NEWS CENTER – In northern Germany, internationalist groups in particular have stood out with solidarity actions against the attacks of the occupying Turkish state. On the evening of November 20, around 9:30 p.m., there was a spontaneous demonstration in Bremen as a reaction to the ongoing attacks by the occupying Turkish state in Kurdistan. Around 50 people marched powerfully and loudly through downtown Bremen and during a spontaneous demonstration shouted loud slogans and drew attention to themselves with fireworks and smoke flares.
Young internationalist women protested against the visit of German Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (SPD) to Ankara, who is meeting with Süleyman Soylu, the Minister of Justice of the occupying Turkish state. The young women went in front of the SPD party office in Frankfurt and wrote “SPD and Erdoğan hand in hand murders in Kurdistan” on the window front of the SPD office with red handprints and paint splashes depicting blood and slogans.
The young women also justified their action with the following words:
“Starting from Ankara, a major offensive on Kurdish liberated areas started last night, in which people of different ethnic groups and religions are building an alternative to the destructive capitalist system. The offensive hits everyone, children, women, young people, men, nature and every life that cannot be subjugated by western imperialism. This life is to be broken, enslaved and destroyed. The major offensive is part of a continuum of military attacks and warfare that Turkish fascism has always directed primarily against the Kurdish people, but also against other minorities and freedom-loving people. The West and German politicians are not only silent about this ongoing systematic warfare, no, they are constantly heating up the war machine, with funds, arms deliveries, and also through a willingness to cooperate, since of course one’s own profit should always be secured.
The West accepts and adopts the propaganda and criminalization of the Kurdish freedom movement, which is the only force that offers a peaceful solution for the Middle East and has approaches for the entire world. So the SPD gets involved in a joint ‘fight against terror’ with a partner who himself embodies pure terror. The SPD’s Nancy Faeser sitting at a table with the Turkish fascist government these days shows once again how the interests of local and global imperial politics are not aimed at respect for human rights and the protection of life, and never will, regardless which party will be at the head of a nation-state. The whole system is murderous, they all have blood on their hands!
So let’s take our future into our own hands!
With young people and women at the forefront, protests against the raging crises into which capitalist modernity is steering like a dead end are gaining strength worldwide.
Let’s stand up and show who is benefiting from this crisis and attack these actors!

Yesterday, also in Zurich , Switzerland, while the Kurdish community and their internationalist friends expressed their anger at the air strikes on the civilian population in Kurdistan, Kurdish youth burned a flag representing the cooperation between NATO and the Turkish Republic. With this action, the young people drew attention to the cooperation between NATO and the Turkish occupying state, which wants to commit genocide against the Kurds in Kurdistan in order to maintain its fascist power.
