ATHENS – In Athens, Greece, members of Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) and anarchist groups including RiseUp4Rojava organized a demonstration against the Greek state’s pushback of refugees. The action, which began at 5:30 p.m. Athens time in Syntagma Square (opposite the Greek Parliament), condemned the Greek Republic for the unlawful pushing back of the refugees who are at risk of persecution and arbitrary arrests by the fascist Turkish state from their habitats to become isolated.
Greek slogans, Kurdish revolutionary songs and hundreds of leaflets were distributed during the hour-long action.
