LONDON – Yesterday night in London Youth from TCS came together and collected donations on behalf of Heyva Sor. The youth opened a table in front of a busy train station and walked around the area explaining the recent earthquake that took place in Bakur Kurdistan and collected donations from people to help families who have been effected by the earthquake.
The youth also made speeches to get peoples attention and also to make people aware of the recent earthquake, which was really successful in collecting donations for Heyva Sor.
The Youth continued to make speeches and expressed how the Turkish state is not doing enough to help the people effected by the earthquake which why its important that people donate to Heyva Sor so that these people can be provided with resources to survive a winter day outside. They continued by saying how people in this country have a safe home but the people there are stuck on the streets due to an earthquake and how no one should turn blind eye to this disaster.
