“Our comrade Alîşêr Çiya in May 2022, and our comrades Reşid Serdar and Amed Mayis martyred in the attacks carried out by the colonialist genocidal Turkish state against the Media Defense Areas. Our comrades Alîşêr, Reşîd and Amed, who have been involved in different fields and duties in our freedom struggle for a long time; With their participation in life and war, they managed to become exemplary Apoist militants. Our comrades Alîşêr and Reşîd have advanced the technical level of the Democratic Modernity Guerrilla in the scientific field with their creative personalities in Hêzên Taybet’s work, their determination in self-defense militancy, their assertive stance, their focused concentration and outstanding efforts. Both the collective role and leadership they played in the studies they participated in, and the creativity they demonstrated with their individual competencies demonstrated an admirable exemplary practice. Our comrade Amed has also shown his stance with his effort on the practical battlefield, his self-sacrificing personality, modest participation and self-sacrifice.
Our comrades Alîşer, Reşid and Amed, who never see themselves as sufficient in the face of the Apoist line and the reality of martyrs, who always work and struggle by feeling indebted to their people, have come to the fore as the bright future cadres of our organization. Our comrades Alîşêr, Reşîd and Amed, who wholeheartedly believe that success in Kurdistan is only possible with a struggle and war on the line of self-sacrifice, and who do so without hesitation, fell to martyrdom while fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as the elite militants of our guerrilla.
We express our condolences to all our patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially to the esteemed families of our comrades Alîşêr, Reşîd and Amed, who will be remembered for their honest and serious participation in the work, their warmth in their comradeship and their sincere smiles that they never miss for a moment.

Our party, the PKK, which developed under the leadership of Rêber Apo, who recreated a people caught in the grip of the genocide and whose existence was made controversial, from its ashes, revealed the reality of a resisting people that exists by fighting and is armed with the spirit of serhildan. The resistance of our party, the PKK, the creator of the hope of freedom, was embraced by our patriotic people in every inch of Kurdistan, and an epic of resistance that lasted half a century emerged. The Gever district of the insurgent Colemêrg came to the fore as one of the first areas where our Party became massive, and the resistance fire lit by the guerrillas in the Zagroslar turned into serhildans in the streets of Gever. Despite all the attacks of the invaders, our patriotic people of Gever did not compromise their resistance and continued their march for freedom with great determination. Our comrade Alîşêr, who was born in a patriotic family intertwined with this strong culture of resistance in Gever, which created generations with the Serhildan tradition, grew up witnessing the resistance of our people from his childhood. Adoption of our martyrs by our Gever people and greeting with serhildans occupied a strong place in the childhood memories of our comrade Alîşêr and enabled him to establish deep ties with the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla. The legendary guerrilla resistance on the one hand, and the serhildans of our people, on the other, witnessing the brutal attacks of the invaders, increased the strong patriotic feelings and the feeling of revenge in our comrade’s heart against the invaders. The stance of our comrade Martyr Bêrîtan, who did not bow to the invaders and collaborators, left deep traces on our comrade Alîşêr and became the most decisive factor in his struggle. Our comrade, who became more familiar with the reality of the system in Istanbul, where he went for university education, did not remain silent in the face of attacks of assimilation, denial and destruction and decided to join the ranks of the resistance. Comrade Alîşêr, who took the first steps in the struggle, including youth work, put forth a great effort to raise awareness of Kurdish youth and to protect them from the attacks of the invaders. Our comrade, who was arrested by the invaders during his work, continued his struggle in the colonial dungeons. Our comrade, who knew the struggle and himself better during the dungeon process, increased his anger even more. Comrade Alîşêr, who took the first steps in the struggle, including youth work, put forth a great effort to raise awareness of Kurdish youth and to protect them from the attacks of the invaders. Our comrade, who was arrested by the invaders during his work, continued his struggle in the colonial dungeons. Our comrade, who knew the struggle and himself better during the dungeon process, increased his anger even more. Comrade Alîşêr, who took part in city studies after he was released from the dungeon of the colonialists, continued his work with great success. Believing that it is time to join the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, which was his childhood dream, our comrade joined the guerrilla ranks in 2015 after his self-defense activities.
