RAQQA – The 1st Martyr Nûjîyan Ocalan Sports Festival was held in Raqqa under the leadership of the Young Women’s Union of Northern and Eastern Syria. Groups of young women from many cities and regions participated in the festival. In the festival, which included different sports such as chess, football, volleyball, karate and tennis, colorful pictures emerged.
At the end of the festival, prizes were distributed to the winning groups. Then dances were performed by the youth and the slogans “There is no Life without the Chairman” “We Are With You Chairman” “Women, Life, Freedom” in Kurdish and Arabic were chanted.
