BEHDINAN – One of the guerrillas from the Arab nationality takes his place in the resistance and with great success, today he becomes a part of this resistance with great faith and a heart of steel. The HPG guerrilla Ciwan Firat highlights the spirit of patriotism and the unity of the people with his arrival in the mountain. This also reveals the truth of the PKK movement and the truth of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan. Because in the truth of this there is an existence that relies on the line of freedom and equality. Ciwan Firat Guerrilla is fighting for the freedom of its people and for the freedom of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Ocalan.
“PKK’S LIFE IS VERY GOOD”
HPG guerilla Ciwan Firat expresses his enthusiasm and great joy in joining the ranks of the guerilla: “First of all, I greet all the people. As a young Arab, I joined the PKK movement and took my place in the HPG forces. It has been 5 years since I joined. Although I experienced difficulties in terms of life in the mountains, my companions helped me a lot in this matter. They gave me strength and confidence in many aspects. This made a great impression on me. I also had some difficulties with the language. Even though I didn’t understand, I tried and had the support of my colleagues in this regard. After a basic training, I went to Media Protection Areas. In practice, I was still learning the language.”
“FELLOWSHIP WITH THE PKK CONNECTS ME TO THE MOUNTAINS”
Firat drew attention to the attacks of the invading Turkish state and continued, “It is known that there are invasion attacks against us. Enemies attack us every day with their techniques, but all their attacks are empty. Because our comrades take precautions according to the enemy’s techniques. Even with so many attacks, our comrades continue their work in their positions.”
CALL FOR PARTICIPATION TO ARAB YOUTHS
In the end, Ciwan Firat stated that the whole nation, not only the Kurds, should support the defense line of the PKK and ended his speech, “Finally, I want to send my greetings to all the Arab peoples. And I want them to take their place in this resistance. It really feels good to live in the mountains. Especially the fellowship here connects people with mountain life even more. We did not have any freedom in the society, we were in the hands of the state. We did what they told us. But we can get our freedom here now. Leader Apo built a foundation of freedom, we must develop on this basis. Because the freedom here includes the freedom of all nations. Actually, there is no difference in the case of PKK. We are all one and live together. Victory will be ours.”
