BEHDINAN – KCK Executive Council Member Mustafa Karasu, who was a guest of a special program broadcast on Medya Haber TV, made evaluations on the isolation on Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan, the massacre in Paris, the elections in Turkey and the pressures on the HDP, and the developments in Syria.
Evaluating the policies towards Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan as a policy of genocide, Mustafa Karasu said, “There is also a policy of genocide in İmralı. This fact must be seen once. If we see it like this, we will fight right. It should be an equal fight. If a policy of genocide is being implemented there, we need to fight against the isolation in Imrali and to liberate Leader Apo at the same level as we fight against the genocide of a people,” he said.
Karasu’s comments are as follows:
The conspiracy against Leader Apo began on October 9, 1998. In this respect, 24 years have passed and it has entered 25 years. A month later, the 24 years of captivity will end and he will enter the 25th year. In fact, a heavy isolation was imposed on Leader Apo for most of these 24 years. From time to time, the AKP government, as a matter of its own policy, at that time – a violent confrontation with the Kurdish Freedom Movement could endanger its power – took a soft approach and based on maintaining its own power. There have been some discussions on this aspect. Later, when the AKP government was forced again, there were meetings with Leader Apo at the end of 2012 and the beginning of 2013. A new era has begun. The era of conflict has begun. During this period, certain negotiations took place. The Oslo talks, in which we participated, have already come to an end. The period of Oslo negotiations started in 2008. There were also some negotiations during the Oslo negotiations. Now, of course, there is a heavy isolation on Leader Apo. This is the result of a policy of isolation. Just as the policy of genocide is being carried out against the Kurdish people abroad, and the heavy pressure is being carried out on all democratic politicians and the forces of democracy, the heaviest of these is carried out on Leader Apo. Because Leader Apo is the leader of this people. If genocide is being carried out on this people, if this policy of genocide is being carried out in depth at the moment. The policy on Leader Apo is also the policy of genocide. Just as heavy pressure is being exerted on the democratic forces, the heaviest one is being carried out on Leader Apo. Because Leader Apo is the leader of this people. If genocide is being carried out on this people, if this policy of genocide is being carried out in depth at the moment. The policy on Leader Apo is also the policy of genocide.
THE TURKISH STATE IS A GENOCIDE COLONITARY STATE
The Turkish state is not just any colonial state. For once we need to know this. We’ve said it over and over, but let’s say it again. The Turkish state is a genocidal colonialist state. When Leader Apo first appeared in the Apoist group, he said “Kurdistan is a colony”, but he especially emphasized how this colony was. Leader Apo evaluated the colonialism carried out by the Turkish state on Kurdistan as making Kurdistan an area of expansion for Turkish nationhood. He determined this as the main policy. He said he was a colonialist, but he stated that his main goal was to spread the Turkish nationhood in Kurdistan, that is, to destroy the Kurd completely, to commit genocide, and to Turkify that geography. This policy is currently being implemented. Turkey still has not abandoned this policy. There is still denial, politics, annihilation, genocide. They say from time to time, we have removed the denial. There’s absolutely nothing like that. Removing denial means accepting its constitutional legal existence and recognizing its most natural rights. Even now, there is very heavy pressure on Kurdish language culture. Its existence is already denied. In this respect, the policy on Leader Apo is a policy of genocide. So much pressure is being exerted on Leader Apo to carry out the genocide.
THE FIGHT AGAINST GENOCIDE CANNOT BE ORDINARY
This is what we need to see. Everyone needs to see it. If it is a policy of genocide, then in order to lift the isolation on Leader Apo and to break the genocidal policy on Leader Apo, a people’s total existence response must be put forward against the genocide of a people. All people must stand up. Because the struggle against genocide cannot be an ordinary struggle. In other words, the genocide cannot be abolished with an ordinary struggle, the genocide cannot be ended. Only if this happens can the policy of genocide be broken.
WE SHOULD CONDUCT THE STRUGGLE IN BETTER DIMENSIONS
There is also a policy of genocide in Imrali. This fact must be seen once. If we see it like this, we will fight right. It should be an equal fight. If a policy of genocide is being implemented there, we need to fight against the isolation in Imrali and to liberate Leader Apo at the same level as we fight against the genocide of a people. We need to carry out the struggle more dimensionally, more effectively and more comprehensively. Otherwise, if he sees it as the isolation imposed on a prisoner in any dungeon, it would be insufficient ownership, an inadequate approach. In this respect, a deeper understanding and a more comprehensive ownership is required.
In this regard, of course, ownership has increased compared to the past and gained an international level. Democracy forces in Turkey also saw this: The isolation imposed on Leader Apo is spreading to the whole society. If there is oppression and persecution on the whole society right now, the source of this is Imrali. This has been seen. This is very important to see. The emergence of this awareness is very important. Our people saw it too. The pressure applied there is a social pressure, part of the policy of social genocide. It spreads to the whole society. It is a policy that permeates all democratic forces. If such heavy pressure is being applied in other prisons, where the policy of genocide is being carried out, the source of this is the isolation on Leader Apo.
