“Our forces in the area responded to the enemy operation in the Kirê Halac area of Gilîdax on October 20, 2022, and fierce clashes took place with the invading Turkish army. In these conflicts, our forces carried out effective actions, targeted and hit the enemy 4 times with sabotage tactics, at least 4 invaders were punished and 1 invader was seriously injured. Our comrades Canda and Mazlum, who fought with great courage and dealt heavy blows to the enemy during this conflict and action process, reached martyrdom. Our comrades Canda and Mazlum, who, as the most concrete form of the Apoist will, did not hold back even one step from the resistance against all the techniques and attacks of the enemy and dealt a heavy blow to the enemy, became the pioneers of our resistance rising in Bakure Kurdistan.
Both of our comrades, who turned their faces to Bakurê Kurdistan from Rojava and Rojhilatê Kurdistan with high national consciousness and patriotic feelings, succeeded in being exemplary Apoist militants with their courage and devotion to the cause of freedom. We extend our condolences to all our people of Rojava, Rojhilat and all patriotic Kurdistan, especially their valuable families, who contributed such self-defeating militants to the freedom struggle of our people.

CANDA CIYA
Rojavayê Kurdistan is one of the areas where the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle, which developed under the leadership of our party PKK and left its mark on the whole of Kurdistan and the Middle East, started to become popular. Our people in Rojava, who have always hosted resistances throughout history and sent their most precious children to the resistances that developed in any area of Kurdistan, have been the most precious example of patriotism, loyalty to the country and Kurdish identity. Our people, who have an unshakable belief in the freedom struggle that developed under the leadership of our party PKK and Leader Apo, at the cost of losing thousands of martyrs, received the return of this commitment with the Rojava Freedom Revolution and attained their freedom, which has been longing for centuries. Our comrade Canda, who was the daughter of such a valuable people, was born in Tirbespiyê in a patriotic family. Comrade Canda has also known our party PKK since she was a child, as her family was patriotic and since the 90’s they were wholeheartedly devoted to our Movement. Especially since her mother was devoted to Leader Apo with great faith and she saw the freedom of the woman who has been enslaved for thousands of years in Leader Apo, she taught our comrade Canda about our Leadership, our martyrs and the holy guerrilla guerrilla life from an early age. For this reason, Canda had a great love for our comrade Leader Apo and the guerrilla and looked forward to the day she would join the guerrilla. At the beginning of the Rojava Freedom Revolution, our comrade Canda, who was now a young woman, saw herself responsible for the freedom of our people and decided to join the Rojava freedom forces.
Comrade Canda, joined the ranks of the revolution with her childhood friend Martyr Zilan, stated that her struggle would not be limited to Rojava from the very first day she joined, and promised that she and Martyr Zilan would join the freedom struggle of our people all over Kurdistan. When she joined the ranks of the revolution, she was impressed by the comradeship of many valuable Apoist militants, especially Martyr Warşîn, who equipped herself with the philosophy of Leadership and led our people, the value they gave to people, their dervish lives and their selfless fight for the freedom of our people. As a young Kurdish woman, she decided that she had to fight harder and decided to become a professional revolutionary. Comrade Canda, who took part in the war against ISIS gangs for a while and participated in many actions, was deeply affected by the fact that her first commander Warşîn and her childhood friend Zîlan were martyred together. She believed that she could be worthy of these comrades only by avenging them, and she participated more actively in the war against the gangs. She set an example for all her comrades with her successes on the war front and succeeded in fulfilling her pioneering role as a female warrior. But later on, she thought that she would make the dreams of her martyred comrades live and she turned her face to the mountains of Kurdistan as a requirement of her commitment to the promises he made to Martyr Warşîn and Martyr Zilan. She believed that she could be worthy of these comrades only by avenging them, and she participated more actively in the war against the gangs. With her success on the war front, she set an example for all her comrades and succeeded in fulfilling her pioneering role as a female warrior. But later on, she thought that she would make the dreams of her martyred comrades live and she turned her face to the mountains of Kurdistan as a requirement of her commitment to the promises she made to Martyr Warşîn and Martyr Zilan.
Our comrade Canda, who first moved to the Heftanîn area after joining the guerrilla ranks, worked here for about a year. Our canda comrade, who has a certain war experience, shared these experiences with her comrades and enabled them to benefit from these experiences, especially in city wars. Comrade Canda, who has adapted to the mountain and guerrilla life in the Heftanin area, felt ideologically incomplete and wanted to be a free woman by making up for this deficiency. She became aware of the fact that this was due to deepening in the Leadership philosophy and the line of free women, and she approached education on this basis. Our comrade Canda, who moved to the Qendil field after successfully completing her education, provided a concise participation here as well. Our Canda comrade Qendil has increased her guerrilla experience more, she expressed it as an area where she started to become a military and ideologically competent YJA Star militant. Our comrade, who always compared the march of revolution with the line of martyrs, always felt incomplete and stated that she should have a more fast-paced and effective struggle. She thought that only in this way could he realize the dreams of our martyrs and be worthy of them.
