HPG also shared the following information regarding the details of the action and the attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army:
“Metina region;
“The occupiers, who tried to take their positions by reinforcing soldiers in the Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area, were taken under control by our mobile teams. On June 11, at 04:30, a Reo type military vehicle was targeted and hit with sabotage tactics. In this action, while the vehicle was completely destroyed, 12 occupants were also punished. The invading Turkish army admitted only 2 losses and concealed its other losses. The invading Turkish army removed the wreckage of the destroyed vehicle on 12 June.
Martyr Delîl West Zap region;
- The invaders, who took action in the Girê FM Resistance Area, were targeted and beaten 3 times by our forces on 12 June.
- The invaders in the Girê FM Resistance Area were hit twice by our forces with heavy weapons on 13 June.
- While the invaders in the Girê FM Resistance Area were trying to take positions in the area, on June 14, at 06:30, our mobile teams were targeted and hit with heavy weapons.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;
- On 13 and 14 June, the Girê Cûdî and Girê Amediyê Resistance Area of the Martyr Delîl West Zap region, the Golka area of Metîna, the Goşînê, Rostê and Sinînê areas of Xakurkê, the Deşta Kafya area of Garê and the Dola Bolê area of Qendil were fought 12 times. bombed by planes.
- On 12 and 13 June, the Sîda Resistance Area of Zap, Girê Cûdî, Girê Amediyê and Girê Bahar Resistance Areas of the Martyr Delîl West Zap region, Girê Hakkarî, Gunde Şêlazê and Golka areas of Metîna were bombed 318 times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.
- The invading Turkish army is trying to attack our positions in the Sîda Resistance Area of the Zap and the Girê FM Resistance Area of the Martyr Delîl West Zap region on June 13 and try to demolish them with scoops and crushers.”
