“Our Commander Sinan Dijwar, along with his comrades Mazlum Koçer and Ararat Tolhildan, were martyred as a result of the enemy attack that took place on March 10, 2023 while they were on duty in Bashure Kurdistan. The martyrdom of Sinan, a loyal militant of our Party PKK, who devoted 30 years to the freedom struggle and assumed duties at the level of the provincial command, along with his two comrades, has been a heavy loss for our struggle. Comrades Sinan, Mazlum and Ararat, who devote their entire lives to our people to have a free future and struggle without hesitation, will be the unquenchable torches of our freedom struggle and will always illuminate our path. The self-sacrificing style of participation of our martyred comrades and their uncompromising Apoist militancy will set an example for us, flags of struggle will be raised, Their revenge will be taken and their memories will always be kept alive. In the person of Sinan, Mazlum and Ararat comrades, we reiterate our promise to the martyrs, and state that we will be relentless followers of the line of martyrs.
On this basis, first of all, we express our condolences to the valuable families of our martyred comrades and to all the people of Kurdistan.

SINAN DIJWAR
Our comrade Sinan Dijwar was born in a working and patriotic family. The Doski tribe, of which his family is a member, is an ancient tribe that has inhabited the outskirts of the Zagros for centuries. Our comrade Sinan grew up in Gever in an environment where social morals and values are strong and patriotic awareness is developed. For this reason, he gained a mature character and patriotic feelings that embody social values in his personality. The fire of freedom lit by the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla in the Zagros, and the sound of the guerrilla’s barrel echoing in these mountains, found a response in the Colemêrg region and especially in Gever. Countless young men and women of Gever rushed towards the fire of freedom at the peak of the Zagros, they wanted to intensify this fire, enlarge the guerrilla army and create the free future of our people.
Comrade Sinan, one of the young people who flocked to the guerrilla ranks in the 90s, joined our Party PKK in 1993 with great goals and dreams. Comrade Sinan found himself in a guerrilla environment, experienced the joy of joining the community of people living with the purest values of humanity, and saw that the guerrilla is not just a fighting force. It has witnessed that guerrilla and guerrilla are a new way of life, a way of expressing the free people, and the Kurdish people’s only opportunity for existence and freedom. That’s why he joined the guerrilla life without hesitation and with great love. He made a great effort to acquire the consciousness of free life, to embody the virtues of Apoist militancy, to become an indomitable warrior and a victorious commander. Although he will always be known as Sinan Gever by his friends in the following years,
Comrade Sinan Dijwar has been a guerrilla in many areas of the Zagros from 1993 to 1998 without interruption. He experienced the excitement of being a guerrilla in the lands where he was born and grew up, dealt blows to the colonial enemy who occupied and polluted these lands with great resentment, and made important contributions to the freedom struggle. Comrade Sinan, with his hardworking personality and high courage, participated in the actions, became a commander who was cooked on the battlefield and gained his experience in the angry war environment. He took part in the action on the Jêhat Hill of the Ertûş police station in 1996, and was injured in his foot in this action. Comrade Sinan was known and recognized for his unwavering march on the enemy. Comrade Sinan was involved in the cadre school circuit opened in Zagros in order to deepen himself in the Apoist ideology, and he trained himself. Every moment of guerrilla life,
He was educated at the staff school again in 1999, then moved to the Xakurkê and Xinêre areas. From Xakurkê to Qendil, from Garê to Zap, he assumed responsibility, commanded and carried out activities in all areas of Medya Defense Zones until 2006. Comrade Sinan served in our guerrilla army as a combat squad commander, from squad command to battalion commander. With his vast experience of years, he wanted to move into Bakure Kurdistan and practice his experiences here. Our comrade Sinan wanted to be an answer to the move- mental process that our movement raised by saying “Êdî be e!” in many areas, by moving to Bakur and conducting a successful practice there. On this basis, it moved to Botan in 2007, and then to the province of Mêrdîn. He got used to the Mêrdîn province early and joined the practice there. However, our comrade Sinan had an unfortunate accident in the province of Mêrdîn, as a result of which he lost two fingers on his right hand. Comrade Sinan, who went to the Medya Defense Zones for treatment, returned to his duty after his treatment. He never saw the partial mutilation of one of his hands as an obstacle to his guerrillaism, and continued to be the commander of his comrades with great enthusiasm and enthusiasm.
