Javanrud celebrates the 40th day anniversary of the martyrs amidst the bullets of the repressive forces

A Kurdish citizen was shot dead by Iranian repressive forces in the city of Javanrud (Ciwanro) in East Kurdistan today.

NEWS CENTER –  The funeral ceremony of the seven martyrs of the demonstrations in the city of Javanrud (Ciwanro) was scheduled to be held today, but the citizens were attacked by the Iranian repressive forces.

According to the news sources, a Kurdish citizen named “Burhan Eliyasi” was killed as a result of the direct fire of these forces. Videos posted on social networks, Iranian repressive forces are currently firing directly at demonstrators in the city of Jawanro, and firing tear gas at vehicles and houses of citizens in the city.

According to the latest report by the Iranian Human Rights Organization, at least 476 people, half of them Kurds and Baluchs, have been killed since the beginning of the demonstrations in Iran and East Kurdistan, known as the “Women, Life and Freedom” uprising.
