BEHDÎNAN – The HPG press center stated:
“Our mobile teams took action against the attackers in Zap and Xakurkê. The occupying Turkish army bombed the positions of the resistance guerrillas near the Çemço area in the Şêladizê district of Amediyê from 1 p.m. on January 4 into the night hours, once with prohibited bombs, 14 times with attack helicopters, 10 times with fighter jets and dozens of times with howitzers , tanks and heavy weapons.”
The actions and attacks are detailed below:
“In the Zap region within the Bazên Zagros Revolutionary Movement;
- At noon on January 4, the attackers were hit by our mobile teams using sabotage tactics near the Çemço region in the Şêladizê district of the Amediyê district.
In the Xakurkê region within the Bazên Zagros Revolutionary Movement;
- At 4:30 p.m. on January 4, the attackers in the resistance area in Girê Şehîd Axîn were fired upon and hit by our mobile teams with heavy weapons.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army with prohibited bombs and chemical weapons;
- From 1:00 p.m. on January 4 to 1:00 p.m., resistance guerrilla positions near the Çemço region in the Şêladizê district of Amediyê were bombed 1 time with prohibited bombs.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army;
- On January 4, guerrilla positions near the Çemço region and the village of Sîda in the Şêladizê subdistrict of the Amediyê district were bombed 14 times by helicopter gunships.
- On January 1 and 4, the areas of Girê Bahar and Gundê Deşta Kafya in Garê were bombed ten times by warplanes.
- On December 26 and January 3, the Girê FM and Girê Amediyê resistance areas and the guerrilla resistance positions near the Çemço area and the village of Sîda in the Şêladizê subdistrict of the Amediyê district were bombed dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.”
