NEWS CENTER – In the night from November 23 to November 24, the young internationalists from “internationalist youth commune Berlin”, the communist women’s group “Zora Berlin” and the communist group “Rot Feministische Jugend (RFJ)” in the east of the city of Berlin have several Spray actions carried out to draw attention to the poison gas attacks on the women’s revolution and the bombing of fascist Turkey. Attention was also drawn to the complicity of the Federal Republic of Germany. The young women also mobilized for the demonstration against the ban of the PKK, which will take place in Berlin on Saturday.
The young internationalists sprayed lettering like “feminist foreign policy = poisonags against
women’s revolution”, “Bijî berxwedana YPJ”, “Stop PKK ban!!!”, “PKK ban lift demo 26.11”, “Turkey bombs Germany financed”.
The internationalists also lit two smoke pots and shouted “Bijî berxwedana YPJ” and explained:
“Day-X has come! The Turkish state has escalated the war against the women’s revolution. With the clear support of German imperialism. As internationalists, let us defend the revolution! Let’s organize the resistance! Bijî berxwedana Kurdistan!”
On the evening of November 23, a demonstration took place in Jena under the motto “Day X – Demo against Turkey’s war of aggression on Rojava” . This was organized by a broad alliance of Jena groups that came together spontaneously after the attacks on the initiative of the Kurdistan solidarity group; including the Seebrücke, Fairy-Jenas Jugend, the Undogmatik Radikale Linke and the organizers of the Open Antifa Meetings.
Between 250 and 300 people followed the call, including members of the Kurdish cultural association in Erfurt and comrades from the Iranian community. Also present was a representative of the left, who announced on site that he would get together with the Kurdistan Solidarity Group to develop a plan for the implementation of political demands at the municipal level and invited the group to the next parliamentary group meeting.
The demonstration consisted of 3 parts. At the beginning there was a detailed classification and meaning of the current situation, reference was made to the feminist revolution worldwide, including in eastern Kurdistan and Iran and the Zapatistas.
The speeches were followed by a loud and militant demonstration through downtown; demonstration slogans were shouted throughout, including “Erdogan – Terrorist”, “Jin Jiyan Azadî!” and “German weapons out of Kurdistan!”.
“All fights belong together! Let’s relate these to each other, draw attention to each other, and realize that we can only really achieve something when we stand shoulder to shoulder! By connecting our struggles, we will transcend national borders and the paradigm of capitalist modernity!” explained an activist at the end of the demonstration.
Yesterday evening, on November 23, internationalist youth and young women met to send a sign of solidarity to Rojava and the free mountains of Kurdistan against the attacks of the Turkish occupying state. This created a very strong solo image.
“The war in Kurdistan is only possible because German companies sell weapons and technology to Turkey and the federal government sees Turkey as a strategic partner and turns a blind eye to all crimes.” , such an internationalist.
“Therefore, join the actions of the Kurdish community and organize your own actions to strengthen morale and resistance in the hinterland!” , according to another activist.
Everyone present emphasized: “Come to the demonstration of Defend Kurdistan on December 3rd at 2 p.m. in front of Hanover Central Station!”
Against the ongoing attacks by the Turkish occupying state on Rojava and the attacks with chemical weapons against the guerrillas, the Kurdish youth in Stuttgart, together with internationalist friends, have started a small transparent campaign. Together they hung a banner on a bridge that read “Support Rojava”, held up the flags of the PKK, YPG and YPJ and drew attention to this with smoke and slogans like “Bijî Berxwedana Rojava”.
The Kurdish youth in Stuttgart calls on all people to show their solidarity with Rojava. They declared: “We say whoever remains silent about these crimes supports the crimes of the fascist states.”