She studied at the Haki Karer Academy in 2008, where she made an account of her 15 years of guerrillaism and command style. She deepened herself in the Democratic Ecological and Women’s Libertarian Paradigm and moved to Xakurkê and Zagroslar again with a strong concentration. After carrying out practical activities for two years, he moved to Heftanîn and Metîna areas in 2010, assumed responsibility for four years and fulfilled his term duties. Comrade Sinan has played an important role in our organization with his sincere comradeship, hard work, self-sacrifice, reassuring style of command and a pace that always aims for success. With these features, he gained the love and respect of his comrades with his modest participation in all environments he was in, and transferred his years of experience to his comrades.
Our comrade Sinan acted with the assertion of fulfilling his duties and responsibilities in every field our revolution needed, from being a warrior to commanding at every level. With this awareness and responsibility, he assumed duties at the level of the provincial command, and carried out various activities in different fields and Bashure Kurdistan from 2014 until 2023. In this process, Sakine Cansız was involved in the training environment in the PKK Hearth, discussed the development problems of our struggle in detail, and focused on conducting the gender and class war more sharply. With the strong concentration in the Party Hearth, Comrade Sinan tried to make the democratic socialist ideology of the PKK dominant in the area and to raise the dimensions of the organization. Comrade Sinan made every breath he took, every step he took, every word he said so that our people could have a freer future. He has not hesitated to reveal all kinds of sacrifices and self-sacrifice for this cause without reckoning. Comrade Sinan, along with his two comrades, died as a result of the enemy attack on March 10, 2023, while he was on duty in Bashure Kurdistan.
Comrade Sinan Dijwar has fought for 30 years in the sacred struggle for freedom, in which he participated for the sake of a free life, without stopping, without seeing what he has done enough, and always feeling indebted to our people, our martyrs and the Leader. He has achieved great success in a lifetime of struggle, created important values for our people and acted as an exemplary commander for us comrades. The 30 years that Comrade Sinan ran the freedom marathon out of breath is a monument of heroism and an epic of valor. This march of Comrade Sinan is a line of struggle that will be taken as an example to us comrades, especially the youth of Gever, all the youth of Kurdistan and the Kurdish people.

Our oppressed comrade was born in a koçer family belonging to the patriotic Aliki tribe in Sêrt. Our comrade Mazlum was brought up in this way as his family, who is a Koçer, is attached to Kurdish culture and traditions and was not affected much by the capitalist system. That’s why he grew up to be a natural and succinct personality. Since the tribe he belongs to is among the most patriotic tribes in Kurdistan and he joined the guerrilla ranks, our oppressed comrade began to recognize the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle from an early age. Since the guerrilla grew up with heroic stories, he saw the guerrilla as a savior from an early age and dreamed of the day when he would join the guerrilla. Our oppressed comrade, who brought the reality of the enemy to greater awareness as he grew older, He began to better understand the guerrilla’s struggle for freedom in many areas of Kurdistan. For this reason, joining the guerrilla is no longer a dream for him, it has become a duty to be fulfilled. Especially the genocidal policy imposed by the enemy on our people and the attacks developed on this basis have caused great anger to emerge in our comrade Mazlum. He believed that these policies of the enemy must be held to account, and he was aware that this was possible by joining the guerrilla ranks. On this basis, he joined the guerrilla ranks from Garzan in 2013 and once again showed all honorable Kurdish youth the real field of struggle. Our comrade, who stayed in the Garzan area for a while after joining the guerrilla ranks, received his first training in the guerrilla here. He had the opportunity to get to know many of our valuable comrades, and benefited from the vast experience of these comrades. For this reason, he has gained experience in a short time that may take many years. Coming from a Koçer family, our comrade, who had no difficulty in adapting to mountain life, quickly adapted to the freedom-scented life of the guerrilla, thanks to the vital lessons he learned from his comrades. After staying in the Garzan area for a while, our comrade moved to the Medya Defense Areas and received New Warriors training in the Zap area. Since he joined the guerrilla ranks in Bakurê Kurdistan and gained years of experience from our comrades there, he started to lead the way with his comrades with whom he was trained. He conveyed what he learned to his comrades with great enthusiasm, enthusiasm and enthusiasm and contributed to their development. Thus, our comrade Mazlum, who started to lead from the very beginning of his guerrilla life, has shown that he is a promising candidate for command in this short time. Our comrade, who participated in the activities in the field of Zap after the training, continued his pioneering participation in training in practice. With great courage and determination, he resisted the enemy’s destruction operations that he had developed since the middle of 2015, and showed the enemy once again the invincibility of the Kurdistan guerrilla by striking one blow after another with his comrades. Our comrade, who participated in many actions in the Zap area where he was until 2017, succeeded in becoming a commander with his success in these actions and his skills in the art of guerrilla. He took as a basis to develop himself in the ideological sense as well as in the military sense, and made it his main goal to shape his personality according to the philosophy of the Leadership. He sincerely believed that a freedom guerrilla could only be successful by deepening in the philosophy of the Leadership, and in this sense, he focused on deepening his concentration more and more every day.
