LONDON – Following the brutal murders of our friends Emine Kara, M. Şirin Aydın and Abdurrahman Kızıl in Paris on Friday. Internationalists from the UK held a vigil in a West Midland town centre, followed by a banner drop in solidarity with the protests on Saturday.
“We do not believe these attacks to be coincidence, they are targeted..the European Nation State powers have always had conspiratal, murderous alliance with Turkey; there is again an obvious link to Ankara
The French authorities – praised directly after the attack by government for their efforts – failed to protect the Kurdish diaspora yet again, arriving late to the scene causing more suffering to those injured and immediately attacking those that wanted to mourn their comrades deaths. This second massacre comes just before the week our friends, Sakine Cansız, Fidan Doğan and Leyla Şaylemez on 9th January 2013, were assasinated by European secret service alliance.
We want answers. When will the UK be held account for its part in the torture, capture and murders of our leaders in revolution? We struggle to wake up our society to what true democracy looks like, the movement of Kurdistan shows us the path to this success.
Şehîd Evîn was a leading figure in the Rojava revolution and was an inspiring comander of peoples defence forces, women’s liberation, and protection of the freedom of all. It is with great anger and sadness that we hear of another of our Jin comrades, an example of true devotion to building worldwide solutions, be murdered by hands that bear no honour.
Solidarity with the serhildans of Paris.
Şehîd Namirin,
“Those that fall for the great idea, will be sacred a million times over”
