BEHDINAN – Pointing out that the newly formed government in Turkey is a full special war government formed to carry out the Kurdish genocide, KCK stated that this government does not have the right to rule the Kurds, and that the Kurds have a clear stance against this fascist regime and system and reject it. Expressing that the attacks launched in Rojava are a part of the invading Turkish state’s genocidal policies, the KCK said, “The Kurdish people and their friends, by seeing this reality better, have transformed their stance against the fascist and anti-Kurdish genocidal regime into a stronger reaction against the attacks against Rojava and They need to protect the Rojava revolution more and continue it.
Our people in Rojava, knowing that they stand with all the people of Kurdistan, the peoples of the Middle East and the progressive democratic humanity, need to continue their resistance stance they have taken so far in the face of attacks more strongly. No one of our people should leave their place or land, and they should be in a total resistance against the attacks.
The KCK statement stated:
EVERYONE SHOULD TAKE A stance AGAINST ATTACKS
“As it is known, the genocidal colonialist Turkish state has been carrying out attacks with heavy weapons against Northern and Eastern Syria since 7 June 2023. As a result of these attacks, many Northern and Eastern Syrian civilians and fighters have lost their lives and been martyred so far. It is stated that the forces affiliated with the Syrian state and some military units belonging to Russia were also the target of the attacks of the Turkish state and suffered losses. These attacks proved once again that the AKP-MHP government will continue its malicious and hostile intentions and ambitions towards Rojava and Syria. We strongly condemn these attacks of the Turkish state and call on everyone to take a stand against these attacks.
The Turkish state has an anti-Kurdish and anti-democracy mentality and politics. Genocide of the Kurds and the elimination of everything in the name of the Kurds have been determined as the main aim of the Turkish state, and its policy is being pursued. The Turkish state’s policy towards Rojava and Syria is also within this scope. The invasions and attacks so far are carried out as a requirement of this policy. Undoubtedly, the people of Kurdistan know and recognize this fact of the Turkish state very well. International powers and states are also aware of this fact of the Turkish state; however, it remains silent on this due to its interest relations with the Turkish state.
THE TURKISH STATE WANTS TO CHANGE THE DEMOGRAPHY OF ROJAVA
The Turkish state clearly aims to overthrow the democratic system that has emerged in Rojava and Northern and Eastern Syria. The only reason for this is that the Kurdish people, together with the other peoples, have become a willpower within the democratic system established here. However, for the Turkish state, which has an anti-Kurdish and anti-democracy mentality, the Kurds’ willpower is a reason for war, occupation and genocide. As seen in the occupations in Afrin, Girê Sipî and Serêkaniyê, the Turkish state not only occupies these places, but also wants to implement a project that de-Kurds Rojava by changing the demographic structure and expelling the Kurds from their places of residence. Now, the Turkish state aims to implement this policy in wider areas by invading Rojava and other regions of North East Syria. Its ultimate goal is to completely occupy the Northern and Eastern Syria region, to destroy the democratic system there, and to evacuate Rojava from the Kurds by displacing the Kurds. The discourse of resettling the gangs next to him and refugees from Syria is purely justification. Nowhere in the world is the method of finding a place for refugees by changing the demographics of a place as a basis, and it cannot be taken. Therefore, these statements of the Turkish state are intended to cover up the policy of genocide and this cannot be trusted. Nowhere in the world is the method of finding a place for refugees by changing the demographics of a place as a basis, and it cannot be taken. THE SYRIAN STATE MUST TAKE ATTENTION TO ATTACKS
What the Turkish state is doing is clearly a genocide. Genocide, on the other hand, is the greatest crime against humanity, the real intention and aim of the Turkish state is not to find a place for refugees, but to carry out the Kurdish genocide by annexing Rojava and Syria. There is nothing hidden or incomprehensible about it. Until now, the Turkish state has taken its own system wherever it has entered and is managing these places as their own. This reveals that the Turkish state not only invaded but also annexed Syrian lands. In this respect, the Syrian state and all the powers that reflect the support of the Syrian state should take a stance against this invasion and annexation of the Turkish state.
