Our comrades Evrim, Hogir, Şervan and Rênas, who pioneered our freedom struggle in Gabar in the conflicts that took place, fought heroically until their last breath and reached martyrdom. These valiant comrades, who managed to become the most valuable sons of our people with their self-sacrificing participation in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle, will continue to lead our comrades with their martyrdom as well as their struggle. Our people will always remember the efforts of our comrades Evrim, Hogir, Şervan and Rênas in helping our freedom struggle grow and achieve victory. We extend our condolences to all our patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially to the esteemed families of these esteemed comrades who are the true creators and eternal protectors of the Kurdistan Revolution.

EVRIM SUMBUL
Our comrade evolution was born in Colemêrg, one of the important patriotic cities of Kurdistan, in a family that also participated in the ranks of patriotism and freedom. The fact that her family and close circle were involved in the struggle from the very beginning of our freedom struggle enabled our comrade Evrim to get to know our party, the PKK, from an early age. Despite being a child, she brought to consciousness the oppression and tortures of the enemy against our people, never forgetting them in her mind and turned them into a reason for struggle. Our comrade Evrim, was introduced to the guerrilla in 2004, was deeply affected by the guerrilla’s approach to people, her determination in the struggle and her self-sacrificing life. In the face of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla’s struggle for our people, she realized that she too, as a Kurdish woman and youth, must fight for the freedom of our people. Our comrade Evrim, who is in search for this, has learned more about the reality of struggle day by day and has begun to better understand the line of Leadership and martyrs. Comrade Evrim’s determination in the struggle has been reinforced by the enemy’s increasing attacks on our people, his insistence on genocidal policies and her openly continuing this with the massacres she has committed. Seeing the guerrilla ranks as the most effective place to fight the genocidal enemy, Comrade Evrim consciously turned to the Zagros and joined the guerrilla ranks.
Expressing that she was reborn by joining the guerrilla, our comrade Evrim evaluated guerrilla and mountain life as a gateway to freedom and a place for humanity return to it’s essence. She stated that the nature of Kurdistan and the training she received in the PKK created a renewal in her, and for this she was bound to the mountains by an unbreakable bond. Especially as a woman, she has brought to the awareness that the slavery status assigned to women in society can only be overcome by fighting in the PKK environment. For this, she called on all women who are in search of a free life to join the ranks of the PKK-PAJK in the mountains of Kurdistan. Our comrade Evrim, received the New Warriors training in the Avaşîn field, successfully completed this training process and turned to practical studies. Although she was new to the guerrilla ranks, she adapted to the mountain and guerrilla life in a short time with her eager and enthusiastic participation, and started to lead her newly joined comrades like herself. Our comrade Evrim was constantly trying to develop herself militarily and ideologically, has made a special effort to learn our Party history. She was deeply affected by her readings, especially by the Amed Prison Resistance, and the efforts of the Four, Mazlum Doğan and our martyrs of the Great Death Fast of 14 July, to fight with self-sacrifice and unbreakable will against all attacks of the enemy. Our comrade Evrim managed to learn lessons from every book she read, every memory she heard, and every event she witnessed, gained a significant experience in a short time. Our comrade Evrim wanted to make the experience she has gained the basis of an effective struggle against the enemy, wanted to fight especially in Bakure Kurdistan, to avenge the massacres that the enemy has perpetrated against our people for decades and to break up the policy of genocide. On this basis, it has been her biggest dream to go to the Botan area, which is home to heroic epics and has a special place in the history of our people’s struggle. She struggled with great desire, determination and effort to realize this dream and patiently waited for the moment when he would go to Botan. Comrade Evrim, who went to the resistance positions to fight against ISIS gangs with our people in 2016, one of the times when gang attacks against our people intensified, gained an important military experience by taking part in many actions.
In a process where the enemy attacks intensified and the people of Kurdistan and our Movement were wanted to kneel, our comrade Evrim, whose greatest dream was to go to the Botan area, moved to the Gabar area, where he wrote resistance epics with the struggles of Egîd, Adil, Gelhat, Nûda and Gulbahar. She also wanted to be worthy of the struggle of these pioneer martyr comrades and to realize their dreams by crowning the struggle they handed over with victory. For this, she attracted attention with her enthusiastic participation from the very first moment she went to Gabar. Our comrade Evrim, whose laboring aspect was at the forefront, has persistently suggested herself to many works that require great sacrifices. Thanks to this feature, she earned the respect of her comrades. Increasing her desire to turn her anger towards the enemy into great actions day by day, Our comrade Evrim, who has a deep concentration for this, has successfully fulfilled the responsibilities she assumed by leading many actions as a YJA Star guerrilla. Our comrade Evrim, who managed to become a leading YJA Star commander with her concise participation, self-sacrificing stance and deep anger towards the enemy in the Gabar area, where he lived for a long time, fought with great devotion for the success of our Revolutionary People’s War, and despite all the intense attacks of the enemy, she achieved great success as a professional guerrilla. Comrade Evrim is the most concrete proof that the Kurdistan guerrilla can strike the enemy at any time with superior tactical creativity, despite all the special war policies of the enemy, has set an example for all her comrades engaged in guerrilla activities in Bakurê Kurdistan, especially in Botan.

