HESEKE – Today, on the day that 41 years have passed since the historical resistance of Amed prison, hundreds of young men and women from all over Northern and Eastern Syria have gathered in Hesekê to commemorate the 11th anniversary of the Rojava Revolution and condemn the fascist isolation policies against Rêber APO in Imrali.
The youth who came from freed regions from all sides of the Revolution gathered in front of the Kevoka wall and marched to the April 4th Park, where the march became a political and cultural event. After the speech of the North and East Syria Youth Coordinator Farhat Hassan, revolutionary songs were played and young people participated with high morale, danced gowend and chanted slogans for the freedom of Leader APO.
At the event, a young woman took the stage besides her family and stated that she is joining the revolutionary movement of Kurdistan following the steps of the leadership. The young people who were present responded enthusiastically with slogans and applause.
