“Despite the inaction decision taken by our Movement due to the earthquake on 6 February, the invading Turkish army has continued and still continues its destruction attacks against our forces. Again, attacks were carried out by the invading Turkish army in the Besta area on 15 and 16 May to destroy our forces. Our forces, which came into contact with the invaders, had to clash. Our comrades in Besta displayed a great example of resistance for two days in the face of the Turkish army’s attacks with a large number of soldiers, treacherous contras, war techniques, attack helicopters and warplanes. Our comrades under the command of Comrade Dilşêr tried to thwart this operation, but by displaying a self-sacrificing spirit in the conflicts, they hit the enemy force. In these clashes, in which the enemy confessed to the death of 5 soldiers and 1 counter, it was understood that the enemy’s losses were higher, but he hid his losses in order not to reveal the defeat he received against the Bakur guerrillas. In these conflicts, our comrades Dilşêr Çiyareş and Bawer Med met the enemy fearlessly and selflessly, and martyred heroically in the conflicts.
Our comrades Dilşêr Çiyareş and Bawer Med, who marched to martyrdom in May, the Month of Martyrs, have passed into our history of struggle as an important martyrdom ring. Our comrade Dilşêr Çiyareş was born in Wan. He grew up in a patriotic family belonging to the Mamxuri tribe, who strongly embraced his social identity and raised his children with this awareness. Comrade Silav Mamxurî, the sister of our comrade Dilşêr, was martyred in the Reco district of Afrin in 2018. Our comrade Dilşêr studied and graduated from high school. However, he saw that Turkish public schools had no other function than to assimilate Kurdish children and put them through the white genocide and left. Comrade Dilşêr, who grew up with the awareness of the danger of genocide, massacres, and endless attacks that his people are facing, He saw that he had responsibilities to the freedom struggle of his people and tried to be an answer. The colonialist genocidal Turkish state arrested and imprisoned our comrade Dilşêr in 2007, under the misconception that it would discourage the struggle in this way. However, our comrade Dilşêr personally witnessed the brutal face of the Turkish state in the dungeon environment, deepened the enemy’s consciousness even more, and reached the determination to fight against the fascist state, which knows no bounds in genocidalism. Comrade Dilşêr, who started his first guerrilla practice in the Xakurkê area, then moved to the Avaşîn area, carried out practice in many areas from Kartal to Mam Reşo to Mervanos until 2010. Comrade Dilşêr, who has become an experienced guerrilla of the Zagros, attended training at the military academy in 2010 to specialize in guerrilla tactics and specialized in sabotage. He aimed to meet the needs of our struggle by combining the guerrilla experience and the tactical level of the guerrilla in his personality and reaching the level of expertise. Acting for this purpose, Comrade Dilşêr carried out various activities in the Medya Defense Zones after the training and moved to the Botan Field in 2012, when our Revolutionary People’s War campaign gained an important level. Our comrade Dilşêr, who marched to Botan with great faith, determination, determination and claim of victory, From 2012 to 2016, he practiced in the fields of Kêla Memê and Besta, which are known for their difficult terrain. Comrade Dilşêr, who has the ability to carry out guerrilla activities in all kinds of fields and fields, became a commander in Botan and assumed a duty. With his populist character, sincere comradeship, and always upbeat personality, he gave great confidence to his comrades and the people of Botan, of which he was his own child. He became a commander loved, respected and welcomed by our people who were coaches in the region. He did the courier when appropriate, public works when appropriate, infrastructure and base works when appropriate, and took part in many actions with his high courage when appropriate and led the way. In 2015, he served as the attack column commander in the raid on the enemy base in Çemanê in the Beytüşşebap Revolutionary Operation, He crushed the enemy power on the hill by walking on the enemy power on this hill with a very high courage and determination. The invading Turkish soldiers on the hill got scared and fled, took refuge behind the betrayal guards in the region, and our comrade Dilşêr, together with his friends, raised weapons from the enemy and carried out his action successfully.
Comrade Dilşêr, who moved to Wan province in 2016 on the basis of the needs of our struggle, went to the land where he was born as a commander. As a pioneer commander, he was involved in the work in Wan province and successfully fulfilled his responsibilities in many areas. From 2012 to 2019, he practiced in Botan uninterruptedly, and he knew how to successfully thwart the enemy’s strongest attacks. Our comrade Dilşêr, as a valiant son of our people who came out of the heart of the Mamxuri tribe, achieved the Apoist militant will in his personality, and gained the honor of commanding in the lands he was born in under the most difficult conditions, by gaining high human virtues.
Comrade Dilşêr, who moved to Medya Defense Zones in 2019, was involved in the responsible education process at Mahsum Korkmaz Academy. He made an accounting of 12 years of guerrilla and 8 years of Bakur practice at Mahsum Korkmaz Academy, questioned his own style of command, concentrated on claiming victory command, and tried to understand and assimilate the new era guerrilla tactic. Comrade Dilşêr, who gained a strong level of deepening, concentration and assertiveness in education, moved to Botan again in 2021 after staying in the Medya Defense Zones for a while. He took on many duties in the guerrilla ranks, from being a warrior to being a team commander, from being a regional commander to being a member of the provincial command, and gave a great effort to fulfill all of them completely. In his last two years of practice, he has failed hundreds of attacks and operations of the enemy in Botan.