The fact that the Turkish state keeps some treacherous and collaborative Kurds on its side does not change this fact. This policy is a method inherited from the Ottoman Empire. In order to carry out the Kurdish massacre, the Ottoman state always tried to keep some treacherous Kurds with it and take advantage of them. The Turkish state also resorted to this method to carry out the Kurdish genocide. The resistances, which were defined as Kurdish rebellions in history but which developed against denial and destruction in essence, were suppressed with this method. Now, the Turkish state is trying to cover up the fact of genocide and not to give such an impression to the outside, by keeping some treacherous Kurds, who have sold their honor, with them. But the Turkish state can no longer hide this fact with this method, cannot use some treacherous collaborator Kurds as a mask.
PEOPLE SHOULD NOT ACCEPT THE STATE OF THE GOVERNMENT
Unfortunately, while the Turkish state implements the Kurdish genocide plan in front of the whole world, there is no reaction from the states against it. The anti-Kurdish fascist chief Tayyip Erdogan announced the Kurdish genocide plan in front of all states at the UN meeting, and no one objected to it. This situation shows how far the states and the UN are from fairness and justice and contradict these values. These attitudes of states and international institutions are unacceptable. States should abandon this hypocritical attitude that clearly destroys fairness. Kurds fought against ISIS and stopped ISIS brutality. They not only protected themselves but the whole world against ISIS fascism and saved them from this danger. However, this attitude, which was developed towards the Kurds and remained silent, is in no way compatible with justice. The peoples and the democratic public opinion should expose this attitude of the states and put pressure on the Turkish state to stop supporting the Kurdish genocide policies. States and those who see themselves as institutions of the international community cannot adopt such attitudes, this should not be accepted in any way. People should no longer accept these attitudes of states. Today, the struggle for democracy must act with such an understanding and reach such a level. The peoples and the democratic forces have such a responsibility and the power to do it. this should not be accepted in any way. People should no longer accept these attitudes of states. Today, the struggle for democracy must act with such an understanding and reach such a level. Today, the struggle for democracy must act with such an understanding and reach such a level. The peoples and the democratic forces have such a responsibility and the power to do it.
THE ATTACKS ON ROJAVA SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED
Since the Turkish state acts with anti-Kurdish motives, it wants to abolish the system established in Northern and Eastern Syria. The fascist AKP-MHP government is already representing the reaction in the Middle East and trying to spread it. In fact, a democratic system has been established in Rojava and North East Syria, which will be a model for Syria and the entire region. This is a value created in the name of all humanity, freedom and democracy. All the peoples of the Middle East and the world, women, young people, revolutionary democratic groups, socialists, intellectuals and artists, in short, everyone who is sensitive to human values should embrace this. The attack here should be considered as an attack on the universal values of humanity, and an attitude should be developed and a reaction should be taken. The attitude to be put forward should be at a conclusive level and have the power and influence to take a step back from everyone. The AKP-MHP government is laying the groundwork for a new invasion and massacre with these attacks. Therefore, this should not be kept silent, and a strong counter-reaction should be developed against every attack. The Kurdish people should also protect Rojava wherever they are in the country and abroad, and show their reactions to these attacks of the AKP – MHP government more strongly.
CALL FOR TOTAL RESISTANCE
The fascist AKP-MHP government openly states that it will bring the Kurdish genocide to a complete conclusion in the second century of the republic and resurrect the weakening reaction in the region. The new government was formed to achieve this goal. AKP-MHP entered the elections in Kurdistan by forming alliances with collaborative and treacherous contra powers. Now, in order to deepen these Kurdish genocide policies, a few treacherous Kurds were recruited into the government and they aim to mask this policy with them. Therefore, the new government is a special war government formed to carry out the Kurdish genocide. This government and its fascist chief Tayyip Erdogan certainly do not represent the Kurds and do not have the right to rule the Kurds. The Kurds took a clear stand against this fascist regime and system and rejected it. The only thing that this regime imposes on the Kurds is genocide, and the attacks against Rojava are a part of this. The Kurdish people and their friends need to see this reality better and maintain their stance against the fascist and anti-Kurdish genocidal regime by turning them into a stronger reaction against the attacks on Rojava and by taking more ownership of the Rojava Revolution.
Our people in Rojava, knowing that they stand with all the people of Kurdistan, the peoples of the Middle East and the progressive democratic humanity, must maintain their resistance stance they have taken up until now in the face of attacks more strongly. No one of our people should leave their place or land, and they should be in a total resistance against the attacks.”
