BEHDÎNAN – The press office of the HPG stated the following regarding the details of the actions and attacks carried out:
“In the Zap region within the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Movement;
- On January 18, at 09:00, 09:40, 11:30 and 18:00, the occupiers near the Çemço area in the Şeladizê subdistrict of the Amediyê district were fired on four times with heavy weapons by our mobile teams and three occupiers were punished . Our forces noted that some of these occupiers were moving about the area in civilian clothes.
- At 2:45 p.m. on January 18, the invaders near the Çemço region in the Şeladizê subdistrict of the Amediyê district were fired upon by our YJA Star mobile teams using a sniper tactic and one occupier was punished.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army with prohibited bombs and chemical weapons;
- On January 18, guerrilla resistance positions near the Çemço region in the Şeladizê district of the Amediyê district were bombed eleven times from dawn to dusk with chemical weapons.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army;
- On January 18, the Gundê Girê and Gundê Kanisarkê areas in Garê and the Gşînê area in Xakurkê were bombed seven times by warplanes.
- On January 18, the guerrilla resistance positions near the Çemço area and the village of Sîda in the Şeladizê district of the Amediyê district were bombed dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.”
