VIENNA – Under the leadership of TCŞ (Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger) members, a civil disobedience action was held against the use of chemical weapons in Kurdistan with internationalist youth at the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) Building.
Stating that they went to the fields after the TCŞ and TekoJIN Coordination’s statement, the young people called on all the youth of Kurdistan to take to the streets as part of the “Werin Cenga Azadiyê” campaign.
The youth who took action inside and outside the OSCE building wore yellow smoke and white overalls to draw attention to the use of chemical weapons.
A banner “OSCE member Turkey uses chemical gas in Kurdistan” was unfurled in front of the building.
LET’S ANSWER THE ENEMY
During the protest, the youth made the following statement.
“The fascist Turkish state is in four parts of Kurdistan, from stone to soil; from women to children, from the old to the slaughter. We, as the patriotic revolutionary youth of Kurdistan, will hold accountable for these massacres. You are the institutions responsible for what is happening in Kurdistan. You are the ones who will pay for this. Here we once again call on Kurdish youth. Let’s go out against the occupation, isolation and genocide with the spirit of “Werin Cenga Azadiyê” and give the fascist Turkish state the necessary answer to this enemy.”
The action ended with speeches on the current situation and slogans such as “Long live Rojava resistance”, “Stop chemical attacks” and “Bijî Serok APO”.