Comrade Alîşêr, who is considered to be the realization of his dreams of being in the free mountains, most affected our holy PKK comradeship. The most important feature that distinguishes the PKK comradeship from the friendships it has gained in the system, its social nature, its concise and unbreakable comradeship, enabled our comrade Alîşêr to join this sacred bond with great enthusiasm. For our comrade Alîşêr, the word “Heval” has been an enchanted truth that brings the greatest spirituality to his heart. Because he realized the meaning of being “Heval” and as he reached the depth of this meaning, he stated that the word “Heval” means a great and great value that cannot be explained with a few words. For him, “Heval” meant companionship of truth, love, devotion and struggle.
Our comrade Alîşêr has recreated himself with these feelings of comradeship in the life of the PKK, which is always full of great meanings. Our comrade, who started his practice after successfully completing the training of new fighters in the Qendil field, became a pioneer in a short time by combining his existing experience with guerrilla tactics. Our comrade Alîşêr, who has always had a self-critical attitude towards our leadership and our martyrs, has made an effort to be able to give more answers. He did not accept an ordinary participation and ordinary life for himself. He made an effort to understand the Leadership and the Party more and to be its practical implementers. He wanted to benefit the organization by becoming aware of the need to train himself in every way. Comrade Alîşêr, who has a great concentration to respond to the needs of the process, joined Hêzên Taybet on this basis. Our holy city of Riha, where Leader Apo was born and grew up, experienced the first socialization, made the first great friendships and planted the first hopes of freedom, was also the first area where our Kurdistan Freedom Struggle became popular. The historical resistance developed against the colonialists and their collaborators achieved great success in Hilvan-Siverek, and then spread to every part of Kurdistan in waves and turned into a historical freedom march. Our comrade Reşid, who is from Riha, was born in a patriotic family who had to immigrate to Dilok. Being from the same lands as our leadership had a great impact on our comrade Reşid, making him question deeply and at the same time be a source of inspiration. Our comrade, who stands out with his sharp intelligence, had a successful education life and studied medicine at the university. During this period, our comrade, whose search for freedom increased and his desire for freedom became sharper, became more interested in the philosophy of Leader Apo and the historical resistance led by our party PKK and started to follow it closely. Comrade Reşid, who embraced our struggle more and more, took his first steps into the struggle by participating in youth work. Our comrade, who put forth an intense effort to raise awareness of the Kurdish youth against the assimilation attacks of the colonialist Turkish state for a while, never saw the struggle he waged as sufficient and focused on more active participation. Our comrade Reşid, who brought to consciousness the fact that the slogan of the Free Leadership, Free Kurdistan will be brought to victory with the guerrilla struggle carried out in the ancient Kurdistan mountains, dismissed the individualistic life opportunities offered to him by the system in 2013 with the back of his hand,
Our comrade Reşid, who is on his way to his own self as an honorable seeker of truth, has found the self, historical and true identity that the system cannot give him, in the ranks of the guerrilla, in the mountains of Kurdistan. Our comrade Reşid, who knows very well that reaching the Self requires a great struggle, started his revolutionary life with great will from the first moment he joined. Our comrade, who joined the guerrilla ranks in Amed, the center of the resistance in Kurdistan, successfully completed the basic guerrilla training in the same field. Our comrade Reşid, who has a strong participation with his sincere comradeship, excitement and morale of getting to know life, moved to Medya Defense Zones after his successful practice in Amed. Our comrade, who deepened in the ideological and military fields with the training he received, later moved to the Zagroslar and continued his work in the Avaşîn region. He had a willing and determined participation in every moment of his guerrillaism. Comrade Reşid, who has a great interest in leadership philosophy, has always been in deep concentration. Our comrade, who was involved in the activities of Hêzên Taybet on April 4, 2014, as a militant locked in to his target, has based himself on reaching his goal of being a militant with a mission, not walking but running. With his strong devotion to the cause, he created a militant personality in himself and took a determined stance in the line of Zîlans. Our comrade Reşid, who was reborn in the ranks of Hêzên Taybet with the strong concentrations he experienced and the trainings he received, by educating himself at every moment, he tried to reach his own self by purifying the dirt of the system and achieved strong results in this sense. Our comrade, who questions every moment of his life in order to break the chains created by the system in his personality and to become truly free, is based on constantly improving his cat and his companions. Our comrade, who served the freedom struggle of our people by completing many critical missions with great success, became an exemplary militant in every environment with his sharp and determined stance. Despite being injured in an enemy attack, our comrade Reşid, who recovered quickly with the Apoist will, quickly returned to the ranks of the struggle and continued his resistance from where he left off with great enthusiasm. That the truest life is the Party life, With the awareness that not every life that can be lived apart from this is a meaningful life, it has taken a stance that embraces the Party life. Ensuring the freedom of Leader Apo, the creator of this life, was the main goal for him and he determined to fight for it with all his might as his main goal.