OWNERSHIP IS IMPORTANT IN BAKUR
In this respect, of course, we need to further develop the fight against the isolation imposed upon Leader Apo. HDP supporters stand guard at the Ministry of Justice. There are applications of lawyers in the international arena, there are applications of democratic forces. These are very important. Our people already own it everywhere. Here in Europe, all our people in Rojava, Bakur and Bashur are claiming it.
Despite all the pressures, it is also important to be owned in Bakur. Our people chanted “Biji Serok Apo” at the funerals of the last martyrs. We need to be sensitive in this respect and in the face of this isolation. Without breaking this isolation, without breaking this policy of genocide, no democratization can be paved, no genocide policy can be prevented. In this respect, the most important goal of our struggle should be to lift the isolation imposed on Leader Apo and ensure freedom. The freedom of the Kurdish people and the struggle to break the genocidal policy on the Kurdish people and the struggle to lift the isolation and liberate Leader Apo must be waged at the same level and in a strong manner. Then the isolation can be broken.
KURDISH BREACHING THE GENOCIDE CIRCLE
Why is Leader Apo so pressured? We said it the other day. Leader Apo is hostile to the Leader because he brought the Kurdish people to free thought, national consciousness, made them an organized society, and made them a respected people of the world today. Yes, the Kurds are currently one of the most respected rights in the world. It certainly is. This, of course, is a major blow to the policy of genocide. The fact that the Kurdish people have become so respected, defined and embraced by the world is, of course, a serious blow to the genocide policy of the Turkish state. What has he done in the past? He closed Kurdistan to the world. It’s like there are no Kurds. He was committing such cruelty, he was making a policy of genocide. But today, the Kurds have broken that circle.
We will enter the twenty-fifth year of Leader Apo being taken into captivity. We must make the twenty-fifth year the year of freedom for Leader Apo by developing the struggle. On this basis, I once again greet Leader Apo. Of course, we will liberate Leader Apo with our struggle, with the support of all our people. Let’s not give up on the goal of liberating Leader Apo, we will develop this goal by constantly raising our struggle to liberate Leader Apo.
I REMEMBER OUR PARIS MARTYRS AND JANUARY MARTYRS WITH GRATITUDE
Comrade Sakine Cansız, the founder of our party, who was viciously murdered in 2013, Leyla
I commemorate Şaylemez and Fidan Doğan with respect and gratitude. I respectfully commemorate our Executive Council member Evîn Goyî, our colleague Evîn Goyî, Kurdish artist Mir Perwer and our esteemed patriot Abdurrahman Kizil, who were murdered again in Paris on the 10th anniversary of their martyrdom.
Of course, we had very valuable martyrs in January. During the self-government resistance, Sêvê Demir, Fatma Uyar and Pakize Nayır were also killed. They are also great martyrs of self-government resisters. Those martyrs show us how strong and great the influence of women was in those resistances. I can say that their resistance will certainly not be in vain. Their struggle for self-government, their struggle for democratic autonomy will definitely be realized.
They set a goal. Now he will fight towards that goal. You can no longer fall behind that target. Because we gave great martyrs for that goal.
Again in January, our esteemed comrade, Comrade Rubar, who has been in our struggle since 1976, Comrade Halil and Comrade Murat, who have been in our struggle since the 1980s, were also martyred in this month. These comrades are also our dear friends. Comrade Rubar has a great contribution in this struggle. He has already joined as a laborer himself. He was a young friend, a worker when he joined our movement. He was a cold iron worker, he was a cold blacksmith in constructions, he was laying iron in constructions. He was such a friend. It’s been a great work. His family also contributed to our struggle completely. His two sisters were also martyred in this struggle. Her mother gave her whole life to this struggle. We have martyred such comrades. In January, we will definitely commemorate these comrades with Free Kurdistan, Free Leadership. Let no one be in any doubt about it.
SARA HAS AN IMPOSSIBLE PERSONALITY
Comrade Sara was the founder of our party. She is again one of the pioneers of the dungeon resistance, she is one of the leaders. We stayed together in the dungeon. Comrade Sara’s stance was upright as well as her walking. She was such a friend, she. She had an unyielding, unyielding personality. The passion for freedom, the love of freedom was very deep in him. Of course, one of the most important factors that created this is what was done in the Dersim genocide. The Dersim Genocide is a serious event for Kurdistan. Tens of thousands of women, children, old and young people were murdered. People’s leaders of Dersim were murdered and executed. Tens of thousands were exiled. There are still missing daughters of Dersim. They got the girls. They made servants, they made them work, they are lost.
These were very important factors that deeply affected Sara’s friend, ignited her passion for freedom and ignited her passion for struggle. On the other hand, as a female friend, she deeply felt what women went through. In this respect, she joined the struggle as a militant from the very beginning as a female friend. She showed the difference of female militancy. She has shown to all Kurdish women that women can achieve anything and raise this struggle.
