“Our comrade Delîl was martyred in the attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army in the Deşîşê area of Metîna on August 12, 2022. Comrade Delîl, a valuable son of our Arab people, joined the ranks of the freedom struggle, influenced by Leader Apo’s democratic nation paradigm and the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, who fought selflessly and liberated Shengal. Believing that the Apoist ideology would realize the freedom of the peoples, he spent unlimited effort and soon turned into a leading commander. Comrade Delîl, the valiant son of Shengal, who established strong ties with all his comrades with his sharp stance against the enemy and his sincere and sincere participation, left behind a line and style of struggle based on victory for the honorable Shengal people and youth. Although the ancient Shengal people have been subjected to brutal genocidal attacks by the invaders dozens of times throughout history, they have always remained loyal to their roots and took their place among the most resistant and struggling peoples in history. In the face of the attacks by ISIS gangs against Shengal in front of all humanity, Leader Apo’s bodyguards protected our Shengal people from barbarian gangs with a historical intervention. The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, which has become the hope of freedom for all oppressed peoples and equipped with Apoist ideology, liberated Shengal, and after successfully completing this historical mission, it has completely handed over the task of defending the sacred lands of Shengal to YBŞ-YJŞ, the valiant sons of the Shengal people. During this struggle, many Apoist bodyguards, with their guerrilla lifestyle, with great public love and self-sacrifice, With his fearless courage in the war and his self-sacrificing style of war, he established the throne in the days of our Yazidi and Arab peoples living in Shengal. The patriotic people of Shengal, made up of our Yazidi and Arab peoples, have therefore always considered themselves grateful to the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, and have never forgotten the heroism of the Apoist Fedayeen and the price they paid.
Our comrade Delîl, who is the son of our Arab people and was born in Mediban village of Shengal, directly witnessed the genocide attacks and the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla’s struggle against it. The family of our comrade Delîl is a family that is loyal to the culture of our Arab people, has strong social relations and is patriotic. Therefore, they have never accepted a lifestyle imposed on them from outside. During the few years that Mediban village was under the occupation of ISIS gangs, they maintained this stance and did not bow to the pressures of the gangs. Within the framework of the liberation of Shengal, the Mediban village was also cleared of gangs and many of our comrades were martyred in these operations, which deeply affected our comrade Delîl. Again, after the liberation of his villages, he tried to get to know and understand the philosophy of Leader Apo, who created such a life and personalities by being influenced by the Apoists’ approach full of love for people and people, their militancy stance and lifestyle. The Democratic Nation Paradigm that Leader Apo developed and fought for for all Middle Eastern peoples enabled Comrade Evidence to join the ranks of the PKK. On this basis, he joined the guerrilla ranks in 2018 and returned to the mountains of Kurdistan, which he was very curious about. Our comrade Delîl, who received training for new fighters after joining the guerrilla ranks, focused more on adapting to mountain and guerrilla life during the training. Our comrade Delîl, who was impressed by the magical beauty of the Kurdistan mountains, quickly adapted to the mountain life and showed a confident participation as if he had been living in the mountains for years. Again, influenced by the guerrilla’s deep comradely relations and the love and respect he has for his comrades, he made an intense effort to be a true comrade to his comrades. Our comrade Delîl, who has been practicing in the Garê area for a while, gained important experience in guerrillaism here. He stayed with his experienced comrades for a while and took the necessary lessons from their organizational and life experiences. Although he was new to the guerrilla ranks, he gained significant experience in a short time. He received specialized training in order to deepen the guerrilla warfare tactics of the new era and to become a professional guerrilla, and as a competent guerrilla he moved to the Metîna area, where the war was intense. Our comrade Delîl, who stayed in the hottest war zones in Metîna, became a leading Apoist militant with his courage and unwavering participation in the war. Comrade Delîl, who provided heavy blows by taking part in many actions developed against the enemy, wanted to stand with his comrades in the resistance positions against the invasion attacks launched by the enemy against the Girê Hakkari Resistance Area. However, since the area he was in was also a war zone and our comrade Delîl was in command there, he could not fulfill his wish. However, although he could not go to Girê Hakkarî, he made a constant effort to develop an action to greet the resistance of his comrades and lighten their burden. Our comrade Delill, who has a deep and strong sense of comradeship, tried to fulfill his comradeship duty whenever he breathed.
Our comrade Delîl, who is one of our leading international commanders by reflecting the deepening of Leader Apo’s philosophy on his life and war with great strength, has become an exemplary militant in the PKK ranks of the valiant and unyielding line of the Shengal people, from whose heart he came. The heroic son of our Shengal people, our comrade Delîl never forgot the struggle of the Apoist Fedeyeis in Shengal and joined the ranks of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, which fought devotedly for the freedom of all oppressed peoples, and became a determined follower of the line of martyrs.
