The Kurdistan guerrilla, which proved once again that it is the guarantee of the free future and honorable life of our people by resisting sacrifice, did not spare any sacrifices and fought with its chest as a shield against the enemy attacks. Our comrades, who have transformed every inch of Medya Defense Zones from Xakurkê to Avaşîn, from Zap to Metîna and Heftanîn, into an area of resistance, have dealt heavy blows to the enemy.

Our comrade Laleş was born as a member of a Yazidi and patriotic family in the city of Tirbespiyê, known as the people’s garden in Rojavayê Kurdistan. Comrade Laleş has also known our party the PKK since her childhood, since her family knew the Kurdistan Freedom Movement and was in the fight. She joined the ranks of the struggle as a young woman with the development of the Rojava Freedom Revolution. Our comrade Laleş, who was involved in youth work, has made an intense effort to socialize the Rojava Freedom Revolution and to spread it to other peoples. Within the scope of the studies, Leader Apo started to get to know her reality more closely, and her loyalty to Leader Apo increased day by day. She was especially influenced by our Leader’s philosophy of women’s freedom, and she tried to deepen her Leadership philosophy in order to become a free woman. Our comrade Laleş, whose childhood friends were martyred in the gang attacks against Rojava and North East Syria, thought that he should increase her struggle to avenge all our martyrs, especially these friends. Aware that this is only possible by joining the guerrilla ranks in the mountains of Kurdistan, our comrade Laleş joined the guerrilla ranks in 2017. With her participation, our comrade Laleş reminded all Kurdish youth of the fact that the most effective field of struggle is the guerrilla ranks, and set an example for all Kurdish youth.
Our comrade Laleş created important transformations in his personality after receiving his first education in the guerrilla ranks, felt as if she had been reborn. Our comrade Laleş, who started to overcome the characteristics created by the male-dominated and authoritarian system in her personality and the slavery status that society imposed on women, with the Leadership training, has become more and more integrated with the guerrilla and mountain life day by day. She has taken firm steps forward to become a free woman, especially under the liberating effect of the mountains. Due to joining the guerrilla ranks at a time when there were heavy attacks against our people and our Movement, she trained herself in military art and managed to become a competent YJA Star guerrilla in a short time. Our comrade Laleş, who did his first practice in the Zap area, where there were intense enemy attacks, stayed in this area for about 3 years, she took part in many actions developed against the enemy. With her participation in the field of Zap, she gained the respect and love of all her comrades with the value she gave to her comrades. With the experience she gained in the military sense, she took the task of the team commander, which played a leading role in the guerrilla tactics of the new era. Our comrade Laleş, who duly fulfilled her duty, moved to Avaşîn area in 2020. She took her place in the historical resistance against the attacks launched by the enemy in the Avaşîn area in 2021, has been a source of strength and morale for her comrades in the resistance carried out with the Apoist will against the enemy attacks. Our country hated the understanding that treats Kurdistan in parts, that tries to divide and parcel out the struggle of our people, that thinks about its interests by cooperating instead of developing unity and solidarity among our people. Our comrade Azad Başûrî, as a Kurdish youth from Başûre Kurdistan, has always felt great anger against the colonialist Turkish state that invaded our country. Our comrade Azad Başûrî, who is in search of serving his people and country, came to the Qendil area and recognized the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas.
