NEWS CENTER – Yekînîyên Rojhilatê Kurdistanê (YRK) announced that 2 guerrillas were martyred and announced their identity information.
YRK said, “A conspiracy was developed against our comrades Kemal Hewramî and Têkoşer Çilçeme, who are on duty, by a group of collaborators who betrayed their own people on January 11, 2023. In this tragic incident, our comrades Kemal Hewramî and Têkoşer Çilçeme were attacked and martyred in the vehicle they were in while they were on duty. As the information was delayed due to the harsh conditions of the winter season, it was also delayed for us to announce the martyrdom of our comrades. For this reason, we apologize to the families of our martyrs and our people.
As the guerrillas of Eastern Kurdistan, we are deeply saddened by the martyrdom of our comrades. Our grudge and anger against the betrayers and the occupying regime forces have become even more acute. On this basis, we renew our promise to the martyrs once again. We will continue our struggle without stopping until we achieve the goals of our martyrs,” he said.