Gever, one of the leading areas that determines the measure of patriotism in Kurdistan, deserved this qualification thanks to the thousands of valiant children he contributed to the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle. Our Gever people, who helped our guerrilla struggle to victory step by step by removing many pioneer commanders from their hearts, knew how to respond to all the oppression and massacres of the enemy with their insistence on their patriotic stance. Our comrade Bawer, who emerged from such a patriotic people, has also remained loyal to this tradition of resistance of our people. Our comrade Bawer had the chance to get to know the guerrilla and our struggle for freedom from a very young age, since his relatives and close circles had many participations and martyrdoms in the guerrilla ranks and the area he lived in was among the active fighting areas of the guerrilla. In his youth, our comrade Bawer experienced deep concentrations due to both the intensification of the enemy’s attacks with each passing day and the aspects of current capitalist life that alienate people from their core values and individualize them. As a result of these concentrations he experienced, he sought a new life. He found this new life he was looking for in our Leadership, and the more he read and understood our Leader’s philosophy of life, the more he became connected. He was particularly impressed by our Leader’s determination that man is meaningful with his society, and he turned to his society more and started to raise awareness of the problems our people are experiencing. Adding new ones to the genocidal attacks carried out by the enemy every day, He believed that he should also take part in the struggle because he directly attacked the Rojava Freedom Revolution, which was created with great effort and cost. On this basis, heeded our Leader’s call for mobilization and decided to join the guerrilla ranks in 2014.
Comrade Bawer, who joined the guerrilla ranks in the Avaşîn field, received his first training here. Our comrade Bawer, who almost re-created himself with the trainings he received in the natural environment of the guerrilla and away from the capitalist system, started to get rid of the dirt of the system one by one. As he was purified from these dirt and returned to his essence, he understood that he became free and expanded his world of meaning. He stated that he felt everything, animate and inanimate, together with the guerrilla life, with his concentration reminiscent of the natural philosophers of the ancient age. The more he read and deepened the defenses of our Leader, the more he began to question himself. As an Apoist militant, he realized the expectations of our people and his comrades from him, and he made a great effort and labor to respond to these expectations and to lift the heavy burden of the intense war process. Our comrade, who realized from the very beginning of his guerrilla life that he could not be successful without devoting himself completely to the struggle, became a participant in whatever the organizational needs required on this basis. For this, our party has put all its knowledge and effort into the service of the PKK. With the awareness that only this way can one be worthy of the reality of the leadership and martyrs, it has an unwavering participation. When he was only a two-month-old guerrilla, his meticulous, disciplined and sensitive personality and his love for his comrades attracted attention. For this reason, it has been recommended for health education, which is extremely vital for our guerrilla warfare, and has participated in health education on this basis. In these trainings, he learned the information that could be learned for years in the shortest time and was assigned to Avaşîn for health studies. He stayed here for about a year in health studies. In this process, he developed himself both professionally and ideologically. Therefore, he has now become Doctor Bawer to his comrades. During this time, he healed the wounds of many of his comrades and cured his illness. Later, with his suggestion, he moved to the Gever area where he was born and grew up. Here, after showing a successful practice for about a year, he proposed to go to Botan.
Our comrade Bawer, who moved to the Botan area in 2017, when the invasion attacks and the resistance against them were at the highest level, had an active participation here as well. He did not hinder any difficulties and knew how to be there wherever he was needed. He managed to heal the wounds of his comrades, who were injured during the war, with the scarce means at his disposal, and made the impossible possible. Again, Botan had a great effort and struggle for the organization of an effective health system in order to respond to the needs of all his comrades in the field and to make timely interventions. Our comrade, who succeeded in becoming an integrated militant from the very beginning of his guerrilla life, maintained this stance in the field of Botan as well. He did not limit himself only to health studies. He was able to participate in any work that was needed with great desire and devotion. On this basis, he took part in the infrastructure works during the processes where the enemy attacks were most intense. He concentrated on being successful in these works, which were carried out by taking great risks, and found creative solutions to the problems and knew how to nullify the enemy’s blockade and attacks.
Our comrade, who wholeheartedly believes in the project of restructuring the guerrilla, has made every effort to make this project practical in the field of Botan as soon as possible. He had a great effort and effort for the success of the restructuring project, both practically and with the suggestions he developed. It has been in a concentration equivalent to its pioneering mission in order to carry out effective actions against the enemy in the entire Botan area, especially in the Besta area. He practiced these concentrations by participating in many actions and successfully fulfilled the word-action synergy, which is one of the most important features of Apoist militancy. Our comrade Bawer, who managed to become a leading commander with the experience he gained in the field of Botan, where he fought for about 7 years, he spent every moment of his life with the struggle of sticking to the memory of his comrades who were martyred and fought together. He made realizing the dreams of his martyred comrades as his main goal and increased his struggle for this day by day. For this reason, he looked for an opportunity to strike the enemy at every moment. Our comrade Bawer, who saw the enemy operation that took place in the Besta area on May 15-16 as a great opportunity, struck a heavy blow to an enemy operation arm with his comrades and almost paralyzed the enemy. With these blows to the enemy, they were able to avenge all our martyrs, especially their comrades who were martyred in the Botan area recently. Our comrade Bawer was martyred by fighting until his last breath with a sacrifice style.