HOGIR BOTAN
Our Cizîra Botan people, who have embraced hundreds of heroes ranging from Berivans to Çiçek Kiçi and Mehmet Tunç, have not compromised their honorable stance despite being constantly targeted by the enemy, and have become the qibla of Kurdish patriotism. Our people in Cizîra Botan, who have been most intensely exposed to the policies of burning villages and squatting, especially since the 90s, have been forcibly removed from their land and left face to face with great suffering. Despite all these attacks, our people of Cizîra Botan not only preserved their patriotism and culture wherever they were, but also took their revenge against all these policies by sending thousands of their valiant children to the ranks of the Party. Our comrade Hogir, who is the son of such a heroic people, is a patriotic member of a family that has paid a price. He was born and grew up in Konya as his family immigrated to Turkey’s metropolises due to the pressure of the enemy. Despite this, he has been brought up with his roots since his childhood and has managed to maintain this patriotic culture that he received from his family in every moment of his life. Our comrade Hogir, who witnessed the denial and annihilation policies that the fascist Turkish state wanted to implement on the Kurdish people at a young age, harbored a great grudge against these policies and sought to find an answer. In this process, the activity and energy of our comrade Hogir, who took part in youth work, attracted the attention of the enemy. Our comrade Hogir, who resisted with great effort and effort the unconscious and rootless policies of the fascist Turkish state to apply to the entire Kurdish people in the person of young people, By playing a leading role, it drew many Kurdish youth to the line of struggle. Comrade Hogir, who was detained 5 times during these activities, responded to the pressure and intimidation efforts of the enemy by increasing his struggle each time. Comrade Hogir, who joined the guerrilla ranks with great enthusiasm in 2011, received his new fighter training in Metîna. Since the first day he joined, he managed to attract the attention of his comrades with his confident and determined stance. Our comrade Hogir, who successfully completed the training process, started his first practice in the field of Heftanîn. During his stay in Heftanîn, he made great efforts in all areas he went to, and was loved and respected by his comrades for his smiling face and friendliness. After successful practice in the field of Heftanîn, he received branch training to become professional, deepen and specialize in guerrilla style and tactics. Our comrade Hogir, who made great efforts to improve himself not only in terms of military but also ideologically, in these trainings, He focused on the philosophy of Leader Apo and was in the struggle to make this philosophy vital. Comrade Hogir, who successfully completed his branch training and started his practice as a guerrilla expert in his field, wanted to protect his people like every other Kurdish youth after the reactionary ISIS gangs attacked the Kurdish people with the help of the genocidal Turkish state, and fought against these reactionary gangs in many fields between 2013 and 2016. Although he was wounded in the stomach in this war, he rose again and returned to the battle positions with the invincibility, great determination and endless energy brought by the Apoist will. Comrade Hogir, who has made more and more progress in military and ideological aspects, did not hesitate to transfer his experiences and knowledge to his comrades under his command.
Comrade Hogir studied at the Mazlum Doğan Academy in order to consolidate his great military experience with the Leadership ideology and to concentrate more on guerrillaism in the line of Leader Apo. Our comrade Hogir, who has an organizational stance that does not compromise on principles in all environments he is in, did not accept the shortcomings, criticized, and sought to protect and improve the life of the PKK left by our martyrs. With his simplicity, self-sacrifice, morale and strong-willed personality, he left a mark on all his comrades who knew him. He took part in the most important duties of our organization, which requires high trust, sensitivity and stable participation, and successfully fulfilled this responsibility.