Our comrade, who proudly bears the name of our immortal commander Martyr Reşid Serdar, who does not tolerate even the presence of the shadow of the invaders in Kurdistan, has protected the legacy of struggle of all our martyrs in the person of Martyr Reşid Serdar and has fought relentlessly to be worthy of them. Our comrade Reşid has focused on devoting himself completely to the Party, serving and responding to attacks from all directions, while at the same time integrating this with his stance and practice. Its main purpose has been to catch the moment in the future and at every necessary moment, to become active and to develop action. He aimed to educate himself in every aspect and aimed to practice it in life. Deeply grasping the reality of war in the age of science-technical, It has become the owner of a participation that assimilates the doctrine of revolutionary war and aims to bring the scientific-technical level of the democratic guerrilla to the highest level. He took an active part in critical studies that required great sensitivity, sensitivity, attention and care, took responsibility for these studies after a while, and achieved significant success with his high creativity. Our comrade Reşid played a prominent role in our struggle by being a veteran and pioneer of a work that is not in the spotlight, whose name is not known much, but which has a great role in our war.
Our comrade Reşid has had a comrade who loves to sing and feels his Leadership and our martyrs in the notes of every song he sings and embroiders his devotion to them in his heart. By serving his comrades and laboring for his comrades in life, he had an incalculable participation. Sometimes he gave great morale to his friends with his moral stance, and sometimes he took a big place in the hearts of his comrades with his self-sacrificing stance. He considered every place he had acquired in the hearts as his home, and this residence was interlocked to never be dispersed or destroyed again. What enabled this was the PKK comradeship that our comrade Reşid took as a basis for himself.

Our city of Merdin, where the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle led by Leader Apo was greeted with great enthusiasm by our patriotic people and saluted with serhildans, did not compromise on the freedom march despite being subjected to brutal attacks by the colonialist Turkish state. Our city of Merdin, one of the most ancient settlements of Kurdistan, has become a strong common ground where many different peoples, languages and cultures, especially the Kurds, live in harmony and brotherhood. Our comrade Amed was born in a patriotic family in the Şemrex district of Merdîn, where social moral values and Kurdistani tradition are strongly lived. Growing up by witnessing the resistance culture closely, our comrade Amed had a fighting personality who was aware of his identity from an early age.
The enthusiasm created by the struggle of our people in Rojava, who marched for the revolution with the philosophy of Leader Apo, and the attacks of the invaders who wanted to strangle the Rojava Freedom Revolution had a great impact on our comrade Amed. The angry war process in Rojava in 2015 further revealed the strong patriotic and conscientious feelings of our comrade and increased his willingness to participate actively in the struggle. Our comrade, who knows very well that the war being waged is above all a war of humanity, the war of light and darkness, deepened his questioning and the moral values he acquired from his society drew him to more struggle. As an honorable Kurdish youth, our comrade Amed, who does not consider remaining silent against inequality and injustice as an option, has decided to go to Rojava and join the angry war.
He started to weave the bonds of mountain love and comradeship in his heart by working moment by moment in his first place of stay, in Metîna. This beginning has been the source of great goals and purposes for him. Our comrade Amed, who achieved effective results by combining his war experience with the new era guerrilla tactics, taught and learned from his comrades. The ideology and philosophy of the Leadership became a map for our comrade Amed, who attended Hêzên Taybet in October 2019 in order to be closer to the Leader, to understand and apply the Leadership in depth in his life. Our comrade Amed has left deep traces on his comrades with his vitality, modesty and color in life. Our comrade Amed, who enthusiastically joined the PKK, to which he is passionately attached, has always been a sought-after comrade with his smiling face and moralizing features. Based on our Leader’s determination of “Love requires effort”, our comrade Amed has deepened his love of life and comradeship by making unreasonable efforts in all areas of his life, and this love has led to the growth of feelings of revenge and anger against the enemy. Our comrade Amed, who became competent in both the military and the ideological field, was one of the first comrades to strike a blow to the enemy by taking up arms in the face of the invasion attacks of the colonialist Turkish army. Our comrade Amed, who participated in the Cenga Xaburê Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign, took part in the battle positions and mobile teams and successfully fulfilled his duties and responsibilities in the historical war. Our comrade Amed, who has an unending anger against the colonialists, gave the necessary response to the attacks of the invaders where necessary.
