The struggle for freedom is a long-term and fierce struggle. The travelers of this path are those who decide in pursuit of the great truth and freedom. Of course they are revolutionaries. These revolutionaries are the revolutionaries of 21st century democratic modernity. These are Apoists and PKK members. These revolutionaries were educated in the Leader’s philosophy of freedom, decided on the ideology of women’s liberation, and decided on social freedom at the level of LOVE. We overcome and overcome death by adding new links to the chain of freedom. Great humanity’s march for freedom is this march to kill death.
The free women’s movement has become the pioneer of women and societies all over the world with its 50th anniversary struggle. The women of the world united in a common struggle with the slogans of the magic formula ” Jin, Jiyan, Azadi” everywhere. Just in such a period, fascism still wants to get results by attacking women’s pioneers and militants. On the eve of the tenth anniversary of the 9th January Paris massacre, we experienced the second massacre as women in the heart of Paris.
As Kurdish women and people, we have already destroyed fears and those who think that you can silence us with deaths are being deceived. Because as Kurdish women, we are students of Saras, Evins, Rojbins, Saplings, Sêvês, Fatmas and thousands of martyrs.
Comrade Evîn was one of the pioneers of the women’s movement and was deliberately targeted and shot. He was one of our exemplary pioneers with Botan’s patriotic, resistant stance and revolutionary consciousness. She has struggled for more than thirty years in the freedom struggle and has been a pioneer in the ideology of women’s liberation. He was brought up in the free mountains and was the companion of the Saras, she. Her free stance and the will and determination of being a woman have established a throne in the hearts of all women. She took part in the Rojava Women’s Revolution to write the unwritten history of women’s freedom and insisted on building democratic modernity. She has always built the consciousness and belief of being a woman by struggling as a freedom seeker. Here is the organized women’s stance that fascism fears. And she wants to hit the woman she fears with her plots and end it by hitting her.
Sara is a legend with her personality and life, an epic with her fight, and a universal identity with her martyrdom. She was an agitator who gathered the people around her when necessary, a warrior when necessary, and a politician when necessary. Whether in the factory, in the dungeon, on the mountain or in the community, she was a fierce APOist woman who knew how to fight anywhere.
It is possible to see Sara’s signature in all the firsts of our women’s liberation struggle. The struggle marathon, which started in the first group stage, reached its peak in the dungeon resistance. She was the first APOist woman to make a political defense in the dungeon, spit in the face of the first executioner, and put her body on death fast for the first time in history. Seyit Rıza has become the name of an honorable struggle with his attitude that does not kneel before the enemy he inherited from the Rizas. It has planted and nurtured the seeds of all the developments and firsts of our freedom struggle.
Comrade Sara, the APOist woman, ascribed the rebelliousness of Dersim, the consciousness of revolutionism, to the society in her own stance and struggle. He set an example and became a pioneer with his stance that does not accept any injustice, does not bow to any injustice, and rejects all kinds of denial and assimilation.
The leadership said to Comrade Sara that “this massacre is the second Dersim massacre” and gave us the necessary perspective of struggle by saying “the international conspiracy continues”. As freedom fighters, we will continue to hold accountable for this massacre and we will never let it go. It should be known that the identity of resistance and freedom, which gained expression, gained meaning, organized and became power with Sara, became the property of all people and women. No one can stop the Kurdish woman who has tasted freedom and has the power of the mountains behind her. It has been proven once again in Zap, Avaşîn and Zagros that Kurdish women are building democratic modernity on the path of truth with their lives and stances. Now thousands of women walk the path of Saras as comrades. Thousands of women are knitting their own organizations on the streets. Thousands of women resist their enemies without bowing.” Jin, Jiyan, Azadi ” are going to make decisions to build their own democratic confederal system.
Sarahs are the forerunners and builders of these. Once the revolutionaries have taken the path of revolution, no one can deter them from this path. Especially if these are Kurds and women, they can’t afford it. Because we are thirsty for freedom and we are determined. As the people and women of Kurdistan, we are sworn to hold accountable for this massacre a thousand times. We are Leader APO’s militants, fighters walking in the footsteps of the resistance and the unyielding. We are the successors and comrades of Saras, Ronahî and Rojbins, Evins, Sêvês, Pakizes, Besês, Zarifes.
Let’s promise all our comrades that our struggle will continue until we develop the women’s revolution. The physical freedom of our Leader is the freedom of all women. The conspirators neither won yesterday nor will they win tomorrow. As women, we must lock on to a more organized, self-defense-based, more conscious freedom everywhere, and increase the struggle.
We must respond to colonialism and fascism by socializing Jin, Jiyan, Azadi magic in all aspects of life. Our answer to the martyrs is to be their companion on the path of truth.
