BEHDINAN – HPG Press Contact Center statement is as follows:
“In the actions carried out under the leadership of our mobile teams, 1 invader was punished, 1 position and 1 grenade launcher were destroyed. The invading Turkish army bombed the guerrilla resistance positions 19 times with chemical weapons, 2 times with banned bombs, and dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons. At the same time, the guerrilla bombed the areas 13 times with warplanes.
The details of the actions taken and the attacks made are as follows;
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- On January 20, at 08:00, the invaders near the village of Sîda in the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams. In the action carried out, one position and the grenade launcher in it were destroyed.
- On January 20, at 09:30, 11:00 and 16:20 hours, the invaders around the village of Sîda in the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were hit three times with heavy weapons by our mobile teams.
- On January 20, at 16:20, the invaders near the Çemço region of the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediye district were hit with heavy weapons by our YJA Star moving teams.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On January 20, at 09:30, the invaders in the Girê FM Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams.
- On January 20, at 21:00, the invaders in the Girê FM Resistance Area were shot by our YJA Star moving teams with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with banned bombs and chemical weapons;
- On 20 January, the guerrilla resistance positions near the village of Sîda and the Çemço region of the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were bombed 19 times with chemical weapons.
- On January 20, at 13:00 and 14:30, the guerrilla resistance positions near the village of Sîda and the Çemço region of the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were bombed twice with banned bombs.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;
- On 19 and 20 January, the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area and Garê’s Kanîsarkê, Deriyê Hirçê, Girê Zengil, Gundê Guzê and Deşta Kafya areas and the Berdesorê area of Xakurkê were bombed 13 times with warplanes.
- On January 20, the guerrilla resistance positions near the Çemço region and Sîda village in the Sheladize sub-district of the Amediyê district were bombed dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.”
