They became the conscience of the mountains, the language of the guerrillas, and the memory of history. They struggled in every moment of their lives and became followers of the heroes, Xelîl, Armanc and Arjin. They became history, they became the bodyguards of their people and their country.
Mehmet Reşit Turgut was born in 1985 to a patriotic family in Şişemzîn village of Gever. Mehmet, who met with the oppression and oppression of the state in his childhood, begins to experience contradictions at a young age. When Mehmet goes to the schools of the occupiers, he sees better the true face of the enemy and how the Kurdish people are detached from their own reality. Mehmet, who seeks to fight against this, knows the PKK and Leader Apo. Thinking that the best place to put up a strong struggle against the invaders is the mountains and guerrilla life, Mehmet decides to join the ranks. Just as the Kurdish people protected themselves in the mountains, Mehmet sees that the best way to protect his people and lead a free life is to trust the mountains. Mehmet reflects his patriotic feelings in his works. Mehmet, who actively participated in studies while he was studying at the University in Wan, remained in city activities until 2005 due to his determined, faithful and successful style in every job. Returning to his village in 2005, he learns from Mehmet Şişemzîn that 2 guerrillas were martyred. This news intensifies Mehmet’s grudge and anger towards the enemy and on this basis he goes to Zagros in the Kurdistan mountains in 2005 under the name of Ali Kanîroj.
The mountains, which have been the areas of resistance and struggle of the Kurds for centuries, have now become a comrade to Ali Kanîroj. Now Ali is the defender of his people and land in the mountains of Kurdistan. He becomes a guerrilla for the freedom of Kurdistan. After receiving his new military training in the Zap region, Ali goes to HPG Headquarters. Successfully carrying out his work at the headquarters, Ali later moved to the HPG Press-Liaison Center. Taking part in press activities with his comrade Arjin, Ali works to introduce the guerrilla life, guerrilla comradeship and the just struggle of the guerrilla to the world. When Ali starts working in the press, he also meets guerrilla and director Halil Dağ. Ali, who received camera training from Halil Dağ, wants to frame every area of Kurdistan. After the martyrdom of Halil Dağ, Ali decides to follow in his footsteps as a student and realize his dreams. Using his camera as a weapon to capture a moment in the life of a guerrilla and take pictures, Ali had his finger on the camera and the camera, just as a person’s finger is on the trigger of a gun.
After 4 years of press work, Ali Kanîroj moves to Apollon Academy to receive education. After a successful training, he sets out for the Botan region of Northern Kurdistan with a gun in one hand and a camera in the other. Ali captures everything he sees and every moment of the guerrillas on his way to Botan. After coming to the Botan region, Ali enthusiastically participated in actions and activities and also continued his press work. Guerrilla Ali Kanîroj, a pioneer commander, moves to Medya Defense Zones after fighting in Botan for 5 years. After receiving education at Mahsum Korkmaz Academy, Ali Kanîroj, who moved to HPG Press Liaison Center to carry out media studies, became an exemplary commander and guerrilla in the field of military, ideological and media. In every moment of his life, he becomes a source of strength and morale for his comrades.
CHILDREN ARE EXPOSED TO ATTACKS OF THE ENEMY
Xemgîn Amed (Yıldıray Arslan) opens her eyes to the world as the child of a patriotic family in Amed. Growing up in a patriotic environment, Xemgîn Amed was exposed to the genocidal policies of the Turkish state in his childhood. The fact that the Kurdish people are exposed to the genocidal policies of the enemy greatly affects Xemgin. Xemgîn, who is constantly questioning why the Kurdish people are exposed to these attacks and searching, meets the Kurdish Freedom Movement as a result of these searches. As a son of the Kurdish people, Xemgîn, who does not accept the cruelty and massacres of the Turkish state, takes his place in social studies. Followed by the enemy for his work, Xemgin decides to continue his struggle in the mountains of Kurdistan and joins the guerrilla ranks in 2013.
Xemgîn Amed, who does his best to fight against the enemy, develops himself based on the thought and philosophy of Leader Apo in order to carry out a more effective struggle. Xemgîn Amed, who received shervan training in the Metina region, later transferred to the Martyr Gurbetelli Press Academy. After successfully completing his education, he works in the Azadi printing house. Later, he moved to the Kandil region and practiced there for a while, and took part in the work of the PKK Martyrs Committee. Xemgîn Amed, who moved to the Xakûrkê region in 2016, carries out military activities there. Xemgîn Amed, who went to the Martyr İbrahim Apollon Academy to wage a stronger struggle, moved to the HPG Press-Liaison Center after a successful education period. This is the land of heroes, freedom fighters and noble people, the mountains of Kurdistan. These lands are irrigated with the blood of martyrs. These mountains do not accept a life without struggle. Each of the heroes here chose an honorable life and became travelers of the truth. Those passengers shared the same feelings, pains, joys and hopes. Life was beautiful with them, meaningful with them. Helgurt Bagok (Celal Özlük) was one of those passengers. Born in a patriotic family in Nusaybin, one of Kurdistan’s resisting districts, heval Helgurt got to know the Kurdistan Freedom Movement at a young age because he grew up in a patriotic environment.
However, he meets the reality of the enemy at that age. Rejecting the assimilation and genocide policies of the Turkish state, Helgurt Bagok sees the suffering of his people in his youth and decides to fulfill his responsibilities as a Kurdish youth. On this basis, Helgurt Bagok, who joined the guerrilla ranks in 2014, is very impressed by the comradeship of the guerrillas in the mountains of Kurdistan. Constantly intensifying to become an Apoist self-defense militant, Helgurt thinks about the freedom of Rêber Apo, his country and his people at every moment of his life. Helgurt Bagok, who constantly improves himself to achieve a successful result in his struggle, takes his place in the press work as well as guerrilla in the mountains of Kurdistan. Helgurt Bagok, Together with his comrades Ali Kanîroj and Xemgîn Amed, they do their best to make the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla go down in history. Helgurt Bagok, who attracts the attention of his comrades with his sincere and sincere approach, becomes an Apoist militant who gives strength and morale.
