“The colonialist Turkish state wanted to bring our people through massacres by bringing the policy of genocide towards our people to a conclusion with the Precipitation Plan. For this, since 2015, it has developed an uninterrupted attack against the Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla, the leading force of our people. Against these attacks, our freedom guerrillas have displayed a resistance that is rare in history against this genocidal enemy wherever they are. The Kurdistan Freedom Guerrillas, who are in a great resistance from Bakûre Kurdistan to the Medya Defense Zones, have shown that they will nullify this genocidal policy of the enemy with their selfless stance at the beginning of these attacks. In this process, many of our comrades selflessly stood up to enemy attacks and inflicted the heaviest losses on the invading Turkish army in its history. Mervan, Partizan, Şervan, Rizgar, Our comrades Şerger and Cotkar also participated in this epic resistance in Medya Defense Zones and successfully fulfilled their militant duties by taking part in many actions developed against the enemy. We commemorate these esteemed comrades, who were exemplary militants with their endless trust and devotion to the line of freedom of Leader Apo and our martyrs, on their anniversary, with respect and gratitude, and we promise once again that we will crown their self-sacrificing resistance with victory.

Our comrade Mervan, who was born in a patriotic, laboring and values-loving family, grew up with a fighting spirit in an environment that has participated in the Kurdistan Freedom Movement and never gave up the fight against the genocidal Turkish state. He personally witnessed the oppression of the genocidal Turkish state against our people and was exposed to the same oppression. In order to fight against the occupiers and not to remain silent against the persecution of our people, he participated in the works by raising awareness of his responsibility in the struggle as the son of this people. By taking part in the legal field and youth work for a while, he made himself aware of the practices of assimilation and disengagement from the struggle imposed on our youth by the genocidal enemy and directed him to the ranks of the resistance. full of youthful energy, He had the characteristic of a militant who energized those around him with his enthusiasm for struggle and prompted every environment he went to struggle with himself with his working personality. Continuing his youth work with great success, our comrade Mervan was imprisoned for a while as a result of the pressures of the fascist Turkish state. Amed, the city of resistance in Kurdistan, continues this resistance culture today, just as it has carried out resistances in history. Our comrade Partizan was born and grew up in a patriotic family in this city of resistance. The invading, fascist Turkish state has seen the genocide and assimilation policies developed on the Kurdish people closely, and has even been exposed to it many times. He realized how the state, especially the Kurdish youth, was involved in all kinds of pollution, and understood how they were cut off from him and his people just to prevent them from participating in the freedom struggle. In the dungeon he entered, he got to know Leader Apo and our Movement even more closely. He found answers to his contradictions, questions and how to fight in the dungeon process. Without being completely disconnected from the system, realized the lack of fighting opportunities. He learned under what conditions heroic resistances took place in the history of the dungeon, and after he got out of the dungeon, he decided to join the ranks of the PKK.

Although he had difficulties at first, he made sense of all his difficulties and made this the basis of his development. Realizing that he could not make progress without struggle, he insisted on the freedom march with great enthusiasm and morale. Our people in the Garzan region, which has an important place in the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle, have always preserved the culture of resistance and struggled against the enemy, despite all the assimilation, destruction and denial policies of the enemy. Although the enemy tried to develop the line of collaboration and betrayal here, the Kurdistan Freedom Movement persisted and resisted in its struggle with the support of the patriotic people in the region. Our comrade Şervan was also born and raised in a patriotic family of Norşîn. Our comrade Şervan, who grew up hearing the names of Leader Apo and the PKK since his childhood, has always grown up with the dream of becoming a guerrilla. Our comrade Rizgar was born in Sirnex, which is known for his patriotism and devotion to our Movement in Kurdistan. Our people of Sirnex, who sacrificed thousands of their most valiant and distinguished sons to our struggle for freedom, did not compromise this stance and attitude by sticking to more struggles. He knew how to respond to the invaders with a new participation in every martyrdom. Born in a patriotic family, our comrade Rizgar witnessed the genocidal policies of the enemy, especially against our Botan people, at an early age. Our comrade Rizgar, who had martyrs and participation in his immediate family and circle, recognized our Movement thanks to these participations and martyrs. Our comrade Şerger was born in the Milazgir district of Muş, the patriotic city of Kurdistan. Our comrade Şerger, who grew up in a patriotic family, had patriotic personality traits. Our comrade Şerger, who was always curious about his guerrilla uncle, dreamed of growing up and fighting in the same ranks as his uncle. He was very impressed by the martyrdom of his uncle and accumulated a great grudge and anger against the invading Turkish state. Our comrade Cotkar, who was born in a patriotic family in the Bismil district of Amed, grew up with the resistance culture of Amed. Since it comes from a deep-rooted patriotic tradition, it was shaped on this basis. She has recognized our Movement since her childhood, when her older sister joined our Party ranks in the family. The greatest desire of our comrade Cotkar was to fight as a guerrilla in the mountains of Kurdistan. He sought to fulfill this request. Our comrade Cotkar, who witnessed the enemy oppression and persecution many times, made this a reason to take revenge and joined the guerrilla ranks on this basis.
Our comrade Cotkar, who moved to the Medya Defense Zones, received his basic education here and started the guerrilla life he dreamed of. Our comrade Cotkar, who is full of life, had an active participation with the enthusiasm and excitement of realizing his dreams. Being young and dynamic, he made great advances early on. With his devoted and willing participation, he gave his comrades excitement and morale. Our comrade Cotkar, who was most influenced by comrade relations in his guerrilla life, also aimed to be a good comrade himself. He was based on a struggle worthy of leader Apo and martyrs.