Our comrade Mazlum moved to the Qendil field since 2018, has maintained the same level of development here as well. Our comrade, who took part in many different studies, gained the trust of his comrades with his success in these studies. For this reason, he has been involved in works that require loyalty and high commitment to the values of freedom. Our comrade Mazlum, who tried to be worthy of the trust of his comrades with his laboring and self-sacrificing participation in these works, responded by educating him more in the Apoist ideology. Our comrade Mazlum, who is based on being successful in any work or task as a requirement of loyalty to our Leader and our martyrs, is aware that only this way can be an answer to the historical process our people are going through. For this, he worked meticulously in the studies he took part in, He set an example for all his comrades with his disciplined and self-sacrificing style of work. ARARAT TOLHILDAN
Our comrade Ararat was born in Serêkaniyê, Rojava Kurdistan, in a patriotic family. Due to the patriotism of his family, he got to know our Kurdistan Freedom Movement when he was younger and grew up with a strong sense of patriotism. He met our cadres in the organizing work and admired the life and stance of the cadres. He deeply felt the pain of the occupation and fragmentation of our country and the physical and cultural genocide carried out on our people. He was filled with great grudge and anger against it. Our comrade Ararat, who left the lands of Kurdistan after his family migrated to Damascus, has always grown up with a longing for our country. As he grew older, he realized that life within the system was unbearable. Our comrade Ararat, who went on a quest, as a patriotic Kurdish youth, could not accept the division of our country. Along with the process that developed with the Arab spring, the peoples in Syria started to revolt, and the family of our comrade Ararat also took part in these uprisings. His parents lost their lives in the regime attacks that took place during these uprisings. Our comrade Ararat was proud of them, even though it was hard with the death of his parents. At the same time, he felt very proud that our people in Rojava made self-administration announcements on the basis of self-defense. There were also participations in this blessed march from his close circle and martyrdoms were experienced. Our comrade Ararat believed that he should also fulfill his duties during this historical revolution period. As the attacks of the invaders on our people increased day by day, they entered a crossroads and decided to fight.
Our comrade Ararat, who made his childhood dream come true by joining our ranks, has now become a guerrilla that he admires greatly. Our comrade Ararat, who received his basic training in Medya Defense Zones, embarked on the fight with great enthusiasm. The mature and humble personality of our comrade Ararat has become more conscious and meaningful with the ideology of Leader Apo. Our comrade Ararat, who stated that he “realized that he is a human being” as he read Leader Apo, realized what kind of heedlessness he lived in the system. Our comrade Ararat has always been in an effort to improve himself and his comrades with his laboring and simple participation. Although he did not have much experience in guerrillaism, he duly fulfilled the critical and difficult tasks he had undertaken with his rapid development and became the owner of a successful practice. His devotion to Leader Apo and our martyrs, He took a determined stance with his belief in struggle and victory. He was very impressed by the life and comradeship relations created by Leader Apo and thousands of our martyrs. Our comrade Ararat, who approaches life with great responsibility and seriousness, believed that as long as he is won in life, he will achieve final victory in war. Our comrade Ararat, who knows that value cannot be created without effort, has added value to our values by working hard. He is deeply attached to the comradeship that constitutes the essence of the PKK. Comrade Ararat, who stated that he became closer to Leader Apo as he improved himself, succeeded in becoming a self-defense militant. Trying to understand its essence, it effectively fought the race and class struggle. Aiming to be a competent guerrilla, our comrade Ararat, with his specialization training in military academies, He became a professional guerrilla of the Democratic Modernity Guerrilla.
