BEHDINAN – HPG Press Center statement is as follows:
“The invading Turkish army continues to attack our forces, which maintain their current position, using all the techniques at their disposal with phosphorus and banned bombs. The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla responded to the attacks on the basis of self-defense. The areas where our forces are located have been bombed twice with warplanes, 6 times with attack helicopters, 65 times with tanks, howitzers and heavy weapons. In addition, the guerrilla resistance areas were bombed 17 times with cannons containing phosphorus and banned bombs.
The details of the attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army are as follows;
In the Zap region;
- The invaders, who attacked our resistance positions near the village of Sîda in the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district at 12:00 on February 24, were hit and hit by our forces using sabotage tactics to defend themselves.
- The invaders who attacked our resistance positions around the Çemço region of the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district at 10:00 on February 24 were hit by our forces with heavy weapons in order to defend themselves.
- The invaders who attacked our resistance positions around the Çemço region of the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district at 05:15 on 25 February were hit by our forces with heavy weapons in order to defend themselves.
- The invaders who attacked our resistance positions around the Çemço region of the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district at 07:00 on 25 February were shot by our forces with an assassination tactic in order to defend themselves, and 1 invader was punished.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with banned bombs;
- On February 24, our resistance positions near the village of Sîda in the Şêladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were bombed 17 times with phosphorus balls and banned bombs dropped from tanks.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;
- On February 24, the Deşta Kafya area of Garê was bombed twice by warplanes.
- On February 24, our resistance positions around the Kurojahro Resistance Area and the Çemço region of the Sheladize district of the Amediye district were bombed 6 times with attack helicopters.
- On February 24, our resistance positions near the Girê FM Resistance Area and the Çemço region and Sîda village of the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were bombed 65 times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.”
