MEXMÛR – Martyr Rüstem Cûdî Camp residents started a hunger strike on a rotating basis against the 15 February International Conspiracy as of February.
As Nûçe Ciwan Agency, we talked to Berivan Ünver and Bawer Üner, who are on hunger strike.
Berivan Ünver drew attention to the importance of Leader Apo’s freedom in her speech and stated: “We must all stand up for our Leader. We must do whatever we can for our leadership.”
As the people, we want to see the Leadership among us.
My name is Berivan. I am in the second group of the hunger strike launched in Maxmur. The strike was launched against the isolation in Imrali. The people of the camp did not remain silent against this. Our leadership has been captive for 24 years. There has been isolation in isolation for about 2 years. Isolation is not enough, and he is not allowed to meet with his family and lawyers. As the Kurdish people, we are unaware of our Leadership. That’s why actions are being developed to break the isolation in the country and abroad and to hear from the Leader. We have no information about the health status of our leader. We want to get news. Everyone is in action around the world and in Kurdistan. Despite the development of so many actions, no progress has been made by relevant institutions such as the CPT. It was said that the CPT had gone there, but then it was revealed that he had not met with the Leader.
As the people, we want to see the Leadership among us. We want to see the leadership among us physically. We started a hunger strike on this basis. That’s why we call on all Kurdish people, honorable and patriotic people. We must all stand up for our Leader, and do whatever we can for our Leader. We should do all our actions on this basis. Not only the Kurdish people, but also other peoples should take action. This is what we want. Because our Leader has instilled in women, the Kurdish people and other societies the idea of freedom. In this sense, actions must be developed and action must be taken.
Another activist who spoke to our agency is Bawer Üner. He pointed out that the physical freedom of Üner Önder Apo will be ensured by the struggle of the people, especially the youth.
We can liberate our leadership, we have the power
I’m Bawer. I am in the second group of the action. As it is known, our Leader has been held captive by the invading systems for 24 years and has spoken to the death pit. Especially in the last 2 years, aggravated isolation has been implemented. we can’t get any news, no communication, no opinion. We are in action to break this isolation and ensure the physical freedom of our Leader.
We want to make a call here to the people of Kurdistan, the progressive people, the people who want freedom and democracy; The invaders are our enemies. They are enemies of humanity. Let’s all join hands and defeat the invaders and ensure the physical freedom of our Leader, and we will be liberated. Our leadership is our freedom, and at this point I would like to say something to the people of Kurdistan in particular; The psychology of victimhood is very developed in us. Every time we say that the world is deaf, the mute cannot hear us. If they had heard our voices, our Leader wouldn’t be there right now. Our country would not have been invaded. If the Turkish state has taken courage to impose aggravated isolation on our Leader for 2 years, if we do not have communication or news, then we have problems with patriotism.
The people of Kurdistan, especially the Kurdish youth, should reconsider their patriotism. The problem is with us, not anyone else. We can liberate our leadership, we have the power to do so. If we organize ourselves correctly, if we do the right patriotism and comradeship, we can liberate our Leader, liberate ourselves and achieve victory.