While Leader Apo was developing the line of women’s freedom, he also relied on the history of the Kurdish people. It is this geography that created the Neolithic society. Humanity created the Neolithic society with the labor of the women of this geography. While the line of women’s freedom is based on this, that is, the history of the mothers of the Kurdish people, on the other hand, she developed the line of women’s freedom to realize the aspirations of valiant women like Sara Comrade and women who participated in the freedom struggle.
Comrade SARA IS THE FIRST FEMALE PIONEER
Comrade Sara also has a great role in the development of the women’s liberation line. He is the first pioneer, the first leader. She has demonstrated this will. The woman showed her will for freedom. She is a friend who is willing to pay any price for the realization of women’s freedom, who works for it and pays the price. In this respect, I once again remember Comrade Sara with respect and gratitude. We actually spent years in prison together. His resistance gave morale to everyone. As a female comrade, her stance under heavy pressure gave morale not only to us, the Kurdish prisoners, but also to all prisoners, prisoners from different organizations. In this respect, her struggle will definitely be fulfilled within the framework of spreading the women’s freedom line not only to Kurdistan but to the whole world. Women now take care of Sara. Sara is no longer just the Kurdish women’s leader, she has become the leader of all women, women of the world. The women of the world know Sara. She was, yes, belligerent. He has written a book called My Life Was Always a Fight. For women, life cannot develop a struggle for freedom without a fight. But it can be improved by fighting. Sara took this risk and continued this struggle from the first day until her martyrdom. In this respect, I commemorate all January martyrs with gratitude and respect. He continued this struggle from the first day until his martyrdom. In this respect, I commemorate all January martyrs with gratitude and respect. He continued this struggle from the first day until his martyrdom. In this respect, I commemorate all January martyrs with gratitude and respect.
EVİN GOYİ DEVOTED MY WHOLE LIFE TO THE FIGHT
Comrade Evîn Goyî was our colleague. He was a member of our Executive Council. She was the son of Botan. He was a friend of ours who came out of Botan and fought in Botan. She later took part in the Executive Council. She labored within the Executive Council. She was a laborer. She was a simple friend. She would like to claim the duties assigned by the organization at the highest level and carry out them successfully. There was such a sense of responsibility. He devoted his whole life to the struggle. With this aspect, she already took place in the Executive Council with this stance, she worked hard. Later she went to Rojava. He took his place in the development of the freedom struggle in Rojava, in the development of the revolution, and in the struggle to defeat ISIS. While he was in Rojava, he had serious health problems during the fight against ISIS. In this respect, he went to France for treatment, to have surgery, as a friend who was injured in the fight against ISIS. He participated in studies both while being treated here. This is how he died. The memories of our comrade Evin will definitely be fulfilled. Our female comrades, the women of Botan, and all the women of Kurdistan will raise this struggle in the line of Evins.
Shortly after Evîn Goyî’s martyrdom, another vile attack took place in Shengal. It was assassinated. Our esteemed comrade Menal, who spent years in prison and worked for the freedom struggle of the Kurdish people for decades, was murdered in Shengal. He was also a laboring person who devoted his whole life to this struggle. He entered the mountains and went to Shengal after he was released from prison in order to contribute to, support and strengthen the autonomy cell of the Shengal people in Shengal. He went there to support an oppressed community, the most oppressed part of the Kurdish people who are facing extinction, for the development of that struggle, for the freedom of the Yazidi people. He is a Kurd. Of course, as a Kurd, as a Kurdish revolutionary, he will protect the most oppressed part of the Kurdish people. All Kurds should support it. All Kurds should feel responsible and flow to Shengal. It is a responsibility on all of us. It is a conscientious, moral and political responsibility. No one can say to any Kurd why you are going to Shengal or joining the struggle of the Yazidis there. On the contrary, all Kurds have a responsibility to go and fight there. In this respect, I commemorate Menal with respect.
Another martyr is our recently announced comrade Deniz, who was killed by accident last year. We knew very well. We really knew each other very well. How do we say so? Pure like water. They say like an angel. He was such a friend. He was a friend of ours from Serhatlı Doğubeyazıt. He was a very valuable comrade who lived for this struggle from head to toe and was loved by everyone. It was really painful for us. Yes, he can be martyred in conflict, he can be martyred in war. Indeed, that is the nature of this struggle. We’re already paying that price. But it was really painful to be martyred by accident like this.
Let’s say that all his friends and all his family should know. We all suffered a lot. He was a very dear friend of ours. We knew closely. We will definitely realize his memory and his longings. He was such a friend. He was a friend of ours who was devoted to this struggle with love and wanted to give everything to end the Kurdish genocide. The bouncer was a friend. He was already doing the responsibility of his bouncer friends. I remember him with respect and gratitude.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MASSACRE MUST BE EXHIBITION
France is one of the first countries in Europe where people’s democratic revolutions began.
