NEWS CENTER – In the middle of the day, an armed attack on the Kurdish Cultural Center took place in Paris, the capital of France. According to eyewitnesses, a gunman first scanned the club, then the Kurdish restaurant and a Kurdish hairdresser directly opposite. Three people died and 3 other were wounded in the attack. The attacker was caught by the police.
Speaking to ANF, KCK Executive Council member Zübeyir Aydar stressed that “the attack is not common,” although full details are not yet known.
“We cannot consider this attack as an ordinary attack,” Aydar said, adding: “It’s a different version of the attack in Paris ten years ago in 2013. We don’t know who the arrested person is, but it’s about.” an Ankara-based operation. It’s an attack organized by MIT and the counter-guerrillas,” he said.
Expressing that Ankara was behind it no matter who pulled the trigger, Aydar said: “This is the information revealed in the investigation into the January 9, 2013 murder of three women revolutionaries and the attempted assassination of Kurdish leaders in Belgium.”
“This 10-year investigation, we, the lawyers and the investigators, have seen that France is the center of the Turkish murder squads in Europe, ” Aydar said.
Noting that France was responsible for this attack because it had not taken the necessary precautions, Aydar said: “Because the necessary measures were not taken after the Paris assassination, the attackers were not brought to justice. France is responsible for negligence and omission,” he said.
The latest attack is a sign that the Turkish state has carried its attacks against Rojava and southern Kurdistan to Europe, Aydar said: “They have spread the attacks over a wide area.”
Aydar further stated: “We will take our actions accordingly and defend ourselves as a society. With these attacks, neither we nor our people can be intimidated by anyone, we will counter them more deliberately. “
Aydar called on Kurdish society in Europe to show strong responses at all levels within the framework of democratic measures, adding: “We call on all our people in Paris to come together and stand up for the wounded.”
