BEHDINAN – The KCK Foreign Relations Committee said, “On June 9, in the city of Sulaymaniyah in Southern Kurdistan, the working son of our people and our struggle, Hüseyin Arasan, was murdered by the joint plan of the anti-Kurdish terrorist organization MIT-Parastin.”
The KCK statement said, “Members of the Mesopotamian Workers’ Association, founded in the city of Sulaymaniyah by patriots and revolutionaries from Northern Kurdistan, who escaped the persecution of the Turkish state and lived in various cities of Southern Kurdistan, have been facing a systematic threat for a long time. “Unfortunately, the government and local security forces, who are responsible for protecting these patriots who paid a price in the Kurdish people’s cause of freedom and were punished by the invading Turkish state, have unfortunately not fulfilled their responsibilities until today.”
KDP-affiliated PARASTIN IS THE MAIN ORGANIZER OF MASSACRE
“Especially Parastin etc. affiliated with the KDP. institutions are in the position of the main organizers and executors of such massacres.” All the murderers who commit murder in other cities end up in Hewlêr. No murderer who escaped to Hewlêr has been caught so far. Even this situation alone reveals the role of the KDP in the massacres. KDP and its agents-collaborators are the most fiercely hostile towards free Kurdishness and Kurdistan patriotism. These traitors, who are institutionally organized by the KDP and brought to the MIT, are targeting and martyring our people who live with dignity and the workers of our people. The MIT alone has no means of organizing agents in Southern Kurdistan. It is also clear that he cannot take a single step without the help of KDP-Parastin. While the KDP organizes individuals as agents to the MIT, sometimes the family puts the family in the service of the MIT. Our movement has knowledge and preparation for such individuals and families. He will also take the necessary measures. A second center used in the terrorist massacres against our people is the Turkmen Front organization in Kirkuk. This structure, which has become a center where the dirty work of the invading Turkish state is organized, continues to be used under the supervision of Iraq. Through these gang groups, the MIT almost established its headquarters in Kirkuk. We warn the relevant Iraqi institutions against this agent-terrorist network. We call on Iraqi citizens to prevent them from committing the crime of spying on foreign states. We would like to remind you that we will have an answer to the spying and terrorist activities to be carried out on behalf of the Turkish state against our people and forces.
ATTENTION AND MEASURES MUST BE TAKEN AGAINST THE MASSACRE OF KURDISH PATRIOTS
Finally, we would like to call on the Southern Kurdistan forces, which are not under the control of the invading Turkish state but could not develop an adequate reaction. Our historical genocide process has been deepened with the decisions taken against our people 100 years ago. We are in the 100th anniversary of the Lausanne Genocide Agreement. There are intense discussions about Kurdish unity and the freedom of Kurdistan. Many revolutionaries, intellectuals and patriots from the North, Rojava, Rojhilat and Bashur were martyred in Southern Kurdistan, which had a status, with the cooperation of the Turkish Republic and the KDP. We have called many times to take a role in preventing these massacres. Friendly condolences do not cure the division of Kurdistan, nor do they stop the terrorist activities of the Turkish state and its collaborator Parastin. South Kurdistan is a region with a status. Such attacks are possible in occupied territories. But in Southern Kurdistan, treason and terrorist attacks by collaborating forces should not be allowed with the partnership of politics, society and security institutions. As a movement, we have always based on the will of Southern Kurdistan. After such attacks, we waited for the massacres to be clarified. Unfortunately, we saw that there was not enough effort and no results could be obtained. In this, we have to emphasize the KDP’s strategy that protects terrorists and murderers. We once again call on Kurdish parties, democratic institutions, and security institutions that do not bow to the blackmail of the occupying Turkish state: Take a stand against the massacre of Kurdish patriots, take precautions. Act before, not after, massacres. If these massacres continue, it will be our most fundamental duty to protect our people and take preventive measures.
