BEHDÎNAN – The HPG press center shared the following details about the ongoing war:
“Although the occupying Turkish army used all the means of warfare at its disposal, it was blocked by the heroic attitude of the Kurdistan freedom guerrillas. The Turkish Special War Ministry tries to hide the reality of the war in Kurdistan from the Turkish public and to cover up the heavy blows and casualties with false information.
Our armed forces continue to show high combat performance with great attacking spirit and creative style, and continue to develop result-oriented actions. At the same time, our armed forces marched towards the occupiers with great courage and confiscated both their military equipment and the corpse of an occupier as evidence.
As a result of 12 actions carried out by our forces, at least 17 occupiers were punished, 3 occupiers were injured, 1 position and explosives of the occupiers were destroyed.
The occupying Turkish army bombed the resistance areas 16 times with prohibited bombs and 1 time with chemical weapons. At the same time, the resistance areas were bombed 25 times by warplanes, 28 times by attack helicopters, dozens of times by howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.
The actions and attacks are detailed below;
In the Zap region within the Bazên Zagros Revolutionary Movement;
- On November 2 at 7:30 p.m., our forces professionally destroyed the explosive devices prepared by the attackers for bombing the Şehid Xursi positions in the Saca resistance zone.
- At 05:50 on November 3, the occupiers in the Çemço resistance area were fired upon with heavy weapons and 1 occupier was punished.
- On November 3, at 6:10 p.m., our armed forces took control of the explosive devices prepared by the attackers for bombing the Şehid Xursi positions in the Saca resistance area, neutralized and seized some of these explosive devices.
Within the Revolutionary Movement Xabûrê Şehîd Savaş Maraş;
- At 12:00 on November 3, the attackers who wanted to bomb the Girê Şehîd Munzur positions in the Girê FM resistance area were brought under control by our forces and shot down. In this action, the explosives they had prepared to bomb the positions were detonated in the ranks of the attackers and at least one attacker was punished. At 12:20 p.m., 2 attackers who wanted to intervene at the scene were shot by our forces at close range and punished. An occupier’s body, military equipment and mobile phone were confiscated. The body of the other punished occupier is also under surveillance by our forces.
- Following this action, between 22:10 and 22:50 on November 3 and again at 06:00 on November 4, the Turkish army bombed the Girê FM resistance area 19 times with warplanes.
In the Xakurkê region as part of the Bazên Zagros Revolutionary Movement;
- On November 2, the attackers moving between the areas of Girê Şehîd Axîn and Şehîd Berîtan were brought under control by our YJA Star mobile teams. At least 10 occupiers were punished and 3 occupiers injured in five separate actions carried out by our forces at 4:00 p.m. using sabotage tactics. The occupiers brought their dead and wounded out of the area by helicopter.
- At 10:30 a.m. on November 3, our mobile teams fired at the attackers in the Girê Şehîd Axîn resistance area with heavy weapons. In this action, 3 attackers were punished and 1 position was destroyed.
- At 2:30 p.m. on November 3, our mobile teams fired at the attackers in the Girê Şehîd Derwêş resistance area with heavy weapons.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army with prohibited bombs and chemical weapons;
- On November 3, the positions of the Şehîd Sîpan in the Girê Amediyê resistance area were bombed 10 times, the positions of the Şehîd Xursî in the Saca resistance area 4 times and the positions of the Şehîd Agir in the Sîda resistance area 2 times with prohibited bombs.
- On November 3, the Şehid Felat positions in the Sîda resistance area were bombed once with chemical weapons.
Attacks by the occupying Turkish army;
- On November 3, the Gundê Yekmalê and Gundê Şiyê areas in Garê, the Golka area in Metîna and the Sinînê area in Xakurkê were bombed six times by warplanes.
- On November 3, the resistance areas of Saca, Karker, Kurojahro, Girê FM and Girê Amediyê were bombed 28 times by helicopter gunships.
- On November 3, the resistance areas of Çemço, Girê Amediyê and Girê FM were shelled dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.
- On November 2nd and 3rd, the occupying Turkish army tried to destroy the fighting positions in the Karker resistance area with excavators and bulldozers”.
