“Kurdistan Freedom Guerrilla continues its historical resistance against the invasion attacks of the colonial Turkish army. The fascist Turkish state, which could not get results in the face of the invincibility of the Apoist will in the Resistance Areas, adds new ones to its war crimes by using banned bombs and chemical weapons. The colonialist Turkish state, which spreads false news of victory through private war media and tries to hide the stalemate it has experienced against our guerrilla, wants to achieve results with false propaganda. Despite all these dirty war methods, our Freedom Guerrilla continues its march of freedom with great faith and will.
As a result of the actions of our forces; 15 invaders were punished and 8 invaders were injured. At the same time, 1 position was destroyed. The invading Turkish army bombed the Resistance Areas 8 times with banned bombs, 3 times with chemical weapons, and dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons. As a result of the conflict and air attacks, our comrades Sîpan, Cesur and Rojger, who fearlessly attacked the enemy and struck the first blow and followed the line of the bouncers, fought heroically until their last breath and reached martyrdom.
Within the framework of the Cenga Xabûre Martyr War Maraş Revolutionary Campaign;
On October 27, a group of invading mobile units positioned on the Martyr Piling land in Girê Hakkarî Resistance Area were followed by our mobile teams. The invaders, who were taken under control, were hit effectively with individual weapons at close range. 12 invaders were punished and 8 invaders were injured as a result of this action carried out by our forces by using high attack spirit and rich guerrilla tactics.
As a result of the conflict and air attacks, our comrades Sîpan, Cesur and Rojger, who fearlessly attacked the enemy and struck the first blow and followed the line of the bouncers, fought heroically until their last breath and reached martyrdom.

SİPAN KARAKOÇAN
Our comrade Sîpan was born and raised in Tirbespiyê, Rojavayê Kurdistan, in a patriotic family that adheres to Kurdish traditions. Our comrade Sîpan has recognized the PKK since his childhood, as his family took part in the ranks of the struggle with the development of our party PKK in the Rojava area. When our comrade Sîpan, who grew up with the heroic epics of the guerrilla, reached his youth, the first seeds of the Rojava Freedom Revolution began to be planted. Therefore, he took his place in the revolutionary work and fulfilled his patriotic duty. After the gangs attacked Serêkaniyê in 2013, he took his place in the resistance ranks and played an important role in expelling the gangs from Serêkaniyê. In this process, he was influenced by the martyrdom of many of his comrades and sought to fight more to be worthy of his martyred comrades. Again in this process, in the person of our martyred comrades, our party got to know the PKK more closely and became attached to it.
Comrade Sîpan, who joined the guerrilla ranks upon the conspiracy murder of our comrades Sara, Rojbîn and Ronah in Paris in 2013, and upon the call for mobilization of our Leader, participated in the work with great self-confidence despite being new to the guerrilla and mountain environment, and improved himself more and more every day. Our comrade Sîpan, who has been claiming to be a self-sufficient since the moment he joined the guerrilla ranks, thought that he could realize this claim in the most correct way within Hêzên Taybet, and on this basis he became involved in the work of Hêzên Taybet. After successfully completing a one-year training period, he was involved in some studies that required high confidence and carried out a successful practice for about 3 years. In this process, the ideology of the Leader, the reality of the PKK, learned the line of struggle more closely and developed it in terms of partying. Again, she has largely overcome the contradictions that exist on the basis of the women’s freedom line and has entered a deep search for a true companionship with women. Our comrade Sîpan, who has a hardworking and self-sacrificing personality, wanted to participate more actively in the war process and on this basis insisted on moving to areas where the war was hot.
On this basis, our comrade Sîpan, who moved to the Metîna area as the unit commander, was first involved in the work in the Zendura-Hirore area. Here, with the energy of his youth and fighting against the enemy, he participated in many works, especially infrastructure works, at the pioneering level. Our comrade Sîpan, who deepened himself in the new period guerrillaism and spent every moment in concentration for the successful implementation of the period’s tactics, also trained his comrades with whom he fought. Our comrade Sîpan, was deeply aware that the war will be won before the war, has made all his preparations accordingly. Our comrade Sîpan was one of the young commanders of the new era, with his courage and determined stance, instilled faith and courage in all his comrades around him, and made a great effort for them to become pioneer militants. Our comrade Sîpan, who responded to the attacks launched by the genocidal Turkish state against the Metîna area in 2021 on the basis of the invasion attacks of Bashure Kurdistan, on the Zendura line, tried to further support the resistance of his comrades in Zendura with the actions he developed there. Our comrade Sîpan, whose anger towards the enemy increased even more when his comrades in the field of Zendura reached martyrdom, concentrated more and struggled to avenge his comrades with whom he shared life. Later, he took part in various fields of Metina and prepared himself and his comrades for a great war. Our comrade Sîpan went to the Girê Hakkari Resistance Area with the task of commanding the mobile guerrilla teams against the invasion attacks launched by the enemy against the Girê Hakkari area, Here, too, he organized and coordinated many actions and tried to do his revolutionary duty by participating in these actions. He participated in every action with the feeling of avenging his comrades, and felt that he was more worthy of his comrades with every blow he inflicted on the enemy. Our comrade Sîpan was an exemplary Apoist militant with his persistent stance on the line of Zilanism, which he took as a basis with his high sacrifice spirit, joined the caravan of martyrs as one of the symbolic commanders of the Cenga Xabûrê Revolutionary Campaign.

