HESEKÊ – Young women’s union in Hesekë organized a week of training in the use of weapons as part of the campaign “Jin Jiyan Azadi Surbixe Azadi”. Disassembly, assembly and shooting of weapons were included in the training. Young women are preparing to defend their land alongside the military forces and resist the Turkish occupation.
After the continuous attacks of the Turkish state against the North and East of Syria, young women took their own initiative and trained in the use of weapons. Especially at this stage, weapons training is organized in the framework of the new campaign that aims to strengthen the self-defense of young women.