Comrade Canda, who was deeply affected by the stance of the activists, thought that she should fulfill her pioneering mission more as a PKK-PAJK militant, during the process when the hunger strikes developed in prisons in our country and in many parts of the world in 2019 were turned into death fasts in order to break the isolation on our Leader and ensure his physical freedom. For this, she suggested going to Bakur Kurdistan, where she could strike the enemy the most effectively. Our comrade, who started to prepare herself for a difficult struggle in every sense during the processes her proposal was evaluated, not only experienced the excitement of realizing the dreams of many of his martyred comrades, but also experienced a well-deserved happiness because he would fulfill the promise he made to them.
Our comrade Canda moved to the Serhed area in 2019, has had an exemplary stance with her hardworking, self-sacrificing and courageous participation since the day she left. Comrade Canda, whose only focus is the blow to the enemy, has deepened her efforts in this direction. She wanted to respond to the needs of the process by taking part in many actions developed against the enemy in the Serhed area. She played a leading role as a YJA Star guerrilla in a process where the enemy attacked our people in many places, coveted their gains and wanted to bring the genocide policy to a conclusion. Our comrade Canda, who started to lead all her male and female comrades with the experiences she gained in the field of Serhed, did not compromise this stance even for a moment, and became an indomitable warrior of the free women’s line. Our comrade Canda fought selflessly against the operation launched by the enemy on the Kirê Halac area in Gilîdax on November 15, 2022, remained loyal to the Leadership and the line of martyrs until her last breath and reached martyrdom. She won the respect of all her comrades with her honesty in her comradeship, her sharpness in the struggle and her commitment to the Leadership and free women’s line, will always continue to lead us.

MAZLUM ROJHILAT
Our oppressed comrade Rojhilatê was born in Maku, Kurdistan, to a patriotic and valuable family. Due to the patriotism of both the region and his family, our comrade Mazlum was raised on this basis. He has known our movement in the person of his family and our cadres who have been involved in organizing since he was little. Guerrillaism has been a subject of mystery and curiosity for our oppressed comrade. Like every Kurdish individual, our oppressed comrade has been subjected to marginalization and contempt by the dominant nation. He realized the pressure of the regime on our people and their policies aimed at alienating them from their essence. For this reason, he felt great anger against the enemy and sought a struggle. Knowing that there is a struggle being waged in Kurdistan, our comrade Mazlum was influenced by the developing serhildans and the martyrdoms, and entered into an interrogation. Our comrade Mazlum, who is on a quest, became more interested in our Movement when his older sister joined our ranks. He tried to improve himself by reading party sources and to understand Leader Apo and our Movement. A year after her sister’s participation, she also wanted to participate, but her participation was not deemed appropriate due to her young age. Our oppressed comrade understood that it is possible to progress within the system after he denied his existence and identity and became an agent of the regime while he was reading. Rejecting these approaches and understandings, he stopped studying in the regime’s schools. Our comrade Mazlum, who is looking for answers to his searches, has gained a certain level of consciousness until 2014. He believed that an effective fight against the invaders could only be given by participating in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle.
After joining, with the deterioration of the existing process, the training of new shervans was interrupted and started to practice. Although his education was interrupted, he trained himself in practice, in life, which is the biggest educational environment in the PKK. Especially the close attention of his comrades to him and their continuous efforts to develop him have affected our Comrade Mazlum. He did his best to be worthy of the efforts of the Party and its comrades. He gained the appreciation of his comrades with his honest, loyal and simple participation. With his intelligent nature, our oppressed comrade quickly grasped what his comrades taught and put them into practice, and succeeded in becoming a competent militant. He effectively participated in the offensive process that developed in the Serhed area and played a role in the blows struck against the invaders. As we see the approach of our patriotic people to PKK militants, He believed that a lot of effort should be given for our oppressed people. Our comrade Mazlum, who is a great candidate for commander, has been the answer to the practice and the process. Our comrade Mazlum, who was cooked in practice, moved to the Medya Defense Zones with the experience he gained. It performed well in many areas in the difficult and challenging geography of the Zagros. During his stay in the Zagros, he got to know both himself and the enemy better by analyzing them. Here, too, it responded to all the destruction attacks of the invaders on the front line. He became an effective and competent command with the experience he gained in the Zagros. In these difficult practices, he saw the loyalty of his comrades to each other and their support for each other as if they were in a race. He gave a great meaning to the fellowship and became a part of this truth. He made a great effort to bring the ideology of Leader Apo to life in his person. Our comrade Mazlum, who defines the PKK as the truth of the road to freedom, realized the importance of ideological-organizational struggle. To become more competent in the ideological, organizational and military sense in Democratic Modernity Guerrillaism; He has been trained in academies to take on duties and responsibilities that can respond to the process. He successfully graduated from academies with his willing, enthusiastic and consistent participation. He has made it his fundamental struggle to demonstrate a practice worthy of our leadership and our martyrs. In 2019, he moved to the Serhed area, where he started guerrilla activities. Our comrade Mazlum, an expert guerrilla with his brave, agile and unwavering nature, became a self-sacrificing militant of Leader Apo. Within the framework of the “Plan of Collapse” on our movement, he made great efforts to nullify the invasion attacks in the area. The martyrdom of our comrade Mazlum, who dealt blows effectively against the operation developed by the Turkish army, not only affected us deeply, but also strengthened our belief in victory.”
