NEWS CENTER – The KCK Executive Council Co-Presidency issued a written statement calling on the people of Kurdistan, the friends of the Kurdish people and all revolutionary democratic forces to show their reactions to the plot more strongly on the 24th anniversary of the February 15 International Conspiracy.
The Co-Presidency also asked the forces involved in the international conspiracy to abandon their stance and not to support the Kurdish genocide policies of the fascist AKP-MHP government.
The statement of the KCK Executive Council Co-presidency is as follows:
“The international conspiracy against Leader Apo has completed 24 years and has entered its 25th year. We condemn all conspiratorial forces involved in the international conspiracy based on the Kurdish genocide in the person of Leader Apo. We commemorate all martyrs of revolution and democracy with great respect and gratitude in the person of comrades Halit Oral and Aynur Artan, who set their bodies ablaze against the international conspiracy with the motto, YOU CANNOT BLACK OUR SUN, and bow before their memories and reiterate our promise to the martyrs that we will lead their struggle to victory.
The comrades who were martyred with the slogan YOU CANNOT BLACK OUR SUN, started the struggle against the international conspiracy, pioneered the understanding of the conspiracy, and brought the freedom struggle to a new level. After the realization of the international conspiracy, it developed on the basis of the counter-struggle and has come to this day.
THERE WERE GREAT PLANS BEHIND THE Scenes of the Conspiracy
On February 15, 1999, Leader Apo was kidnapped from the Greek Embassy in Kenya as a result of a conspiracy and handed over to the Turkish state. Apo’s kidnapping and handing over to Turkey is the biggest international conspiracy of the 20th century. The international conspiracy was led by the USA and Israel, supported by European states and coordinated by NATO. Many states and powers also took part in the conspiracy by providing direct or indirect support. In this respect, the February 15, 1999 conspiracy has the distinction of being one of the biggest international conspiracies not only of the 20th century but also of history. It is an undoubted reality that there are big plans behind the scenes of a conspiracy that took place in this context.
The answer to the question of why such a conspiracy took place against the leader of an oppressed and exploited people like the Kurdish people and why Leader Apo was given to the colonialist Turkish state, which is the enemy of Kurds, by the powers ruling the world, reveals many dirty plans carried out through Kurdistan and the Middle East. The international conspiracy and the plans behind the conspiracy can be understood by asking and answering this question.
THE ROLE OF THE TURKISH STATE IN THE CONSTRUCTION WAS GUARDIAN
The planning of an international conspiracy against Leader Apo is related to the policies of the capitalist modernity system towards the Middle East. The fact that the international conspiracy took place at a time when the USA was planning to intervene in the Middle East and the subsequent planned intervention proved this fact. Since the USA saw Leader Apo and the PKK as obstacles to its policies, it wanted to neutralize Leader Apo and the PKK before intervening in the Middle East. Therefore, the international conspiracy was developed as a part of the US’s Middle East policies. Leader Apo himself stated that the role of the Turkish state in the conspiracy was limited to the guard, and that the USA and NATO planned and carried out the conspiracy. Leader Apo, The USA made such a decision and carried out the conspiracy because it stood against the policies developed by the forces of capitalist modernity against the Kurdish people and the peoples of the Middle East and insisted on its stance of freedom. Many powers, especially NATO forces, took part in this conspiracy on the basis of the direction and directives of the USA.
The role of the Turkish state, on the other hand, was nothing more than a guard, as Leader Apo stated. Since the Turkish state has an anti-Kurdish character, it approached the event with a vengeance mentality. By creating the PKK and starting the Kurdish freedom struggle, Leader Apo re-created the Kurdish people, thus nullifying the Kurdish genocide plans. The genocidal colonialist Turkish state, enraged by this, acted with the urge to destroy Leader Apo and destroy the PKK, to put the Kurdish people in a process of destruction and denial again, and thus to take revenge on Leader Apo and the PKK. By acting with a high consciousness and responsibility, Leader Apo prevented the organized Kurdish-Turkish war and prevented the conspiracy from reaching its goal by providing an understanding of the international dimension of the conspiracy. Because the conspiracy was aimed at the physical destruction of Leader Apo and the liquidation of the Kurdistan freedom struggle. This meant the start of a Kurdish-Turkish war that would span decades. As a matter of fact, after the realization of the international conspiracy, then Prime Minister Bülent Ecevit said that he could not understand why the conspiracy was carried out. This confession clearly reveals that the conspiracy was carried out by international powers and within the framework of their policies.
THE CONSTRUCTION OBJECTIVES DID NOT ACHIEVE
Leader Apo gave the most meaningful answer to the international conspiracy by presenting the manifesto of 21st century struggle to the peoples, women and all the oppressed by developing a new paradigm based on democratic ecological and women’s freedom in Imrali due to his belief and commitment to freedom. Our movement has led to great developments in Kurdistan and the Middle East by further developing the struggle on the basis of the new paradigm put forward by Leader Apo. Today, especially the peoples and women of Kurdistan and the Middle East, peoples, women and all the oppressed peoples all over the world adopt Leader Apo’s ideas and keep them alive. Considering these results, it can be stated that the conspiracy did not reach its goals, as the utopia of free life initiated and led by Leader Apo went beyond the borders of Kurdistan and met with the peoples and women of the world.
Although the international conspiracy has not come to a conclusion so far, the conspiracy has not been completely in vain and has not come to an end. The conspiracy is wanted to be brought to a conclusion by continuing the Kurdish genocide. Already, the plot against Leader Apo is wanted to be brought to a conclusion. The plot against Leader Apo is a plot against the Kurdish people. Leader Apo is a system created for the conspiracy to reach a conclusion. As long as the İmralı system and the physical captivity of Leader Apo continue, the conspiracy will continue to exist.
The international conspiracy is being carried on by the AKP-MHP government today. The AKP is essentially a party established to serve the goals of the conspiracy and to continue the Kurdish genocide. AKP and Tayyip Erdoğan came to power for this purpose. However, when the AKP alone could not deepen the plot and bring it to a conclusion, the AKP-MHP alliance was formed and the Kurdish genocide policies were further deepened by establishing a fascist regime. All the attacks of the AKP-MHP government are based on the conclusion of the conspiracy. In this sense, the AKP-MHP government is the biggest anti-Kurdish conspiracy force. The complete nullification of the conspiracy is possible with the destruction of the AKP-MHP government, which is the anti-Kurdish fascist conspiracy force. Undoubtedly, the conspiracy has been prevented from reaching its goals with the struggle so far. After that, the conspiracy can be resisted and the international conspiracy can be thwarted by escalating the struggle on the basis of breaking the Imrali torture and isolation system and ensuring the physical freedom of Leader Apo. It is a very important development that the embrace of Leader Apo and the struggle against the conspiracy are international as well, and that the fight against the conspiracy gains an international dimension. In its 25th year, the Kurdish people and their friends aim to completely nullify and end the international conspiracy by overthrowing the isolation and torture system in Imrali and ensuring the physical freedom of Leader Apo, by further developing the fight against the conspiracy on a global scale. On this basis, the patriotic people of Kurdistan, We call on the friends of the Kurdish people and all revolutionary democratic forces to show their reactions against the conspiracy more strongly and to raise the struggle even more democratically. We call on the forces involved in the international conspiracy to abandon their stance and not to support the Kurdish genocide policies of the fascist AKP-MHP government.”
