BEHDINAN – In a written statement, HPG-BİM provided information on the ongoing guerrilla actions in many resistance areas and the attacks of the Turkish state.
“The plans of the AKP-MHP fascist regime to take the Turkish army on invasion campaigns in order to stay in power longer and to guarantee its future with the results it will get from here have hit the walls of the epic resistance of the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla. Hulusi Akar and Tayip Erdogan, who did not get any results in their attacks in Kurdistan, especially Zap, Avaşîn and Metina, therefore engaged in inhuman brutal methods and committed war crimes recklessly, even gave the order to cremate the bodies of their soldiers. Since the plans of this fascist regime, which was driven out of humanity by its greed for power, were broken in Zap, Avaşîn and Metina, it carried out attacks on innocent and civilian Kurdish people, citing dirty scenarios. We did not suffer any loss in the attacks of the Turkish army against the Medya Defense Areas on the night of November 19 to November 20.
As a result of the actions carried out by our forces, 5 invaders were punished.
The invading Turkish army’s Resistance Areas; It bombed 4 times with banned bombs and 2 times with chemical weapons. It also bombed 32 times with warplanes, 40 times with attack helicopters, and dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.
The details of the actions taken and the attacks made are as follows;
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- On November 19, at 08:30 and 16:30, the invaders around the Martyr Agir battle positions in the Sîda Resistance Area were shot twice by our mobile teams with heavy weapons and a total of 4 invaders were punished.
- On November 19, at 08:30 and 16:30, the invaders in the Sîda Resistance Area were hit twice by our mobile teams with individual and heavy weapons.
- On November 19, at 18:30, the invaders in the Çemço Resistance Area were shot by our mobile teams with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
- On November 19, at 12:00, the invaders in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams.
- Skorsky helicopters that wanted to land on Girê Cûdî Resistance Area at 20:00 on 19 November were targeted by our mobile teams. After the hits of our forces, the helicopters had to leave the area.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with banned bombs and chemical weapons;
- On 19 November, the Girê Martyr Çekdar battle positions in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were bombed twice, the Martyr Botan and Martyr Serxwebûn war positions in the Çemço Resistance Area were bombed twice with banned bombs.
- Between 14:00 and 17:00 on 19 November, the Martyr Felat battle positions in the Sîda Resistance Area were bombed twice with chemical weapons.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army;
- On 19 November, the Kanî Talkê area of Garê and the Girê Şêxnasir, Girê Roj, Girê Hîwa, Gundê Bêpalan, Dola Balayan, Girê Zergelê and Gunde Silê areas of Qendil were bombed 32 times with warplanes.
- On November 19, Kurojahro, Saca, Girê Amediyê and Girê Cûdî Resistance Areas were bombed 40 times with attack helicopters.
- On November 19, Sîda, Çemço, Girê FM and Girê Amediye Resistance Areas were bombed dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.”