They are called bourgeois revolutions, but they are mainly popular revolutions. However, since the leadership of the popular revolutions was not carried out by other forces by democratic forces, the bourgeoisie also dominated the revolution, took the lead and established a new system there. In this system, the source for the development of bourgeois law, its development throughout the world, is France. French jurists, French philosophers and philosophers also laid the foundations of bourgeois law. It is expressed as a country where France has the rule of law. In this respect, if such massacres are taking place in France, and if it is said that there is adherence to the law in the French state or in the history of France, then this massacre must be exposed. Otherwise, France will be implicated. Then they ask where is the law, justice, equality. In this respect, France He needs to get rid of this guilt. Its relations with Turkey cannot ignore these massacres for its own interests. If he comes, France will be polluted. France’s values are meaningless. Because there is also the struggle of the peoples for decades and centuries. There are certain measures, albeit insufficient. They say it themselves. They say we are a democratic state of law, there is democracy. It is known that this is the area where the first bourgeois revolutions, that is, democratic popular revolutions, developed, and then the bourgeoisie owned them. Now what will this France say if it doesn’t expose these massacres? It eliminates its own existence. Its very existence becomes controversial. In this respect, the problem is not only our demands, it was made in their own land, in their own country. They have to own it. Then, who could not illuminate the murders, It becomes a country that cannot find the killers, where anyone can kill people as they wish. Such a country situation arises. Does France accept this? Does France say there is such a country? In this respect, France’s failure to see this, because of its economic relations and its interest relations with Turkey, and not revealing the forces behind the murderers, would pollute France. In this regard, France needs to reveal this.
FRANCE CANNOT CLEAN UNTIL THE MURDERERS ARE FOUND
Will the murderers of the precious children of the Kurdish people not be found? Or will the Kurdish people not be embraced because they have no owner, they cannot gain any benefit from the Kurdish people? On the other hand, there is a Kurdish people fighting against ISIS. There are Kurdish youth, there are Kurdish women. ISIS committed and targeted massacres the most in France. Evîn Goyî also played an important role in the defeat of ISIS as a member of the Executive Council. So does France not have a responsibility? Will there be no moral or political responsibility towards those fighting against ISIS? Then this country, this society needs to embrace these martyr women and play a role in revealing their murderers. Yes, there are Kurdish friends, there are democrats, they take care of it. They should exercise their influence over their own government, their state, their legal bodies. Using their democratic influence, they must ensure that this massacre is exposed. Without revealing the killers of this massacre, or rather revealing the power behind it and taking the necessary action, France cannot be cleared. It’s clear whose side your friend Sara was murdered on. Documents appeared. It was organized by the MIT, and Erdogan gave the order to the MIT. It is clear. The government in Turkey is killing people in France. And then we have to take a stand against it. Otherwise they will not be taken seriously. The government in Turkey is killing people in France. And then we have to take a stand against it. Otherwise they will not be taken seriously. The government in Turkey is killing people in France. And then we have to take a stand against it. Otherwise they will not be taken seriously.
THE RESISTANCE WILL REVEAL THE KILLERS
In the martyrdom of your friend Sara, Fidan and Leyla, our people in Europe strongly embraced it. Our people strongly embraced the martyrdom of Evîn Goyî, Abdurrahman Kızıl and Mir Perwer on this 23 December. In this respect, we congratulate and greet our people in Europe. Their approach is invaluable. Because of this ownership, it had an impact on the French state, it had an impact on public opinion. That’s the agenda right now. The murder of these friends and the discovery of their killers has been on the agenda in France. It has been on the agenda in Europe. This was done by the power of the people. All of our people have flown there. Friends of our people have flown there. This is important. This stance will reveal the killers anyway. On January 9, 2013, our people showed this stance. This is what it showed for the friends who were martyred on December 23 this December. It is a very valuable attitude. These stances, these attitudes strengthen the Kurdish people’s ownership of their own values. It strengthens not only in Europe, but throughout the country. As a matter of fact, when Mir Perwer’s funeral went to Muş, the people greatly embraced it.
The Turkish state, the genocidal Turkish state, wants to create this. He wants to break the society from the struggle. It tries to prevent society from taking ownership of those who struggle. This is one of the most fundamental policies of the Turkish state at the moment. But our people in Muş gave a very good answer to this. I congratulate and greet the people of Muş here. A people can only exist if it owns its values. It can exist only if it retains its leadership. He can exist if he pays the price for his freedom and takes care of those who do. It can live with dignity as a people. In this respect, it has been very meaningful and valuable for the people of Muş and the people of Kağızman to embrace it. Only in this way can we prevent these massacres. This is how we can stop these massacres. We will protect our martyrs. We will give the necessary response to those who attack them. We will show them that you cannot get results by killing them. As you hit, our anger grows, our faith grows, our determination to fight grows. Your attacks are in vain. In this respect, this ownership has revealed this fact. I can say that. With these attacks, the Kurdish people are getting stronger. It truly becomes a society. It becomes a society that has values.
