Our comrades Raperîn, Rêvan and Botan managed to represent the Apoist militancy and sacrifice to the fullest and protected the legacy of our immortal martyrs’ struggle. These heroic comrades, who have successfully fulfilled the requirements of Apoist militancy in such historical times when our people are closer to freedom than ever before and our struggle is at its peak, once again showed us the line of struggle towards our comrades.
We express our condolences to all patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially the valuable families of our comrades Raperîn, Rêvan and Botan, and promise that we will carry the struggles handed down by our heroic martyrs to victory on the basis of their line of resistance.”

“Our comrade Raperîn was born in a patriotic family in Dêrîka Hemko, an important resistance city in Rojavayê Kurdistan. The valuable family of our comrade Raperîn has embraced Apoism since the first days of our Party’s development in the Rojava area. Therefore, she opened her home to the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla. In this sense, she has been with our Party with great faith at the beginning of our struggle, and has played a role in the growth of our freedom struggle by giving important efforts.
Again, this valuable family of ours joined the guerrilla ranks and there were martyrdoms. Our comrade Raperîn, who grew up in such a family and environment, naturally started to know our party PKK from a young age. She heard about the mountain and guerrilla life from the guerrillas who went to their homes, saw the relations of the guerrilla with each other on the basis of the principles of freedom, and was greatly influenced. Therefore, joining the guerrilla has made it a childhood dream, and she has made a unique effort to achieve this dream. She saw guerrilla life as the source of a free life, and believed that her soul, who wanted to be captured and beat for freedom, could only be liberated by the guerrilla. Our comrade Raperîn, whose first attempt to join the guerrilla was unsuccessful, never gave up on this request.
Our comrade Raperîn defined guerrilla life as a sea of freedom, equality and justice, has made an extraordinary effort to be a part of this life. From the first day she stepped into the guerrilla, she constantly learned something new and improved herself. Our comrade, who is aware of the fact that as a female guerrilla, must stand on her own feet, is aware that she needs to improve herself in every way. For this reason, she gave great importance to ideological and military training and soon became a competent guerrilla. After doing her first practice in Garê and Qendil areas, she moved to Cîlo area in 2014. She remained in this field until 2019 and fulfilled her term duties by taking charge at many levels. She duly represented the leadership of YJA Star by participating in many actions held in the Cîlo area between 2015-2019, when the war was most intense. She was seriously injured once in this process, but nevertheless recovered in a short time and continued her struggle. Our comrade Raperîn, who is an important example of the level of freedom achieved by a strong-willed woman, was immensely grateful to Leader Apo, who freed women from the chains of slavery and opened the doors of a free life, and made a great effort to deepen in the philosophy of the Leadership. On this basis, after five years of long and successful Cîlo practice, Martyr Berîtan was included in the education at the Free Women’s Academy. She determined her aim in education as reaching a sacrifice in the line of Berîtan, as a part of Zîlan’s activism and as a pioneer like Delal Amed, and concentrated on this basis. Our comrade, who knows that leading our people as a YJA Star militant requires self-improvement in every sense, has created significant changes in his personality during the education process. In particular, she made it a priority to deepen the line of women’s freedom, and with the help of her female comrades with whom she was educated, she made important breakthroughs at this point. Our comrade Raperîn, who moved to the Cîlo area again in 2020 after the training, was assigned the task of regional commander this time. Our comrade, who won the love and respect of all her comrades with his plain, honest and modest characteristics, has succeeded in being an answer to the historical processes she has been through with her activist character.

