BOLOGNA – 11 years have passed since the beginning of the revolution in Rojava. A revolution based on the thought of Öcalan and the centrality and emancipation of women. Every day comrades fight to defend this conquest that for us in the West is also a hope. The hope that a different world, devoid of the dynamics that every day we fight, is possible. Unfortunately, since Erdogan won the elections again, we have seen that attacks on these territories have intensified in the most deafening silence of the international community.
In particular, drone attacks have intensified, resulting in the deaths of 20 people since the beginning of June. Bologna thus responds to the internationalist call to denounce these crimes. Love Pkk for us is not a written or even a slogan but a declaration of intent, complicity, sisterhood and brotherhood towards those who every day fight against the fascism of Erdogan. Love Pkk is a position that we hope will become that of all people who recognize themselves in the ideals of antifascism and internationalist solidarity. The invitation is as usual therefore to remain always alert for new events, calls and appointments.
