BEHDINAN – The KCK Executive Council Co-Presidency made a written statement regarding the 44th anniversary of the PKK’s founding.
KCK said, “We have entered the 44th anniversary of our party, the PKK, which re-created the people of Kurdistan and created important developments in the liberation struggle of humanity with its struggle and added great epics of resistance. The people of Kurdistan and freedom fighters have been fighting for existence and freedom against the genocidal colonialist order under the leadership of the PKK for 44 years. We celebrate the 44th anniversary of our party PKK, which recreated the people of Kurdistan and added values to human values with its emergence on the stage of history and 44 years of uninterrupted struggle, to the patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially Leader Apo and the martyrs, to the comrades who fought with the enemy on the hot war fronts, to the dungeon insurgents, to all PKK militants. and its sympathizers, the oppressed peoples of the world, women, youth and all progressive, democratic and socialist humanity.
WE WELCOME LEADER APO, WHO GAVE US CONSCIOUSNESS OF FREEDOM BY CREATING THE PKK
“We respectfully salute Leader Apo, who created the PKK, the resultant of all our achievements and values, who gave us the awareness of freedom and paved the way for struggle.” However, Leader Apo has not only created the PKK, he has been the person who fought and served the most by leading the Kurdistan revolution from the beginning to the present day. In short, Leader Apo has dedicated his entire existence to the freedom of the people of Kurdistan. Leader Apo maintained this stance within the Imrali isolation and torture system, which is the heaviest isolation and torture system in human history, and exhibited the most meaningful and great resistance in history. We, as the people of Kurdistan and the Kurdish freedom movement, owe a great debt of gratitude to Leader Apo for his great efforts and services.”
THE PKK CREATED GREAT VALUES BY WALKING ON THE LINE OF MARTYRS
The KCK Executive Council Co-presidency statement included the following:
“The PKK was born as a martyrs party, and the great values of freedom and humanity created by the PKK are thanks to the martyrs. Leader Apo stated that he founded the PKK as a requirement of devotion to the memory of his friend Haki Karer and revealed that the PKK is a result of the efforts of the martyrs and the values they created. Everything that has been created in the 44-year struggle led by the PKK is thanks to the martyrs. Therefore, as a people and as a party, we owe all our values to our martyrs. On the 44th anniversary of the PKK, our first martyr, Haki Karer, commemorates all martyrs of revolution and democracy in the person of our comrade, Zap, Avaşin, Metina and Xakurke, who fell martyrs in battle with the enemy everywhere, with gratitude, bowing respectfully before their great memories, We reiterate our promise to stay true to their memories and carry their struggles to victory. The PKK has so far created great values by walking and fighting along the lines of martyrs. From now on, it will increase the struggle in the line of martyrs, create greater values, and realize our people’s longing for a free life, a free country and a free Leadership.
PKK CHANGED THE FLOW OF HISTORY
In a process where the Kurdish people were isolated from all their values in the order of denial and annihilation of the genocidal colonial powers, their name, language and identity were banned and brought to the brink of extinction, the PKK emerged on the stage of history and changed the course of history. By interfering with the course of affairs in Kurdistan, the PKK made the course of history flow to the path of freedom and gave the Kurdish people and society a new identity and personality. This represents a great revolution for the Kurdish people. This new personality provided all the values and developments created under the leadership of the PKK. If a new personality with the consciousness and will of freedom could not be created instead of the genocidal colonial personality, no development would be possible. Because the genocidal colonial order not only divided and divided Kurdistan and suppressed the Kurds with massacres, He has made the Kurdish people nothing by removing themselves from being themselves and has reduced them to a level that serves their enemy. The PKK destroyed this personality in Kurdistan, instead it brought about the resurrection of a society that adopted freedom as a principle, gained the consciousness of a democratic nation, and values of country and patriotism; destroyed the foundations of genocidal colonialism in Kurdistan.
THE PARADIGM DEVELOPED BY LEADER APO HAS LEAD TO THE LIBERATION OF WOMEN
With the exit of the PKK, Kurdish women experienced a very important development in the line of freedom and reached their own identity and self. It can be said that the Kurdish women experienced the greatest development with the PKK. The new and free personality created by the PKK was mostly represented by Kurdish women. Because the PKK developed and struggled along the lines of women’s freedom. So much so that Leader Apo defined the PKK as a women’s party. Leader Apo made great contributions to women’s will, organization and liberation by developing the PKK along the line of women’s freedom and deepening the line of free women. In fact, Leader Apo has based the PKK’s new paradigm on women’s freedom and has elevated women to the position of the leader of a free life and freedom struggle. Therefore, women’s struggle, labor and leadership have been dominant in the emergence of the PKK reality and shaping its line. The Kurdish woman, who has experienced so much progress in the PKK and has free consciousness and will, has not only liberated herself, but has become a pioneer in the awakening and liberation of women in the Middle East and the world, thanks to the paradigm developed by Leader Apo on the axis of women’s liberation.