We say that the Kurds are not the Kurds of 50 years ago. This is how ownership emerges. With such appropriations, Kurdish values deepen. The Kurdish consciousness of freedom is deepening. His love of freedom deepens, his ownership grows. In this respect, it is necessary to find these appropriations, which develop the Kurdish people’s love of freedom and their sense of freedom, very valuable. It has to be developed. This is very valuable, very important. At a time when the Turkish state said that I will finish it, this embrace of our people is also a very good response to the AKP-MHP fascist government.
WE MUST UNDERSTAND OUR HEROES
The balance sheets given reveal the level of this war. It is one of the firsts in the history of world war to have so many airstrikes, artillery strikes, chemical weapons, and attacking the guerrilla using all kinds of weapons in 9 months. Such intense warfare is rare. Attacks were made 24 hours a day. It is called the Ukraine-Russia war, or the Ukraine-Russia war does not exist at all hours of the day. In this respect, a great war was waged. There was a great struggle against the Turkish state. This was done sacrificially. It was not possible to resist such an intense attack without a sacrifice anyway. In this respect, all our people and all our friends should understand these brave sons. You should see how you fight. It was not an easy struggle.
Here we say, he fought a great fight, he failed the Turkish state, he failed his aims. But how did he pull it off? Everyone should feel this deeply. Then this struggle will be given meaning, our comrades who have paid a price will be truly embraced, they will be understood. They are struggling with severe difficulties and difficulties. As they say, this struggle is being waged without hunger, thirst or sleep.
to the Turkish state. He is constantly changing his soldiers. His will takes away the broken ones and brings new ones. Because, in a short time, the Turkish soldiers there become intimidated, exhausted, unable to fight, and their will is broken. Therefore, it brings new ones and takes away old ones. They already say, we need to give morale.
But the guerrillas wage war 24 hours a day. They do this with little sleep. They do this in the most troublesome way. These are very valuable. This is how this new Kurd is created. This is how new people are created. This is how the struggle becomes invincible. This is what we mean when we say the struggle is invincible. A struggle based on such a history cannot be defeated. It cannot be renewed. A fighting force is emerging, but what kind of fighting force? A sacrificial force emerges that cannot be defeated. And these friends really, these resisters created it and the Turkish state failed. Supposedly, the input would dominate all areas in 15 days and 1 month. He was going to get everywhere, he couldn’t. There are some places where he is currently staying. It cannot stay there without the support of the KDP. The places where they stay now are places where they lean a little on the KDP. He tries to stay there based on it.
KDP SETTLEMENT IN SOME PLACES THAT THE TURKISH STATE emptied
The Turkish state had some places where it stayed in the past months, left it and fled, but the KDP settled there. And the KDP settles there and becomes a kind of protection for the Turkish soldiers in some areas. So there is such a situation. This fact also needs to be known. If the Turkish state remains, it remains based on such collaborators. Otherwise, even if they do not fight the guerrilla, they will flee out of fear, that is, in those mountains, in those valleys, in those depths, in those steep cliffs. In this respect, of course, this resistance added an important strength to the struggle in 2023. It provided a strong ground for the 2023 struggle. Youth, women and our people will fight stronger in 2023 based on this ground. It will fight bigger. Seeing what those bouncers went through. By seeing their sacrifices and how they behave, our people will develop a struggle to be worthy of them. 2023 AKP, It will be very bad for the MHP government. No matter how hard he tries, he will not be able to get rid of the collapse. He wants to carry out the Kurdish genocide. That’s its whole purpose. His whole attack is to accomplish this.
We have a 50-year tradition of struggle. We have a tradition of selfless struggle. There is an uninterrupted struggle for 50 years. There is a social reality created by such a struggle. There is a youth, a woman truth. There are truths revealed by this struggle. It has exposed the genocidal colonialism not only in Turkey, not against the Kurdish reality, not against the Kurds, but all over the world. The Turkish state, which has been so exposed and worn out; It will not stand up to the struggle of the Kurdish people who are so empowered and in love with freedom and democracy. Yes, there will be difficulties. But in the end, the winner will be the Kurdish people and the forces of democracy. Those who want to end those genocidal Kurds will definitely lose.
ATTACKS ARE PART OF GENOCIDE POLICIES
Now, everyone should see these attacks as part of the policy of genocide. There is a genocidal attack against the Kurdish people. There is a genocidal attack on İmralı. There is a genocidal attack against the guerrilla. It is attacking everywhere except Turkey, producing a genocidal attack. It doesn’t just do it to Qandil, Medya Defense Zones, Shengal. He does it to Rojava. Murder in Europe. Murder in Turkey. He killed Deniz Poyraz. Thousands of Kurdish women are in prison. There are more than ten thousand political prisoners. He tortures in such dungeons.
