Between 28 March and 7 April 2023, the invading Turkish state launched annihilation operations against our forces in the Alantus area of Cîlo, and violent clashes took place between our forces and the invaders. In the statement we made on April 11, 2023, we stated that our comrades Raperîn, Rêvan and Botan were martyred, and one person was taken prisoner by the enemy.
Comrade Alîşêr İntikam, a member of the Cîlo State Command, who dealt heavy blows to the enemy in the violent clashes, survived these clashes and remained alone in the operation area for days. The invading Turkish army has mobilized its war and reconnaissance planes, helicopters and hundreds of forces only for our comrade. Even if our comrade Alîşer remained alone, he challenged the enemy with his unique Apoist militant will and great courage. On April 7, 2023, a conflict broke out between our valiant commander Comrade Alîşêr and the invaders. Our comrade Alîşer valiantly gave the necessary answer to the enemy and reached martyrdom by resisting selflessly until his last breath. Our comrade Alîşêr, who has been a guerilla in many areas of the Zagros for many years, has managed to become a leading commander with his successful practice. Our comrade Alîşêr, who left almost no foothold in the Zagroslar, succeeded in walking in the footsteps of our great commander, Martyr Reşid Serdar. Our comrade Alîşêr, who contributed to many effective actions against the enemy, enlarged his struggle day by day with his unwavering belief in victory.
We extend our condolences to all our patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially to the valuable family of Comrade Alîşêr, who succeeded in being a pioneering commander that all his comrades took as an example with his humble life, clear attitude towards the enemy and sincere comradeship. Botan, which went through the history of our people with the resistances it developed, stood up again together with our party PKK, which developed under the leadership of Rêber Apo, and became the center of the struggle against the invaders. Botan, who embraced the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla and did not allow the colonialists to pass, at the same time welcomed our struggle with the serhildans he developed with great enthusiasm and sent thousands of his valiant sons to the ranks of the resistance. The PKK victory line that developed in Botan, the center of patriotism and resistance, created generations that grew up by assimilating the serhildan tradition.
Our comrade Alîşêr, who opened his eyes to the world in a family with a strong patriotic tradition in Wan, Elbak, grew up in this culture of resistance and intertwined with our struggle. Our comrade Alîşêr, who grew up with Kurdistani values in a rural environment and far from the sick mentality of capitalist modernity, was brought up by assimilating our undisturbed social tradition. Our comrade, who has worked hard since his childhood and contributed financially to his family, has a personality shaped by strong responsibility and effort. The participation of his close circle in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle brought along great curiosity and admiration for our comrade Alîşêr. Our comrade, who met the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla for the first time in the region where he lived, got closer to our struggle. Sincere guerrilla, Comrade Alîşêr, who was very impressed by the honest and natural comradeship relations, brought to consciousness the fact that the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla ranks are the most correct ground for struggle against the denial and annihilation attacks of the colonialists against our people. In 2011, when our Revolutionary People’s War became practical, he joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla to embody the hopes of our people for a free future.
Our comrade, who started his first practice in the same field after successfully completing his basic guerrilla training in the Xakurkê area, became one of our comrades who quickly came to the fore with his anger against the invaders and took responsibility early. Our comrade Alîşêr, whose laboring characteristics are at the forefront, has approached all his revolutionary tasks with great responsibility and seriousness, and has turned into a competent guerrilla with his practice. Our comrade, who spent his first guerrilla practice in the areas of Gever and Şemzînan, developed an unshakable will that was cooked during the war, and effectively responded to the invasion attacks of the colonialists. The new era has internalized and practiced guerrilla tactics, and has always had deep concentrations to inflict heavy blows on the invading Turkish army. He led his comrades by effectively implementing the Apoist militancy line in his life and war, especially with the effective practice he carried out in the field of Şemzînan. Comrade Alîşêr, who became a commander in the rebellious geography of the Zagros for many years, took his place at the forefront of many revolutionary moves launched against the colonialists and duly fulfilled his responsibilities. He has worked tirelessly to carry the legacy of the martyrs of the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle to victory and to bring our people’s dream of a free future to life. After successful practices in the fields of Xakurkê, Gever and Şemzînan, he was included in the education process at Mahsum Korkmaz Academy to share his experiences as a competent guerrilla commander and to deepen in the art of war. Our comrade Alîşêr, who has deepened the philosophy of Leader Apo with the training he received, has also become one of the leading commanders of the new era, who has achieved a strong level in democratic modernity guerrillaism. Our comrade, who had a successful education process with the spirit of Apoist victory, made a great effort by taking part in the infrastructure works of the war tunnels in the Sîda and Çemço areas for a while. Comrade Alîşêr, a member of the Cîlo State Command, displayed an effective resistance by taking great responsibilities during the most difficult periods of our struggle. Our comrade, who establishes strong bonds with his comrades and makes a communal working style based on improving himself and his comrades dominate all areas of life, has pioneered many actions with his creative style. Comrade Alîşêr, who successfully activated the mobile team style as a guerrilla tactics expert, dealt heavy and effective blows to the colonialist Turkish army. With his activist personality, he developed effective actions in the area he went to and did not let the invaders breathe.
