Our comrades Asya (Amara), Azad and Koçer (Seyit), who led this action with the spirit of the Apoist self-sacrifice, fought heroically and reached martyrdom in the ensuing conflict and the enemy bombardments that followed.
By joining the ranks of the PKK with great internationalist feelings and a high belief in democratic socialist ideology, our comrades Asya, the valiant daughter of the Black Sea people, Azad, the valuable socialist son of the German people, and our comrades Koçer from Rojhilatê Kurdistan, the representative of the Kurdish national unity spirit, gave the most meaningful answer in a process where nationalism made peoples hurt each other, with these actions of the PKK. They became the representatives of the supreme truth of God. They showed the PKK’s invincibility in the most striking way by marching on the enemy with great courage and self-sacrificing spirit. The self-sacrificing spirit represented by these heroic comrades, the consciousness of democratic nation, the idea of supreme socialism and the unity of all of them in the Apoist philosophy has been the name of the leaven for our cause for freedom. We will fight endlessly for the attainment of a free and democratic socialist life for humanity, which is their biggest dream and for which these comrades do not hesitate to give a price for their sake. Comrade Asya has seen that the PKK is not just a Kurdish movement, but a freedom movement for all humanity. She entered the struggle without hesitation and fought relentlessly within the Rojava Freedom Forces for two years.
Comrade Asya, who said, “It is not enough to just fight, it is necessary to fight at the highest level”, made a big decision by reviewing her fighting style and pace. On the basis of this decision, she turned her face to the mountains and joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla and joined Hêzên Taybet.