OPENED A NEW HORIZON TO HUMANITY
With the struggle it has put forth and the developments it has created, the PKK has become a movement that is considered important not only for the people of Kurdistan, but also for the peoples of the Middle East and the oppressed peoples and women of the world. By developing the theory of democratic civilization and democratic modernity, Leader Apo brought a new form and content to the search and struggle for freedom of peoples, women and the oppressed, and opened a new horizon for humanity. With these values, the PKK has reached universality, and has become the pioneer of our age’s philosophy of authenticity and revolutionary democratic struggle system by bringing a solution to the blockage experienced against capitalist modernity with its democratic, ecological, women’s libertarian society paradigm.
WITH THE EXIT OF PKK, THE COLLABORATIVE TRAILER LINE HAS BEEN DEFEATED AND THE LINE OF FREEDOM WAS Dominated by Kurdistan
Another important development revealed by the PKK, which carried out the mentality revolution in Kurdistan by creating a free Kurdish personality, is that it exposed and defeated the collaborative treacherous Kurdish line, which is a part of the genocidal colonialist order. The collaborative and treacherous Kurdish line, which developed on the basis of primitive nationalism, emerged as an extension of colonialism and created a policy that exploited the values of Kurdistan and offered it to the enemy. The collaborative traitor line has become the line of the colonial personality that submits to the enemy, serves the enemy by not being himself, and betrays the values of the society to which he belongs. Because of this character, the collaborative traitor line became the legitimation of Kurdistan’s colonial status. PKK’ This collaborative and treacherous Kurdish line was defeated with the emergence of the war, and the line of freedom and values prevailed in Kurdistan. As the Kurdistan freedom struggle developed under the leadership of the PKK succeeds in the face of the enemy and the people of Kurdistan get closer to freedom, the collaborative treasonous line weakens more, and as it weakens, it tries to survive by embracing the enemy more and giving more support to the Kurdish genocide, as it is today. In fact, the genocidal colonial powers are able to continue the Kurdish genocide by relying on a collaborative and treacherous line. If the historical existence of the collaborator and treacherous line were not in question, the division and colonization of Kurdistan and the removal of the Kurdish people from their essence under the genocidal colonial attacks of the enemy would not have been possible.
EVERYONE SHOULD SUPPORT THE ATTITUDE OF NORTHERN AND EASTERN SYRIA NOT TO LEFT THE SOIL AND TO DEFEND ITSELF
The genocidal colonialist Turkish state and the fascist AKP-MHP government are attacking all four parts of Kurdistan and every place where Kurds are in order to eliminate the developments brought about by the PKK and to destroy the Kurds by carrying out the Kurdish genocide. The fascist AKP-MHP government is attacking Maxmur, Şengal, Başur, Rojava, Rojhilat and Medya Defense Areas, resorting to all kinds of inhumane methods and crimes, including chemical weapons. Wherever there is a resisting Kurd, it targets it and wants to slaughter it. These attacks of the fascist AKP-MHP government are aimed at saving the genocidal colonialist order, which is on the verge of defeat in the face of the Kurdistan freedom struggle under the leadership of the PKK. The new wave of attacks launched against Rojava and North East Syria is also for this purpose. The genocidal colonialist Turkish state is not only aiming to occupy Rojava by using all kinds of attack methods, but also aims to de-Kurds Rojava as a whole by expelling the Kurdish people from Rojava. He wants to subdue the other peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria. The genocide and ethnic cleansing that was carried out in Afrin before is now desired to be carried out in all of Rojava and North East Syria. In this respect, it is very meaningful and valuable for the peoples of Northern and Eastern Syria to remain in their place, not to leave their land, and to have an attitude of resistance, being aware of the purpose of the genocidal colonialist Turkish state and the fascist AKP-MHP government.
We celebrate the 44th anniversary of our party, the PKK, which brings the Kurdish people back into existence and renews their spirit, and salute all those who resist and live with the PKK resistance line and spirit. Our party PKK, which has brought great values to the people of Kurdistan, the peoples of the Middle East, the oppressed peoples of the world and all humanity for 44 years, will undoubtedly continue to create great values in its 45th year. With these feelings, the people of Kurdistan celebrate the 44th anniversary of the PKK with enthusiasm, while resisting the genocidal attacks of the fascist AKP-MHP government with the spirit and style of the PKK, they should increase the struggle even more. The people of Kurdistan, who have gained existence and identity by resisting and struggling under the leadership of the PKK, will resist the PKK line and finally defeat the genocidal colonialism and ensure their freedom.”