Our comrade Rêvan was born in a patriotic family in the Pirsûs district of Riha, the ancient city of Kurdistan. Our comrade Rêvan’s close circle joined the guerrilla ranks, and her older brother, Comrade Xeyrî – Veysi Demir, joined the caravan of martyrs in 2008. Being born and raised in such a patriotic family has undoubtedly affected our comrade Rêvan deeply. In order to contribute to the livelihood of his family, she had to work in many different works from an early age, and she met the concept of work early. Our comrade Rêvan was aware of the sanctity of the values created with effort and has managed to exist all her life with her effort. Our comrade Rêvan, was aware of the danger of genocide our people are in and the attacks developed by the enemy on this basis, was particularly affected by the martyrdoms experienced during the ISIS attack against the Rojava Freedom Revolution in 2015 and went to Kobanê following our Leader’s call for mobilization.
Our comrade, who fought against ISIS gangs in Kobanê for nearly two years, was affected by the life stance and fighting characteristics of the Apoist militants there. The fact that many of our comrades fought selflessly and protected the gains of our people caused our comrade Rêvan to search for them in the struggle. After the defeat of ISIS gangs in Kobanê, our comrade wanted to continue her struggle as a guerrilla in the mountains of Kurdistan, turned her face to the mountains of Kurdistan in 2017 and joined the guerrilla ranks. After receiving her first training in the guerrilla, she moved to the field of Metîna and participated in studies there. Comrade Rêvan, who spent her first period in the guerrilla adapting to mountain and guerrilla life, made her life even more meaningful with her deep concentrations. She considered guerrilla life as one of the rare places in the world where evil and dirt are not contaminated. Our comrade Rêvan, who is deeply devoted to the guerrilla life, has reflected this in her practice. Our comrade, who took part in many works that require high confidence and ideological depth, did not disappoint or embarrass her comrades with her outstanding performance in these works. Comrade Rêvan, a military-experienced and highly competent YJA Star guerrilla, has always wanted to stand by her comrades in the resistance positions in the face of the enemy’s attacks on Medya Defense Zones. After successfully completing her education, she moved to the Zap field in 2019. She has succeeded in being a source of strength for her comrades with her self-sacrificing, humble and always smiling face. It operated in Karker Hill and Ertuş areas, which are the most difficult terrains of the Zap area. She had a great effort in the infrastructure works of these areas, which are hosting epic resistances today. By participating in many actions developed against the enemy in these areas, she provided a blow to the enemy. It has always taken innovation as a basis in actions to be developed against the enemy with its tactical concentrations, and in this sense, it has succeeded in leading the war as a YJA Star guerrilla.
Our comrade, who proposed to move to the Cîlo area, which is one of her biggest dreams in 2020, turned her face to the rebellious and equally majestic mountains of Cilo in the spring season. Our comrade Rêvan, who had the chance to move to the Cilo area, where every guerrilla is excited to work, has succeeded in overcoming the most difficult tasks here. She has managed to raise the bar for participation, especially with her militant stance on women’s guerrilla. Our comrade Rêvan, who managed to meet all difficult processes with great devotion, resisted the enemy operation on March 29 as a leading YJA Star guerrilla and joined the caravan of martyrs by fighting the enemy until his last breath.

Our comrade Botan was born as a member of a patriotic family originally from Êlih. Since his family was loyal to the values of Kurdishness and freedom revealed by our Party, he did not accept the village guards imposed by the enemy, and as a result he had to migrate from their villages. Our comrade Botan, who had to settle in Amed as a result of enemy pressure, grew up there.
Witnessing the oppression and torture of our patriotic people in the person of the enemy’s family at an early age was enough for our comrade Botan to feel anger towards the enemy. For this reason, he was actively involved in studies during his youth, and he tried to turn his anger into action by fighting against the enemy, albeit a little. Our comrade Botan, who participated actively in youth work, where he stayed for a long time, gained significant experience in action. The enemy’s insistence on the policies of attacks and massacres against our people, attacking and trying to eliminate the gains of our people caused our comrade Botan to seek different struggles. Having close relatives joining the guerrilla ranks, The martyrdoms in the resistances against the occupation and the revolutionary process in Rojava caused our comrade Botan to clarify his line in the struggle. Believing that as a revolutionary Kurdish youth, he will continue the most effective struggle in the mountains of Kurdistan, our comrade turned his face to the mountains and joined the guerrilla ranks.
Our comrade Botan joined the guerrilla ranks from the Zagros, remained in the Zagros until his martyrdom. Our comrade, who received his first training in the guerrilla in the Zagros area, carried out all his guerrilla practice in the Zagros. Despite the difficult geography of the Zagros, he struggled with great will and faith. He actively participated in the efforts to establish the infrastructure of the difficult struggle in the Zagros; With his self-sacrifice, honesty and hardworking personality, he has become a comrade loved and respected by all his comrades. Our comrade Botan, who approaches every work he carries out with great seriousness and meticulousness, has made it his principle to complete every work he has started on time and completely. Our comrade Botan, who left for training after nearly 7 years of difficult Cîlo practice, deepened himself in the new period guerrillaism with the ideological and military training he received, and became one of the leading commanders of the new era. Despite all the intense measures of the enemy, he moved back to the Cîlo area in 2022 as a professional guerrilla. Returning to the Cîlo area, where all his guerrilla life took place, was another reason for happiness for our comrade Botan. The fact that many of his comrades, whom he knew and fought with, were martyred in this field, and that his martyred comrades will continue their struggle in Cîlo, where the memories of them are still alive, have been a separate source of motivation for our comrade Botan. For this reason, he had an incalculable participation and became martyrdom by fighting selflessly in the attacks carried out by the enemy on 29 March.