The attack against the HDP, that is, the democracy forces in Kurdistan and Turkey, is a part of all these attacks. Because he says that democracy benefits the Kurds. We cannot genocide the Kurds where there is democracy. Be it Kurdish, Turkish or Circassian in order to massacre the Kurds. be Arab. All of them must be crushed. This is the reason for the hostility to the forces of democracy. The HDP is a platform where the Kurdish democratic accumulation and the democratic revolutionary accumulation of the peoples of Turkey come together. In this respect, the attack should be understood as such. It should be understood as anti-democracy. It should be understood as a genocidal attack against the Kurds.
Everyone should see this state, who is the AKP and MHP government attacking the most? Whoever they attack the most, it means they are the ones who are fighting for democracy the most. They are the ones fighting for real democracy. He attacks for it. In recent years, there has been an intense attack on women. Because the world of women, the stance of women, the line of women’s freedom is also the line of radical democracy. It is a fundamental line of democratization. Because without deep-rooted democratization, women cannot attain their freedom in real terms. For this reason, intense hostility towards women has been made. These attacks on HDP should be seen as part of the attack on all democratic forces and the freedom struggle of the Kurdish people. It is a genocidal attack, let’s see it like this. An attack on any democrat is also a genocidal attack. The attack against Şebnem Korur Fincancı is also a genocide attack. The attacks and arrests against the Gezi protesters are also genocide attacks. Everyone should know this. There is so much hostility towards democracy because the Kurds can benefit. Without seeing this fact, no one can fight for right democracy and freedom in Turkey. It will not see the pressure on the Kurds, it will not take a stand against the genocide, but it will fight for democracy. This would be a false struggle for democracy.
NOT ONE MONTH OF HDP GOES TO AN EMPLOYEE OF THIS MOVEMENT.
Now he will not give money to HDP members. Yes, this is done before the election to render HDP members incapable of working while they are going to the elections. On the other hand, HDP will probably be closed after the money is blocked. This already means the following: HDP is a political organization with a reason to be shut down. Otherwise why would they block it? What do they say? This money goes to terrorism. He was helping terrorism. They block it. Why are they blocking? Any other reason? Those who said that the money should be blocked said this. There was a reason to close this aspect. Then why are you blocking your money if you don’t close it?
But let me point out that these are fabricated excuses. Not a single cent of HDP’s 100 lira or 1 lira went to this movement, nor to any employee of this movement. Not even a penny. That’s forty money. A penny is forty money. Forty money did not go anywhere other than HDP as the old saying is. By the struggle for freedom, he means us. We do not deign to spare a penny for us. They say there is good in every job. Or there is a saying that one must make a good out of every evil. Yes, the approach of making a good out of every evil is important. Now, this approach can actually integrate HDP more with the public. It is more intertwined with the public to keep itself alive. The other is money from the state. Then the public does not feel the need to communicate with the public much. This is very important. It is important for a political movement, an institution, to live with the support of the people. In fact, even the existence of a political power with state money is really a problem. Why is he giving that money? In order to keep it in the system, the system part will accept the existing system, become a part of it, it is given for it. In order not to be out of the system. Yes, it’s paid for. If Turkey was a democratic country, if there was a democratic sensitivity and if the state was sensitive to this contribution, let’s say the money it gave, democratic politics was accepted as a result of a struggle for democracy, this is why it is given. It is a very important part of democracy in democratic politics…. No such thing. There is no democracy in Turkey. For this reason, it should be admired. No need to take it out. It is necessary to create the ground for a stronger meeting with the democratic forces and the people. A STRUGGLE THAT IS NOT BASED ON THE STATE IS THE RIGHT STRUGGLE
There’s no need to complain about it. There is a struggle for democracy in Turkey. There is a reality of the people who want a struggle for democracy and support the struggle for democracy. There is a people whose thousands, tens of thousands are in prison. There is a people who are tortured and tortured so much. There is a people whose sons are selflessly resisting. Will these people not be able to pay the rent of a political party’s building while doing this? He can easily afford it.
There may be HDP democracy forces or other forces. It would be the right struggle to fight without relying on this state. Then the forces of democracy will fight better. Perhaps one of the reasons why the democratic forces have not been able to fight effectively so far is to keep them within the system, so that the political movement becomes less integrated with the people and needs the state rather than the people. This is how it should be approached. This is the correct approach. Turkey is not a democratic country either. Again, it’s fake. Not a penny of HDP went to any part of the Freedom Struggle. They cannot prove. Neither the municipalities nor the party has such a thing. This is fabrication. Yes, how they made it up to İmamoğlu: He said he was a fool. He might say stupid. So what? This has already been told to Süleyman Soylu.
They shot their own men. So they openly shot the former president of the Ülkü Ocakları. So now everybody in Turkey knows who shot him. Everyone knows that the MHP took a decision and was executed. There is also the approval of Devlet Bahçeli. They cannot do such a thing without the approval of Devlet Bahçeli. But such a terror is blowing that it threatens. I don’t know, he says. I do not prosecute 3 crescents. He says I will shoot, kill, but no one can judge us.
