“Our comrade Fazıl (Ahmet Şeker), who has a great effort and role in our Kurdistan Freedom Struggle and our self-defense war, has passed away. First of all, we express our condolences to the valuable family of Comrade Fazıl, our people of Botan, the patriotic people of Kurdistan and all our comrades who struggle in every field. In the person of Comrade Fazıl. We commemorate all our martyrs with respect and gratitude.
Comrade Fazıl, a competent militant, brave warrior and pioneer commander, who embodies the high human virtues of Apoism in his personality, was born in the Gite village of Botan, on the slopes of Cûdî Mountain, where Kurdish patriotism is deep. He grew up in the rich cultural environment of the village of Gite, which is located in a triangle where the parts of our country divided into four, Bakur, Basûr and Rojava intersect. The people of Botan, who supported the Kurdish resistances that developed in every part of Kurdistan, took an active role and always raised the dream of a Free Kurdistan in their hearts, established deep ties with the PKK with the development of the Apoist movement in the region. Even though the Turkish state tried to turn Gite village into a guard against the freedom struggle in order to prevent the development of our freedom movement in the region, Gite village preserved its patriotic consciousness. Our comrade Fazil emerged from such a social ground.
Comrade FAZIL BECOME A PEOPLE’S HERO
Comrade Fazıl became a folk hero by combining the ancient patriotic values of the Botan people, their intact social essence and folk valor with the Apoist ideology. Comrade Fazıl, who started from being a warrior and grew up in the practice of war step by step, took all of his experiences from his countless comrades who reached martyrdom by his side, and became an ARGK commander known for his activist character and personality. He became a legendary commander of Botan by leading hundreds of his comrades. By transforming the Apoist self-sacrificing spirit into a sharp attack style, he dealt countless blows to the enemy, made it a tradition to raise arms from the enemy, made the enemy force accept his will, undeniably revealed the reality of war, took primary responsibility in many areas of Botan, He became the planner and the implementer of numerous successful actions. Like Comrade Kemal Pir, he was determined to participate in the struggle and work, always at the forefront, resilient, resilient, and reluctant. Commander Egîd became our commander, who, like a friend, marched against the enemy with great courage and created victory by striking a heavy blow with the spirit of vengeance.
IT WAS A MOUNTAIN OF A SERVICE
He practiced the philosophy of fighting with “one bite, one cardigan”, which Comrade Haki Karer brought to the Apoist movement by living deeply in the mountains of Kurdistan. He was a commander who protected every value, evaluated them on the basis of more struggle, shared them with his comrades in the most difficult moments, and constantly struggled to increase values. He was a dervish monument who thought ahead at every moment of his life and calculated the long-term struggle. With his humble personality and sharing character, he was a commander who considered himself responsible for all the needs of his comrades, took care of everything of the warriors under his control, got great morale from serving his comrades, and therefore earned the great love and high respect of all his comrades. Comrade Fazıl, with the accumulation and experience of his years in the struggle, had received Leader Apo training, internalized the ideological, organizational and political line of the PKK and made all these into his own identity. He was a true Apoist who knew how to win by appealing to people’s hearts with his stance, demeanor and life.
Comrade Fazıl was not only one of the legendary commanders of ARGK, but also a commander who pioneered the new era of guerrillaism developed by HPG and was able to develop new tactical initiatives and a winning war approach. His military genius, high foresight, tactical acumen and the ability to practice all these with great creativity made him a unique commander. On the basis of the development of the June 1, 2004 move, he moved to Heftanîn and headed towards Botan, assumed responsibility by leading, and then moved to the Colemêrg region in 2005, taking the move to a new level. He personally took part in many actions and conflicts and created a successful practice. Friend Fazil’s importance to these efforts in 2007 and his own veteran role played a major role in the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla’s underground preparations and the level of tunnel warfare that allowed the Turkish army to reach its current level. He was the architect and commander of the Turkish army’s historical defeat in the invasion operation against Zap in February 2008. He personally met the enemy attack in Şikefta Birîndara with great determination, and by making the power under his control fight with the highest motivation, he not only failed the invasion operation, but also dealt an unforgettable historical blow to the Turkish army. He was never helpless in the most difficult areas, in an environment of impossibilities, who knew how to create hope, knew how to make it a reality, not only at the verbal level, but also with his effort. essence, word Comrade Fazıl, who made it his main character to develop a great consistency in his action and practice, became the name of the victorious guerrilla and its command. Likewise, Comrade Fazıl knew how to nullify the attack of the Iranian forces against Qendil in 2011 by developing the right type of defense system with the positioning system he developed and the guerrilla force he prepared.
A KURDISTAN COMMANDER
Comrade Fazıl, a Kurdistan commander, took action to increase the resistance of our people, to take part in this struggle, and to put his decades of experience and experience at the service of our people when fascist gangs developed genocidal attacks against the peoples of North-East Syria. He also participated in this struggle selflessly, knew how to be the commander of the style that achieved results and created successes, successfully fulfilling his pioneering duty, trained thousands of warriors and repulsed the attacks developed against our people.
Comrade Fazıl, who fit so many successes in a lifetime, took high level responsibility in every part of Kurdistan, from Botan to Zagros, from Qendil to Heftanîn, coordinated many wars and trained hundreds of warriors and commanders. Where the needs of our struggle made it necessary, he rushed to his duties there without hesitation and with great enthusiasm.
Our comrade Fazıl, who succeeded in becoming a Kurdistan Commander by fighting and creating successes all over Kurdistan, spent 34 years of his 54-year life fighting breathlessly. He left an unforgettable deep trace in the hearts of our people and all his comrades. As his comrades who had the honor and chance to fight shoulder to shoulder with Comrade Fazıl, we promise that we will always follow Comrade Fazıl, that we will take the correct command style practiced in his person as an example, and that we will certainly achieve his goals by making the victory guerrilla a reality.”
