LONDON – In London Youth from TCS (Tevgera Ciwanan Şoreşger – Revolutionary Youth Movement) came together, split into groups and went to different busy train stations in London and opened a table on behalf of Heyva Sor to collect donations for the families who are effected by the earthquake in Turkish Occupied Kurdistan.
The youth from TCS this time went to Oxford Circus and opened a table infront of the busy station. The youth then walked around Oxford Circus and collected donations and also handed out leaflets at the same time. The youth also went around Oxford Circus and stuck leaflets on bus stations and walls. A member of TCS then began to make speeches stating the people are still being left to dead by the Turkish government and they also expressed that government is doing nothing to help. They continued to say that little as £1 can make huge difference. The speeches really did grab a lot of people’s attention which helped the youth to collect a lot of donations.