There is such a reality of Turkey. Therefore, such attacks may occur in the future. HDP can be turned off. The HDP is not just a building, nor is it a party established by law. HDP is the party created by serhildan. HDP. It is the party created by the democratic accumulation of Denizlerin İbrahimlerin, Mihri Belli, Vedat Türkali, Hikmet Kıvılcımlar, Orhan Yılmazkayalar and their struggle. In this respect, this struggle cannot be prevented or stopped by being closed down.
In this direction, attacks can develop further. In this respect, we are making a call to the public. Our people should protect all their institutions and join the struggle for democracy. In order to destroy the AKP-MHP fascism, the attacks must be fought no matter what. Or they will destroy us. You will resist not to perish. Every living thing resists extinction. The Kurdish people have been resisting for 50 years to disappear.
KURDISH PARTIES SHOULD ATTEND AKP-MHP
I would like to point this out on one occasion. There are some parties in Turkey and parties that have been affected by HDP and have been affected by it. There are Kurdish parties. These, too, should see that the policy of the Turkish state is a policy of genocide. They should not be misled by saying that Turkey is in contact with the KDP, or by looking at that relationship, that the Turkish state is not genocidal. From this perspective. If they say they are Kurds, if they say Kurdish politics, then they should take a stance against the AKP-MHP government, which carries out a policy of genocide. They should also stand by the Kurdish people’s struggle for democracy. I would like to point this out on this occasion.
THE REASON OF THE ECONOMIC CRISIS IS WAR
There is an economic crisis in Turkey. The most important cause of the economic crisis is war. In a country that has waged war at this level for decades, there will be an economic crisis. They have already declared that the cause of the economic crisis is the war. “Do you know the price of a bullet,” said Erdogan. Nurettin Canikli “Do you know the price of a guided missile?” said. That explains the economic crisis. They explained, they say it themselves. The cause of the economic crisis is war. They say that the cause of the economic crisis is war. He says it’s money going to war. But the opposition cannot say this openly.
In this respect, the economic crisis becomes legitimized. Erdogan legitimizes, Canikli legitimizes, opponents legitimize by keeping silent. They say yes right. He may be going to war. Now there are reasons that bring about the economic crisis. But if the war disappears, if the war policy disappears, the crisis can be resolved. But that happens with democracy. It happens with the struggle for democracy. This war policy will not be abandoned until Turkey democratizes. Fight the Kurds today, fight the Greeks tomorrow, fight who the next day? That’s how it stands. In this respect, the solution of economic problems is democratization. This is important. In this respect, the policy carried out by saying that only the economy is bad, the economy is like this, the economy is like that is wrong. Politics based only on economy is wrong. Freedom, democracy, justice, equality are also said, but they are lagging behind. The main power change is justice, equality, freedom is within the framework of democracy. The other one goes and the other comes. This means.
THE FIGHT IS NOT ONLY ON THE ECONOMIC DIMENSION
Here is Demirel’s saying, “pots take power”, so I go, someone else comes, someone else goes, I come. This does not represent a change. Democratization does not mean. It does not mean the development of freedom. There is an economic crisis, there is a civil war for various reasons, one government will go, the other will come. This approach is wrong. Propaganda based only on economic distress and crisis is not a correct political struggle. It is wrong, it is incomplete. In fact, it is necessary to develop the consciousness of freedom among these people. Democracy awareness needs to be developed. Awareness of justice should be developed. This is how change should be created. If it is not created like this, not much can be created with the economy alone. Power cannot be changed. It would also be difficult to change. Because freedom, democracy, morality and justice are the basis of your desire for change. In this respect, the approach of the left on this issue is also wrong. I also criticize left socialist friends and comrades on this issue. They are also very economists. Why did real socialism collapse? There was a lot of economic approach. Let it be like this, let them fill their stomachs and work as they want. Freedom is not democracy. But fill your bellies. Neither socialism nor democracy can come with only economic demand. The most concrete example of this is the situation in real socialism. In this respect, okay, so let’s fight economically. Of course, exploitation and exploitation must be opposed. But there is no economic struggle without opposing exploitation. It is necessary to further develop the consciousness of freedom and national democracy. In this respect, economic injustice cannot be eliminated without democratization. If there is democracy, both the economy and democracy will develop. In other words, democratization means democratization not only in other areas but also in the economy. the most unjust, It is necessary to oppose unlawfulness, injustice, oppression and oppression. If there is a change based on this, Turkey will change in real terms. Otherwise, the people are in crisis right now. AKP does not vote because the MHP policy has led us to economic distress. Another power comes. This is not real change. There is no conversion. Democratization does not develop like this. Other powers come. If they cannot create democratization, economic problems cannot be solved. Who do they work for? It works for the rich. He works for the bourgeois, he works for the bosses. In this respect, it is necessary to further develop the consciousness of democracy and freedom in the society. Otherwise, the AKP may give some salaries to some of them and save today, putting the future of Turkey at risk altogether. Of course it’s hard to save. There is such an economic crisis that it has done so much oppression and persecution that the people are really fed up with this government.