The legacy of our comrade Alîşêr, who developed rapidly by adopting the Apoist militant style, became a commander in the early period and responded to the needs of the era, who worked tirelessly and sacrificedly to carry the legacy of our immortal martyrs to victory, will always live on in our resistance and will illuminate our future.
THE IDENTITY OF THE GUERILLA MARTYR IN THE ZAP IS ANNOUNCED
Our comrade Qehreman Gîap, who fell into the Zap water while he was on duty in the Zap area on March 7, 2023, could not be saved despite all the efforts of his comrades and reached martyrdom. Comrade Qehreman, who joined the ranks of the struggle with his deep love for our country, Kurdistan, and aimed to fulfill his responsibilities towards our people and martyrs in the entire revolutionary march, became an exemplary Apoist militant with these valuable concentrations. Our comrade, who always faces the areas where the struggle is most difficult, has succeeded in representing the fighting spirit of the new era with his courage and assertive participation.
He extends his condolences to all our patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially his precious family, who raised a pioneer militant like our comrade Qehreman and brought him to the freedom struggle of our people; We repeat once again the promise of our martyrs that we will realize the dream of a Free Leadership, a Free Kurdistan.

Just as Mêrdîn, one of the important centers of patriotism and serhildan tradition in Kurdistan, played a pioneering role at the beginning of our struggle and ensured the removal of the dead soil on our people, today both the thousands of children he sent to the guerrilla ranks and our party continues to lead with its unwavering belief in the PKK’s line of resistance. . Our people in Merdîn, who do not hesitate to pay the price for all the oppression and massacres of the enemy, not only gave the most meaningful response to the enemy with this stance, but also ensured that our people’s hope for freedom always remained fresh.
Our comrade Qehreman, who was born in a patriotic family in the Qoser district of Mêrdîn, was also brought up in this resistance tradition of the people of Mêrdîn. Due to the patriotic characteristics of his family and the environment he lived in, Kurdistan recognized our Freedom Struggle from an early age. He met the guerrilla who made all kinds of sacrifices for our people and did not hesitate to pay the price, and grew up with his heroic stories. For this reason, he enlarged his dream of joining the guerrilla with him. Our comrade Qehreman, who saw the reality of the enemy more closely and witnessed the genocidal policies of the enemy against our people in his youth, participated in the works by choosing the ranks of the struggle like every honorable Kurdish youth. Our comrade, who became more conscious after witnessing the atmosphere of freedom in the ranks of the guerrilla, that the capitalist system has detached people from their core values and turned them into a commodity, has embraced life with all his arms. From the very beginning of his guerrilla life, he had an enthusiastic and enthusiastic participation. He wanted to improve himself in all areas of life and spent a unique effort for this. Our comrade Qehreman, who does not hesitate to take the initiative, Thanks to this feature, he managed to become a competent guerrilla in a short time. Our comrade, who was involved in the work in the field of Qendil after the New Warriors training he received, continued his development here. Our comrade Qehreman, who knows that as an Apoist militant, must be the answer to the liquidation attacks of the enemy against our people and our Movement for the last 8 years, he is aware that for this he needs to become competent in the new era war style. On this basis, he wanted to improve himself in both tunnel and mobile guerrilla warfare styles. With the trainings he received, he achieved a certain level of development in this sense and was ready to go to the areas where the war was most intense. However, our comrade Qehreman, who knows very well that only military competence will not meet the requirements of today’s war style, is aware that a military service that is disconnected from ideology will not bring success. On this basis, she wanted to deeply understand our Leader’s democratic socialist ideology, which is based on the democratic, ecological and women’s freedom paradigm, and to make this the direction of her life. Our comrade Qehreman, who intensified his concentration more in this framework, increased his determination and determination as the struggle deepened.
He was impressed by our comrades who became martyrs by fighting selflessly against the enemy’s attacks on the Zap, Avaşîn and Metîna areas since 2021, aiming to liquidate our Movement. For this purpose, he turned his face to the Zap area with great ambition, excitement and enthusiasm; Bager, Rohat, Avzem and Mizgîn had the chance to fight in the places of resistance. With the strength and morale he received from his martyred comrades, he participated in all works without hesitation with the duty and responsibility of being worthy of his martyred comrades. He did not tolerate failure in any work he took part in, and made certain success and victory his main goal.
