from the time Leader APO came to the Middle East. They built an alternative life against the system based on the ideas and thoughts of the Leader. He stood up with a strong stance against the strife and mischief that fueled the attempts of corruption and paved the way for the Rojava revolution as a result of the heavy price he inflicted. Continuing the tradition of Serhildan, they added thousands of his children to the ranks of freedom in Qudistan. Our people have mobilized from 7 to 70 in the last 11 years to protect the Rojava Revolution. and did not take a step back for a moment, risking heavy prices.
In the fight against ISIS, our youth in Qamishlo took a heroic stance by being at the forefront of the war. Our comrades Diyar, Garzan, Hîwa and Orhan were also one of the most valuable youths of Qamishlo. They showed their patriotism, struggle, warrior and courageous stance in every field and moment of life, and they became valuable militants of our freedom struggle by showing the patriotism, resistance, fighting spirit and courage of the people of Qamishlo in the freedom struggle.
OUR COMPANY DIYAR TAKES PLACE IN THE FRONT OF THE RESISTANCE AGAINST INVASOR
With the development of the civil war in Syria in 2011, when the Kurds in Rojavayê Kurdistan started to establish a system of self-defense, our comrade Diyar, who was born and raised in Qamişlo, joined the freedom struggle of his people like his brothers. A friend of ours was the first to secretly and actively participate in the 19 July revolution process. He took his place in the resistance front in Til Elo and Serêkaniyê when we were fighting against the Cebhet El Nusra gangs in 2013. He also took part in our operations against Til Hemîs and Til Birak. He played a historical role in the liberation of our Êzîdî people by first going to Cezaa and then to Şengale during the ISIS attack on Shengal. Our comrade Diyar, who took part in the military operations we launched against ISIS, took part in the operations of Şedade, Silûk, Til Temir, Hesekê, Manbij and most recently Deir ez-Zor.
ORHAN COMPANY IS LIKE A Phoenix
Our comrade Orhan, known as Aram among his comrades, was born in a patriotic family of Qamishlo. He stepped into a new life with the July 19 revolution. The Rojava Revolution, which first spread its influence in the region and later on the world, became the target of the invading Turkish state, which was the supporter of the gangs. Comrade Orhan, who started in Serekaniyê and defeated ISIS in Deir ez-Zor during the most difficult periods of our resistance, has always been at the forefront with his comrades against the forces that want to destroy the gains of the Rojava revolution and occupy the region.
Our comrade Orhan, who took part in the war against ISIS, was injured in the city of Til Temir in 2015 while taking part in the liberation campaign of many cities. Our comrade, who does not see injury as an obstacle to himself, has taken a determined stance together with his comrades who have not retreated for a moment in the struggle against the invading forces. Despite his intense activities, he did not neglect his own education and took as a basis to deepen in both ideological and war professionalism. With this character he developed, he actively participated in the moves to liberate the region from ISIS. Our comrade Orhan, who also participated in the Raqqa liberation campaign in 2017, gave both his hands and one foot this time. However, despite all this, he did not let his creativity, which is like a phoenix, give his hand for a moment and did not stay away from the struggle.
Comrade GARZAN WAS SMART AND TALENT IN WAR
Our comrade Garzan, who was born into a patriotic family in Qamishlo, joined our ranks in the relentless war against gangs in 2013, and first went through ideological and military training. Comrade Garzan, who got his first experience from the Til Berak operation at the beginning of 2014, took his place in the move to liberate Manbij from the ISIS gangs, with great skill and strength, by improving his fighting skills in the attacks against Til Marûf and Shedadê. Comrade Garzan, who carried out different activities to improve himself in 2016, later attended military branch training. He displayed a successful attitude in education as well as being smart and talented in war.
Comrade HIWA BUILD THE WAR STYLE OF THE PERIOD
Our comrade Hîwa, who was born in Raqqa to a patriotic Kurdish family, had to move to the city of Qamishlo with his family, who did not want to live in Raqqa, which was occupied first by Cebhet Al Nusra and then by ISIS gangs. Our comrade Hîwa, who wanted to take part in the resistance front against ISIS gangs in 2014, took part in the front lines of the war. He took part in the 6-year war against ISIS mercenaries, in operations in Til Hemîs, Hesekê, Serêkaniyê, Girêsipî, Tişrîn, Manbij, Raqqa, Tabqa and Deir ez-Zor. He built the warrior style of the period with his exemplary comradeship and courageous personality in every step he took.
On this basis, we reiterate our promise that we will take revenge on our 4 comrades and heroic commanders and leave a free future to the people of the region.
