THERE ARE EXECUTIONS, abductions, torture, plunder in the Occupied ZONES
The balance sheet announced by HRW is as follows:
“The attacks of the Turkish army and its mercenaries continued intensively in 2022 as well. Our people, who were displaced after Afrin was occupied, faced heavy attacks every day. The Turkish army and its mercenaries, which do not recognize any rules of war, carried out all kinds of inhuman attacks against our people. Patriotic and honorable people in the occupied lands suffered all kinds of death, kidnapping and torture. Again, the dirty policies of the Turkish state to change the demographics of the region continued in 2022. With the changing demographic structure, not only the people of Afrin, but also its geography has often been the target of attacks. The Turkish army and its mercenaries are not only the enemies of the people of the region, but also of nature. As a result of the routine bombardment in the region, the nature of the region was severely damaged. In addition to these, thief gangs,

Against these attacks of the enemy, our acts of revenge continued even more strongly in 2022. Many effective actions were carried out that dealt great blows to the invaders. The balance sheet of the war in the region is as follows;
- In 2022, the invading Turkish army and its mercenaries continued to bombard the region without interruption. Throughout the year, our areas were bombed 27,498 times with howitzers, mortars and tanks. There were 18 fighter jet attacks and 13 drone attacks. As a result of these attacks, 7 civilians, including one child, were martyred and 44 citizens were injured.

- In 2022, 70 actions were carried out against the Turkish army and its mercenaries. As a result of these actions, 20 special operations police (PÖH), 72 Turkish soldiers and 112 gang members were killed, 16 PÖH, 67 soldiers and 56 mercenaries were injured.
MILITARY VEHICLES DESTROYED AND DAMAGED
- As a result of the actions of our forces, 3 armored vehicles, 1 tank, 8 motorcycles, 8 positions, 5 tents, 2 squads, 1 howitzer, 1 M-16 gun, a large number of ammunition and technical equipment were destroyed. 2 hedgehogs, 2 tanks, 1 scorpion, 1 reo, 1 howitzer and a car were hit.
WEAPONS CAPTURED
- As a result of the actions, 8 AK-47 guns, 1 BKC, 1 B-7, 1 assassination gun, 1 gun, 4 radios, 4 military vests, 5 telephones and a large amount of ammunition were seized.

- In 2022, 19 of our comrades were martyred in the attacks of the invading army and gang groups.”