Our comrade Hogir has dreamed of being a guerrilla in Botan, where he had to leave because of the policies of the colonialist Turkish state, from the first day he joined. Our comrade Hogir, who had the opportunity to realize this dream in 2018, moved to Gabar, the land of Egîd, Adil and Bedrans, with great awareness and determination. Our comrade Hogir, who struggled to be worthy of the guerrilla opportunities created by our martyrs with great effort and sacrifice, became a great seeker of life and war in the line of our martyred comrades. The martyrdom of our close relatives, Comrades Canfeda Botan and Brûsk Cîzre, who died in Botan in 2016 and 2018, increased our comrade Hogir’s grudge against the enemy, and on this basis he embraced more practice. Comrade Hogir, who played a leading role in many actions carried out in the Gabar area, in which heavy blows were struck against the enemy, has achieved successful practices with his determination and boldness. He played an important role in the practice of the new period guerrilla style and tactics in the Gabar area, where he was located, and played a leading role in the implementation of the new period guerrillaism by nullifying many operations carried out by the enemy. In addition to his warrior characteristics, he has been an example of PKK militancy with his modesty and hard work in life. Our patriotic Êlih people, who do not compromise on freedom and do not give up on their identity shaped by their language, culture and history, faced intense attacks by the colonialist Turkish state, and were tried to be driven away from the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle with brutal attacks by JİTEM and Hizbulkontra gangs. Despite all the inhuman attacks, our Êlih people have established strong ties and are the guarantee of the free future of our people, and our party has never abandoned the path of struggle opened by the PKK with the blood of martyrs. Our comrade Şervan was born in Sason, Êlih, within this strong patriotic tradition. Comrade Şervan, who had to leave the village where he lived with his family due to the oppression and attacks of the fascist Turkish state in the 1990s, grew up in a patriotic family in the center of Êlih, based on life with dignity. Like every Kurd who does not bow to oppression and persecution, he saw and recognized the dirty face of the colonialist Turkish state at a young age. Our comrade, who closely follows the historical resistance of the PKK, went to Antalya, one of the metropolises of Turkey, and received health education at Akdeniz University. When he lived here, he was enraged by the fascist practices developed against the Kurdish people and the assimilation policies targeting patriotic Kurdish youth in particular. Our comrade Rênas was born in a patriotic family in the Karaz district of Amed. The fact that his family and the environment he lived in were devoted to Kurdish culture, tradition and the freedom struggle of our people enabled our comrade Rênas to grow up with these values. The fact that his close relatives joined the guerrilla ranks made our comrade Rênas sympathize with the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle and its vanguard guerrilla from an early age. Living in a patriotic and freedom-loving city like Amed, and using the enemy’s colonial policies against our people in the most naked way, as if leading to massacres, enabled our comrade Rênas to meet revolutionary feelings early on. He was greatly angered by the massacres committed by the enemy against our people, and the fact that he wanted to carry out a genocide by alienating our people from their core values. For this reason, he has sought to struggle since his youth. Our comrade Rênas, who wanted to take revenge on the enemy by waging an effective struggle, determined the course of struggle after his cousin, Comrade Silav Amed – Filiz Tabu, was martyred in Sêrt in 2009. By joining the ranks of the guerrilla, he wanted to account for all the martyrs of Kurdistan’s freedom in the person of our comrade Silav and for the massacres committed by the enemy against our people and to take their revenge. After staying in youth work for a while, he tried to join the guerrilla ranks, but postponed his participation for a while because he could not provide the necessary conditions. Our comrade Rênas, who is extremely determined to dream of great freedom and to hold the enemy to account, has remained true to his promise to the martyrs. In a period of heavy attacks against the Rojava Freedom Revolution, it once again made an effort to take part in the freedom struggle of our people. Our comrade Rênas, who was successful in this effort, joined the guerrilla ranks from Amed in 2014.
Our comrade Rênas, who received his first education in the field of Heftanîn after joining the guerrilla ranks, quickly adapted to the guerrilla and mountain life with his sincere and sincere participation. Thanks to the upbringing, culture and patriotic essence he received from his family, he participated in education and Party life without account, honestly and sincerely, and in a short time he created important transformations in his personality. He also benefited from the military experience of many of his comrades and gained experience in a very short time. He took part in important studies that required high sensitivity, trust and military experience, and successfully carried out these studies for a long time. He earned the respect of his comrades with his laboring and self-sacrificing participation in the works. Our comrade Rênas, who is aware of the need to deepen himself ideologically in order to ensure a more active and productive participation in the historical process of our people and our Movement, was educated at Mahsum Korkmaz Academy for this purpose and had the opportunity to evaluate the practice he lived. Again, he understood the Leadership philosophy more deeply and strengthened his deficiencies by questioning his personality on this basis. He became aware of the need to assume the guerrilla command, which is the leading force of our Revolutionary People’s War, and has gone through an important intensification process in this direction. After successfully completing his education, he moved to Heftanîn again as a pioneer commander with the claim of achieving success in our Revolutionary People’s War on the basis of the new period guerrilla.
Aware that we need to increase our struggle in Bakurê Kurdistan against the invasion plans of the enemy, our comrade Rênas went to Bakurê Kurdistan for this purpose, to Gabar, which is home to dozens of valiant commanders and is the dream area of many guerrillas. He felt the presence of dozens of our martyred comrades in every path he walked in Gabar, at every rock bottom where he stopped to rest. He has been the owner of a relentless struggle with the heavy responsibility of being worthy of our martyred comrades and successfully fulfilling their revolutionary duties in the difficult but spiritually-laden practice of the Gabar field. Despite all the difficult conditions in the Gabar area, our comrade Rênas, who concentrated to strike the enemy at any moment, took part in many actions against the enemy.