CESUR ROBOSKÎ
Our brave comrade was born in a patriotic family belonging to our Goyî tribe, one of the oldest tribes in Kurdistan, in the Qileban district of Sirnex. Our brave comrade grew up with the heroic stories of our pioneer commanders in this environment that did not hesitate to pay the price for their freedom and produced pioneer commanders for the Kurdistan Freedom Struggle. Our brave comrade, who witnessed the denial and annihilation policies of the colonialist, fascist Turkish state against the Kurdish people, felt great hatred and anger against these policies. Our brave comrade, who has close relatives of 34 of our patriots who died as a result of the bombings of the genocidal Turkish state in Roboski in 2011, has brought to the awareness that the war of the fascist Turkish state is not with the PKK, but that its main aim is to massacre the entire Kurdish people in the person of the PKK.
Our Cesur comrade joined the guerrilla with great enthusiasm from the land of his birth in 2014, was impressed by every new thing he saw in the guerrilla and continued his march with more excitement. Our brave comrade successfully completed his new warrior training, brought the great grudge and anger within him to consciousness and placed it on an ideological ground. He has become one of our comrades who are loved and respected among his comrades with his devoted, humble and uncalculated participation in the education process. Our brave comrade Roboskî was able to keep up with the guerrilla practice without any difficulty, since he grew up in a village environment with great work and joined the practice as soon as possible. Our comrade, Cesur, who carried out a successful practice, realized that the new era of guerrillaism can only be realized by becoming professional and received branch trainings.
This is how our brave comrade worked and shed sweat in almost every part of the field during his stay in Metîna, was recognized by his comrades as well. Our comrade, who gives strength and morale to his comrades with his active participation in every field he goes, has succeeded in activating his comrades by fulfilling his leading role in life. Our brave comrade, who was in the middle of the intensification of the blows to be dealt to the enemy, walked on the enemy without hesitation even at the slightest opportunity and dealt great blows. Our Brave comrade, who has concentrations at this level, has focused on the use of guerrilla tactics of the new period and has made a great effort to put this into practice. He played a leading role in the occupation operations initiated by the colonialist and fascist Turkish state, in the actions in which big blows were dealt to the invaders among our mobile teams in the Metîna area.
We promise that we will carry on the legacy of struggle left to us by our brave comrade, who carries out a practice like his name with his practice in every field he went to, the role he played in the blows to the enemy, and his approach to the enemy without any hesitation, and that we will keep the memories of all our holy martyrs, especially our brave comrade, alive in free Kurdistan.
We extend our condolences to all our patriotic people of Kurdistan, especially to the esteemed families of our comrades Sîpan and Cesur, who were the leading commanders of the Democratic Modernity Guerrilla with their militant stances and Apoist militants.
In the Zap region as part of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign;
- On November 9, at 20:00, the invaders in the Çemço Resistance Area were shot by our mobile teams with an assassination tactic and 1 invader was punished.
- On November 9, at 23:00, the invaders in the Sîda Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams.
Within the framework of the Bazên Zagrosê Revolutionary Campaign, in the Xakurke region;
- On November 9, at 12:30, the invaders in the Girê Martyr Şahan Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our YJA Star moving teams.
- On November 9, at 13:00, the invaders in the Girê Martyr Derwêş Resistance Area were hit with heavy weapons by our mobile teams. In this action, while 2 invaders were punished, 1 position was destroyed.
The attacks carried out by the invading Turkish army with banned bombs and chemical weapons;
- Between 10:00 and 14:50 on 9 November, the Martyr Çekdar battle positions in the Girê Cûdî Resistance Area were bombed 4 times, and the Martyr Serxwebûn battle positions in the Çemço Resistance Area were bombed once with banned bombs.
- On 8 November, Martyr Felat battle positions in the Sîda Resistance Area were bombed 6 times with banned bombs and 3 times with chemical weapons.

- On November 9, Çemço, Sîda, Saca, Girê Amediyê, Girê Cûdî and Girê FM Resistance Areas were bombed dozens of times with howitzers, tanks and heavy weapons.”
