WE MUST UNDERSTAND THE TRUTH OF LEADING MORE DEEP
First of all, I respectfully greet history, the Imrali resistance and Leader Apo. Congratulations on Newroz. I believe that Leader Apo will be the Newroz that will start the physical freedom process of Leader Apo, as stated in many places. WE MUST STRENGTHEN THE FIGHT FOR LEADER APO’S FREEDOM
On the basis of this, it is necessary to enlighten and educate the people of Turkey, the peoples of the Middle East, and all humanity, especially the Kurdish society, women and youth, on the basis of the Leadership line, and to carry the Leadership to all the oppressed and oppressed peoples more. THE PEOPLE OF QAMİSHLO TAKE A STRONG ATTACK
March is truly the month of Kurdish heroism. The month of Newroz, March 8, is also the month of heroism for women. That is the month in which they developed great resistance. Turkey is also the month of valor and heroism of the revolution. There is the Kızıldere resistance, there is 30 March. First of all, it is necessary to see them and greet these resistances. The other side of the coin is the massacres. Qamishlo massacre, Gazi massacre, Halabja massacre. It is a process in which massacres developed in the cities of Northern Kurdistan in the winter of 2015-16. We see these too. The Qamishlo massacre is important. The Serhildan dimension is always highlighted. Yes, there is a serhildan, but this serhildan developed to protest against the murderous attacks of the BAAS regime. The beginning is carnage. So we shouldn’t be surprised. It should be tried like this, but the BAAS regime also committed a massacre. There is no such thing. The initial priority is not serhildan, but the massacre. It is in the racist, chauvinistic, assimilationist colonial approach of the BAAS regime. This is basically the attack he launched in a football match. There have been attacks, there have been massacres. The people of Qamishlo reacted strongly to this and took a valiant opposition. HALABJA WAS A START AND PART OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATTACK
The Halabja massacre is a genocide. Just saying massacre is not true for Halabja. Total genocide. Already, many environmental legal forces have accepted it as genocide, and they still do. Genocide with the use of chemical weapons. This is a proven reality. WE HIRE THE RESISTANCE AGAINST FASCISM TO THE COUPLERS
There is the reality of the coup of March 12, 1971. In fact, the September 12 coup was prepared there. The current AKP-MHP fascist dictatorship was the pinnacle of this process. We can call this the process of fascist military dictatorship. They call it the Second Republic. The summit is today’s AKP-MHP fascism. It was the fascist military coup of September 12, 1980 that started this process in an organized manner. Kenan Evren is the junta. It was the March 12, 1971 coup that prepared it.

That’s the essence of the output. Such is the purpose of its announcement on March 12. We need to understand this well. Therefore, the spirit of Kızıldere, the spirit of May 6, and the spirit of May 18 live in HBDH. In that spirit, this great United Revolutionary Movement was launched. Therefore, of course, we salute the revolutionary resistance that developed against the fascist military regime of September 12. We salute that spirit. We commemorate those insurgents with respect and gratitude. They paved the way for us, they showed the way. AKP-MHP fascist dictatorship is the creator of disasters
Just a moment ago, a patriotic mother was saying that if we go on like this, stones will fall on us. Indeed, if Tayyip Erdoğan and the Devlet Bahçeli administration are not destroyed quickly, stones may fall on Turkey and Kurdistan. It has come to such a state. It is no longer possible to explain what is going on with natural things, and count them as natural disasters. What happens is natural, disaster is created, built. Urbanization is the settlement system that the AKP has developed on the basis of rent for 21 years, which has led to it. INACTIVITY DOES NOT LIKE TO LAST AS IT IS
The call made by the KCK Executive Council Co-Presidency on behalf of the management of our movement and the decision it announced was of historical importance. On the other hand, we said in the previous program that the attitudes of other powers against this do not develop much. Are there some initiatives? It has existed in this past process. AP KURDISH CONFERENCE IS IMPORTANT
In the conference held as the 17th Kurdish Conference in the European Parliament on 8-9 March, some decisions were taken and statements were made. We care about them. But I want to say something about this. We need to know whether these decisions will be implemented, how they will be implemented, and when they will be implemented. They say this is the 17th conference. What does it mean? There were 16 conferences before this, and this situation was discussed. Presumably, similar decisions were taken at these 16 conferences. As a PKK representative, I attended a Kurdish conference held in Brussels in March 1994. There, too, the Kurdish question was discussed extensively. It was between March 10-15 as far as I remember. Very good decisions were made there, too. But nothing was implemented. We have not seen anything implemented in practice. If the decisions taken at that time had been implemented, none of this would have happened now. On October 9, 98, the Leadership landed in Europe. He went to Greece, through Russia, to Rome. He presented every opportunity on a golden platter to the European Union for a democratic political solution of the Kurdish problem, but they showed the Leader the way to Imrali. They have been keeping Imrali in a system of torture, isolation and genocide for 25 years. It’s the European Union that holds it. The European Court of Human Rights rules. He supervises his decisions and takes this process. The European Parliament also took these decisions. They are all organs of the European Union.