ROJAVA MEETINGS BETWEEN RUSSIA AND TURKEY
If the Turkish state is involved in these talks, the Turkish state will hold these talks within the framework of Kurdish hostility. The whole aim of the Turkish state is for the Kurds to gain rights and freedom.
The Turkish state had two aims. One is to change the Syrian regime, to overthrow it. The other was to prevent the Kurds from gaining democratic rights in Syria. For these two purposes, it deepened the civil war in Syria, helped and supported the gangs. The Turkish state is responsible for the spread of conflicts in Syria and the existence of so many gangs. He used them both against the Syrian regime and against the Kurds’ struggle for rights and freedom. We know that Al Nusra was attacking Serêkaniyê from Ceylanpınar. It was the Turkish state that supported it. The Turkish state also supported other gangs. The Turkish state also supported ISIS.
Now the aim of this Turkish state is to eliminate the rights of these Kurds. The regime also wanted to overthrow it, as if it gave up on it now, he says, this is not our aim. Our aim is simply to eliminate terrorism there, he says. Of course, Russia has a role in these negotiations. Russia is also stuck because of the Ukraine war. He is doing such a mediation between Turkey and Syria because he is stuck. He wants to get rid of his jam in the Ukraine war with relations with Turkey. By doing this, of course, Russia is supporting Turkey’s hostility towards Kurds, becoming a partner. Russia has to ask, “Are you a partner in Turkey’s hostility to Kurds? Will you be partners?”
There is no such thing as dividing the Kurds into Syria, it is a fabrication. Russia does not justify its partnership with the Turkish state like this. Genocide means engaging in a genocidal relationship with the Turkish state. The aim of the Turkish state is genocide. Russia has to ask, do you support the genocide of the Turkish state? Will you partner? Such Kurds do not have a partition approach in Syria. It is your fabrication. On the contrary, if the Syrian regime has survived at the moment, it is what keeps it alive. There was no Russian support. Yes, there was Syrian support in Russia, but if Rojava had not had a revolution, had not defeated ISIS, had not stopped the gangs, had not been dominated by the revolutionary forces currently dominating Rojava, Northeast Syria, if ISIS had ruled, if the gangs had ruled, we would be in Syria. We would see the end. Assad could not stand. Russia couldn’t keep it up, neither could Iran. By then they would have already taken over most of Syria. Aleppo didn’t fall, why didn’t it? Kurdish fighters gave the real battle in Aleppo. The regime knows this too. What would have happened if the Kurds had not fought against the gangs? In this respect, it is Turkey that develops the civil war that has destroyed Syria so much and supported the gangs. Now Syria will go to this Turkey, will it become common in anti-Kurdish opposition? Why did Turkey attract millions of Syrians, why did it? To set up camps, raise gangs and attack. Not to feed them. He did not do it for humanitarian reasons. He left the door open, pulled them all out, stuffed them into the camps. From there gangs spawned. The source of gangs is the camps. So Syria doesn’t know this? Turkey did this to overthrow the regime. And what did the Kurds do? He fought hard to keep the Syrian regime alive. Nor can they say that the Kurds are dividing Syria. We know, we say because we know. They revolutionized the leadership line. We know their approach. They are looking for a Syrian solution. They have nothing else.
If Syria says, I do not accept any of the demands of the Kurds. If he says he will go and become a partner in the Kurdish genocide with Turkey, he will lose. If the Turkish state commits genocide against the Kurds, no one can stop them in Bakur, Bashur and Rojava.
At the moment, it is the Kurds who stand in the way of the Turkish state’s genocidal policies. Without the Kurds’ struggle for democracy and freedom, Turkey would attack not only Syria but even Iran. At the moment, the obstacle in front of him is the Kurds. In this respect, our approach is that Russia and the regime should not be partners in this policy of Turkey.
Will Assad now negotiate to keep Erdogan in power? Erdogan is holding these talks to stay in power. Will it keep Erdogan alive? In this regard, Russia and the regime need to approach correctly. Yes, we, the Syrian regime, in this regard, the Turkish state is anti-Kurdish, but they should not come to this themselves. The stability and unity of Syria is based on reconciliation with the Kurds. It will not pass without reconciliation with Turkey. It is the partnership and agreement with the Kurds that will strengthen the Syrian regime. Other approaches are wrong, wrong policy. The regime should not fall into such a wrong policy because of its relationship with Russia.
We follow. Turkey’s policies are dangerous. Turkey is hostile to Kurds, but will the regime engage in such a thing? We don’t want to believe. So we don’t think anything like this will happen. Because our approach, we have conveyed to them many times before, is the reconciliation of the regime with the Kurds in Syria. We already want to help with this issue. This is our approach. This is the approach of the people of Rojava. In this respect, come to terms with Turkey, which has destroyed and destroyed Syria so much, and march on the Kurds, who are your own citizens. Could such a policy exist? That’s not political. There is no such solution.
In this respect, I think that Russia and Syria should also reconsider their approaches. This is our call.
