BEHDÎNAN – Gerîla TV published footage showing the corpse of a Turkish soldier killed in the guerrilla-held Medya Defense Zones in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq).
According to the HPG Press Office statement, the soldier in question was killed during the course of a guerrilla action in the Girê FM Resistance Area in Metina region at 12:20 on November 3. His corpse, military equipment and mobile phone remained in the hands of the guerrillas.
HPG identified the dead soldier as Mustafa Bazna, son of Döndü and Ramazan, born on 14 May 1996 in Düzce.
