OBERHAUSEN – In Oberhausen, Germany, at the “Global Boxing Match” last night, November 5, the activists of TCŞ, TekoJIN from many cities in Germany carried out an action during which they presented banners and posters of Rêber APO in front of the cameras of the present television station, which was viewed by thousands of people and broadcast live throughout Germany.
During the commemoration of Jina Aminî in the boxing match, TekoJIN activists opened the Jın, Jiyan, Azadi banner and thousands of people in the hall chanted “Jin, Jiyan, Azadî” in unison, causing a great echo in the hall.
During the action, which attracted the attention of thousands of people, the young people also drew attention to the war crimes of the genocidal occupying Turkish state and unfurled banners on all four sides of the hall on the subject of chemicals and chanted “All occupiers out of Kurdistan, chemical weapons out from Kurdistan”, “Bijî berxwedana Gerîla”, “Bijî Serok APO”.
Fascist groups in the hall tried to provoke the action by unfurling Turkish and Azerbaijani flags. However, since the young people’s action met with great interest among the German participants, the fascist groups were removed from the square by the security forces.
