“Our comrades Bişeng, Çiya, Serhed, Rêber and Amed became the most valuable links of these epic resistances by reaching martyrdom in different histories and places in 2017, when epic resistances took place and no concessions were made to the values of freedom at great cost. These valuable comrades, who fought to their last breath by resisting the attacks developed by the genocidal Turkish state in the person of our guerrilla forces to carry out the genocide on our people, will always be a strength by giving spirit to our struggle.
We express our condolences to all patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially to the esteemed families of our comrades Bişeng, Çiya, Serhed, Rêber and Amed, and reiterate our promise that we will walk without reckoning on the path of freedom paved by our heroic martyrs.

BİŞENG ROJDEM GIRAVİ
Our patriotic Botan people pioneered many serhildans. Our Botan people have succeeded in bringing their identity and culture to the present day despite all the difficulties for thousands of years and have never bowed down against the enemy in any way. Because the hearts of our Botan people always beat with patriotism and bravery. Our Giravi tribe, as one of the ancient tribes of Botan, has never given up on our country, Kurdistan, its land and identity until today. It has always been in resistance. When the Apoist Movement emerged, it was devotedly attached to the Apoists. She has fulfilled his patriotic duty by adding her most valuable and valiant sons to our freedom movement. These valuable valiants became heroes in the mountains of Kurdistan and led all our people. One of these valuable comrades is our comrade Bişeng. Her family, who used to live in Elkê, had to immigrate to Wan because of the massacres committed by the enemy and the martyrdom of dozens of our innocent people. These massacres carried out by the enemy turned into great anger in the heart of our comrade Bişeng and caused her to strengthen his patriotic feelings even more. Our comrade Bişeng grew up with these feelings and began to wait for the day when he would take revenge on the genocidal Turkish state. On this basis, she decided to leave the enemy school where she studied for 12 years and join the guerrilla ranks in 2015, which represents an important period for our struggle.
Our comrade Bişeng, who started guerrilla activities in the Zap area, first learned about the ideology of freedom there. As she learned the ideas and ideology of our Leader, she began to learn about herself and the history of our people. Our comrade Bişeng, who reinvented herself as a free woman in the mountains of Kurdistan, is now a leading militant of our people. For this reason, our comrade Bişeng, who has a mountain personality, adapted to the mountains in a short time and did not see anything as an obstacle to her. Thanks to her free spirit, enthusiastic smile and brave personality, she has developed in a short time and won the love of all her comrades with these features. She participated in the intense war practice that developed in 2016 and 2017 and successfully fulfilled her pioneering role as a YJA Star militant by taking part in many actions. With her stance on the battlefield, she gave strength to his comrades with whom she fought, and reinforced their beliefs even more. Although she was young, she became a militant that all her comrades took as an example with the experience she gained. Because our comrade Bişeng has managed to adequately represent both the best features of the patriotic Giravi tribe, the ancient resistance tradition of Kurdish women and the principles of free women in her personality. Although the martyrdom of our comrade Bisheng was premature and untimely for us, she left us a valuable legacy of resistance with her militant stance and struggle. CIYA ROZA
Our comrade Çiya was born in a patriotic family in the Bêgirî district of Wan. He studied until secondary school, then left school and worked as a construction worker in order to survive. The genocidal Turkish state, which aims to bring down the Kurdish youth with prostitution and drugs by approaching the Kurdish youth on the basis of special war policies, has also approached our comrade Çiya in this way. Our comrade Çiya, a pure Kurdish youth, got used to drugs as a result of enemy policies and used drugs for 6 years. Our comrade, who was cut off from his essence, identity and social reality in this way, was later turned into an agent by the Turkish state by using this weakness. After the unscrupulous and immoral Turkish state took our comrade Çiya and turned him into an agent, to use him against the freedom struggle of his people, He commissioned the Kurds to make the Kurds hurt and directed them to the guerrilla ranks. Comrade Çiya, who came to the guerrilla in Botan in the last months of 2014, moved from there to the Medya Defense Zones.
Comrade Çiya, who received the first guerrilla training in the Avaşîn area, was impressed by these trainings despite the lies that the enemy made him memorize about the freedom movement. As he got to know the Apoist ideology, the history of Kurdistan, the reality of the people and the reality of the enemy, a questioning developed in him. At the same time, the collective comradeship life of the PKK based on the supreme human virtues, its sharing everything, the endless sacrifice, deep devotion and great love of the comrades for each other led our comrade Çiya to a spiritual and conscientious account. After seeing and knowing the truth of Leader Apo and the PKK, he saw with his own eyes that the rhetoric that the colonialist and genocidal Turkish state had memorized through special war practices were all lies. Apoist ideology, which removes and strengthens people from a weak state, consciousness, will, belief, He has personally observed the feature that makes him have purpose and determination. At the same time, thanks to the support of his comrades, he got rid of the drug problem, which the enemy had made a habit of, and regained his health in the clean air and environment of the mountains. Our comrade Çiya, who saw all this and brought it to consciousness, made a moral, conscientious and historical decision for himself and admitted to his comrades how the enemy had brought him down, trained and sent him to the ranks of the party. Thanks to these confessions, he came face to face with his own truth, opened a new page in his life, and stated that he wanted to join the PKK wholeheartedly in order to make an honorable exit and make up for his mistakes. Thanks to the support and luck offered to him by his comrades, he joined the practice again. After transcending the lowered personality imposed on him by the enemy, on the one hand, he experienced the deep shame of what he had done, on the other hand, his heart was filled with a great joy of life, happiness and enthusiasm. He participated in the practical process with this joy and enthusiasm and aimed to hold the Kurdish people and himself accountable from the colonialist genocidal Turkish state. On this basis, he moved from Avaşîn to Cîlo province in 2016, and carried out practical activities under the conditions of Bakure Kurdistan by making effort and self-sacrifice. He took his revenge on the enemy by taking part in the actions and showed the hatred and anger accumulated in his heart against the enemy in this way. Our comrade Çiya has earned the respect of his friends with Cîlo’s incalculable participation in the field of Çarçella, his honest friendship and the embarrassment he carries. With the high trust of his comrades in him and the lofty goals he attained, he clung to the hope of a free life and aimed to carry the struggle to victory by enlarging his PKK comradeship. The story of our comrade Çiya; It is the story of a Kurdish youth who fell into the private war net of the Turkish state from his childhood, who was later shot down and turned into a weapon against his people, but who walked from a fallen personality to heroism after getting to know Apoism, the ideology of free life, and the PKK, which is its concrete form. The honorable departure of our comrade Çiya with the Apoist ideology once again proved the power of the Apoist movement and the truth, and revealed a fact that all Kurdish youth can take lessons and examples from.
