BEHDINAN – Footage of two drones used by the occupying Turkish army against the Şehîd Adil War Tunnels in the Sîda Resistance Area in Zap, were shot down by guerrillas on August 13. The guerrilla shared a video and pictures of the drones and talked how they shot them down.

Guerrillas who destroyed 2 reconnaissance drones that wanted to attack the Martyr Adil War Tunnels, talked about their action and the situation of the enemy:
“The enemy who wanted to approach the Shahid Adil Tunnels encountered resistance and guerrilla activities here. He had to take a step back against this resistance. He wants to keep the area under bombardment, he always bombards the area with warplanes and uses many different techniques. especially using scout planes, tanks, howitzers and mortars. Phosphorus bombs were also used in the attacks. The enemy, who cannot get results against the guerrillas, wants to get results by bombing the area.
The enemy loaded explosives on reconnaissance planes and detonated them at the entrance to the war tunnels. Scouting planes were shot down many times in the area and their information was shared. As a result of our action, a drone belonging to the occupying Turkish army was destroyed. During the explosion, parts of the drone were scattered. This drone has 6 propellers, which means it is powerful and can carry explosives. A reconnaissance aircraft was captured without any damage to its parts.
Although the enemy attacked with heavy technical and chemical weapons and carried out explosions in the war tunnels, it failed against the will of the guerrillas. Because the guerrilla has promise, faith and will. The operation is still ongoing, so far no results have been obtained. They just fail.”