SERHED SILOPİ
Our comrade Serhed, one of our valiant comrades that our Botan people contributed to the Apoist Movement, was born in a patriotic family belonging to the Teyi tribe in Sirnex. Our comrade, who grew up in a patriotic environment in Sirnex, never forgot his mother tongue, preserved his culture, and did not accept assimilation, although he studied in Turkish schools. As a laborer, he worked to contribute to the livelihood of his family, thus he was able to stand on his own feet from an early age. Since he grew up in a patriotic environment, he learned the reality of our people’s resistance and witnessed the attacks of the enemy against our people. Therefore, he was involved in youth work during his youth. While he was in youth work, he took part in many important works and fulfilled his revolutionary duty in the most successful way. The invading Turkish state and the ISIS gangs attacking the gains of our people and slaughtering thousands of our people under its direction caused our comrade Serhed to become even more angry with the enemy. Again, our comrade, who was affected by the martyrdom, decided to follow the path opened by them as a requirement of devotion to the memory of the martyrs. He turned his face to the mountains of Kurdistan and joined the guerrilla ranks to avenge all the martyrdoms.
When he joined the guerrilla ranks, he first moved to Heftanîn’s field. Here, new warriors successfully completed their training and joined the practice. With the energy and enthusiasm of the youth, he adapted to practical work in a short time and gained great experience. Comrade Serhed has succeeded in improving himself with his hardworking, humble, self-sacrificing and hardworking personality. After a successful two-year practice in Heftanîn, he became involved in the work of the Central Headquarters. Our comrade Serhed, who managed to represent the stance and principles of Apoist militancy with his reassuring personality, undertook many important tasks at a young age. Our great commander Bedran Gundikremo worked alongside our comrade and our party started to learn the heroic history of the PKK. In the person of our comrade Bedran, he saw the most valuable features of the Apoists and he tried to reach these features and dimensions. Our comrade Serhed assumed important duties in an important process and reached martyrdom at a time when he was trying to fulfill his historical responsibilities. In our 40-year history of armed struggle, many of our male and female comrades from Botan took their place in the ranks of the freedom movement. Many of them became great commanders and heroes. Bedran Gundikremo, Adil Bilikî, Rojhat Bilûzerî, Azad Xirbikêbestê, Ahmed Rapo, Hemze, Özgür and many other valiant… Today, thousands of young people from Botan are walking in the footsteps of these heroic comrades; continues to resist as a guerilla in dungeons, streets and mountains. One of these comrades is our comrade Rêber. Our comrade Rêber was born in Silopia because the enemy brutally burned their villages. Our comrade Rêber grew up in a family committed to the values of freedom, in Silopia, where a culture of resistance and patriotism prevails. AMED DERSIM
Our comrade Amed was born in a patriotic family in Til Eran, a town in Heleb, where our people have spent decades and built a free life with great effort and cost. Since his family and environment are patriotic and our party is bound to the PKK with unbreakable ties, he has recognized our struggle for freedom from an early age. However, with the development of the Rojava Freedom Revolution, he had the opportunity to get to know and understand our Party better. Especially the spirit of freedom created by our Party in our people has attracted the attention and interest of our comrade Amed. Again, our comrade Amed was impressed by the self-sacrificing resistance of thousands of militants, armed with the Apoist ideology, against the genocidal attacks against our people and breaking the attacks. Our comrade Amed, who made us aware that as a young member of the Kurdish people, they have responsibilities towards our people, He decided that he too should take his place in the ranks of the struggle. He thought that he would carry out his struggle in the best and most effective way in the mountains of Kurdistan, and on this basis he decided to join the guerrilla ranks.
When he joined the guerrilla ranks, Comrade Amed first drew the attention of our comrade to the life of the PKK, which is essentially a relationship of sharing and comradeship. He thought that such a life could only be a free life and he participated without hesitation. Our comrade, who had the opportunity to develop himself in the Apoist philosophy with the training he received, became more integrated with free life by creating important transformations in his personality. Our comrade, who stands out with his laboring and self-sacrificing features, wholeheartedly believed in the guerrilla’s new era tactic and fulfilled all his duties and responsibilities for this purpose. Our comrade Amed, who had great and valuable efforts in the construction of the war tunnels, saw the victory at the end of these war tunnels and achieved an uncountable participation with this belief. Our comrade, who is based on his ideological training as well as on improving himself militarily, wanted to take his place in the resistance positions as an Apoist militant against the developing enemy attacks. However, he was martyred in an accident in the war tunnels that he took part in the construction, and completed his struggle at the top. As your comrades, with the faith and determination of our comrade Amed, we will realize the lofty goals of him and all our martyrs of the revolution in his person and we will definitely win the victory.”
